• Khrystyna (10/5): - Чудове помешкання! Дуже близьке розташування до Stadthalle, де проходило Євробачення, на яке ми власне приїхали. Заселення було чітко організоване, ми легко знайшли ключ та відімкнули двері. Все було чисто і охайно, інтернет працював добре. Перевагою є також наявність мікрохвильової печі. Неподалік є хороша піцерія, магазин. У помешканні було трішки холоднувато, так як надворі нажаль було холодно. Було б чудово у такі дні злегка вмикати опалення.

• Viktoria (1/5): - Alles andere als sauber (Boden klebte, im Bett waren Flecken ersichtlich, Küche und Bad waren auch wie gar nicht geputzt!) Keine Handtücher im Zimmer, extrem kalt obwohl der Heizkörper auf höchster Stufe gelaufen ist. Preis Leistung passt gar nicht - kann ich auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.
• selina (7/5): Für eine Nacht gut und akzeptabel - Preis Leistung Es war wirklich sehr, sehr kalt, trotz Heizung auf höchster Stufe.
• Pasquale (6/5): Die Wohnung ist ok, aber in Winter ziemlich kalt - Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und nur 20 Minuten vom Zentrum mit Taxi oder Bus entfernt. Die Wohnung ist ein Erdgeschoss und bescheiden ausgestattet. Es war kalt und das Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Heizkörper, das nicht ausreichend für die ganze Wohnung war. Im Badezimmer gab es keine Heizung. Wir waren ein bisschen enttäuscht von der mangelhaften Hilfsbereitschaft der Besitzer.

• Máté (5/5): - Tisztaság volt. Viszonylag fel volt szerelve. A képek nem voltak frissek, ez alapján nagyon sok bútoron látszódott,hogy régi bútorok voltak. Továbbá a matracból ki voltak esve a rúgók.

• Bianca (7/5): Im großen und Ganzen war alles sehr positiv! - Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Es war alles da was man braucht. Handtücher, extra Kopfkissen, Küchenausstattung top und die Betten waren sehr gemütlich Die Hälfte des Hauses ist noch nicht renoviert. Die Gänge im Vorhaus waren alt und der Geruch sehr unangenehm das liegt wahrscheinlich daran das die Renovierungsarbeiten noch nicht abgeschlossen sind.

• Oleg (5/5): even though it is pretty cheap, the quality is still bad for the price - the location was kinda good. it is said nowhere that the apartment is on the EG. when inside, you can see people walking by outside of the street. the apartment itself looks pretty empty and it feels like it was furnitures in the rush. a lot of dust, rusty trash can, dirty blankets (under duvet covers), dirty shower, sturdy bed.

• Lucie (5/5): - Simple ground floor appartement with some space to move around in. The appartement seems half finished, with furniture added in a rush. The kitchen has little equipment (no bowls, no draining board), and there were no hand or dish towels. The bathroom sink has a small leak and there isn't a bath mat so you end up traipsing water into the kitchen area.
• Afzal1101 (8/5): Budget stay at Vienna - The price was good. A touch of decorations. Kitchen facilities. Self check-in. Clear instructions from the host. Some things are a bit rusty and old but understandable for this price range
