- Raja (10/5): Excellent personalized stay - The experience here was amazing. This is a boutique hotel run by the owner Benny. He checks you in, carries your luggage, takes you to your room and makes sure you have everything you need. He treated me for lunch the day I arrived, and prepared a to go sandwich for me on the day I was leaving early and missed breakfast. Personalized service like no other . The entrance is a bit odd as it is in the back

He drove us to catch a bus on a couple of occasions and made us a pack of food to compensate for not having breakfast one morning as we were going on a trip. Our room was exceptional. The decor and attention to detail were amazing. The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would happily return if we were in Shkrodra again. We liked everything. It was great value.

- Rudolf (10/5): Ein aussergewöhnlich schöner Aufenthalt! - Grosszügige, perfekt ausgestattete Zimmer, wir hatten eines mit Whirlpool gebucht. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Ausgesprochen zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Parkplatz im Innenhof. In 10 Minuten ist man über eine Strasse mit vielen kleinen Geschäften im Zentrum. Wir sind mit Motorrad unterwegs gewesen und haben wegen Regen noch einen Tag verlängert. Wir haben für den zweiten Tag sogar noch ein grösseres Zimmer ohne Aufpreis bekommen. Alles in Allem ein aussergewöhnliches Hotel. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, uvijek nasmijano i spremno da pomogne u svakom trenutku, što nam je kao porodici mnogo značilo. Soba je bila čista, prostrana i udobna, savršena za boravak sa djecom. Hrana je bila ukusna i raznovrsna. Lokacija hotela je takođe odlična i omogućava lagan pristup svemu što vam je potrebno. Sve u svemu, ovo je mjesto gdje bismo se rado ponovo vratili i koje bismo toplo preporučili svim porodicama koje žele kvalitetan i bezbrižan odmor. /

- Ervina (10/5): Clean and very comfortable - Owner of the hotel knows what he is doing. He has everything under control and takes care of the whole property extremely good. Rooms are beautiful, clean, bed linen perfectly ironed, white and soft, as are the towels. Parking is also easy and right in front of the hotel, breakfast is great. If you arrive in the evening, everything seems to be closed around the hotel and very quiet, almost like abandoned. But in the morning and early afternoon the whole neighborhood get so lively with food market and all the shops open. So not a bad thing really, just a note if you are arriving in the evening- it is actually very lively and great neighborhood during the day.

La chambre était grande, bien équipée. Le parking parfait dans cette ville où il est difficile de se garer.. Le service à table du petit déjeuner est agréable mais finalement un buffet permet de choisir ce qui nous convient.

Benny who served us the breakfast goes over and beyond and assured us the meat was halal. The room is very clean and cosy. Nothing.

El personal muy amable. Nos ayudaron en todo y estaban pendientes de cualquier detalle. El desayuno está riquísimo y muy abundante: pan, mantequilla, mermelada, fruta, café, zumos y puedes pedir huevos preparados como quieras. Estaba delicioso. La ubicación es excelente y tiene parking gratuito. Lo recomiendo al 100%

- Dean (10/5): Excellent - התארחנו במלון לשני לילות והחוויה הייתה מצוינת מכל הבחינות. החדר הסטנדרטי היה גדול ומעוצב בצורה יפה מאוד, עם ג’קוזי ומקלחת מפנקת שהוסיפו המון לאווירה ולנוחות. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טעימה והוגשה בשירות אדיב ונעים. הצוות במלון יוצא מן הכלל – עזרו לנו בשמחה, הביאו לנו אקסטרה מים לדרך, זכרו לאן נסענו ושאלו אחר כך איך היה, ואפילו פנו אלינו בערב כדי לבדוק אם אנחנו צריכים עזרה במציאת מקום לאכול. יחס חם ואכפתי שבאמת לא מובן מאליו. רמת הניקיון במלון מבריקה – החדר, המקלחת והאזורים הציבוריים כולם נקיים ומסודרים. המיקום מרכזי אך שקט, כ-10 דקות הליכה מהמרכז, כולל חניה מסודרת ונוחה. מלון שמתאים לכולם – זוגות, משפחות או כל מי שמחפש מקום נעים, איכותי ושירותי לשהות בו בשקודר. ממליצים בחום ונשמח לחזור.

Kristina quien estaba en la recepción al momento que llegamos y Beni, quien nos recomendó un buen restaurante para cenar con mi familia por mi cumpleaños y luego nos ayudó a reservar un tour para el dia siguiente a Shala River, fueron muy atentos y agradables. La habitación era muy amplia, cómoda y agradable, con buenas camas. El desayuno fue abundante y sabroso. Muchas gracias Beni y Kristina por hacer que nuestra estadía en Shkoder fuera muy agradable 😊

We stayed here last Spring and on this trip we were going to Montenegro but it was the perfect first stop/night after landing in Tirana earlier in the day. It is a great hotel with a wonderful and welcoming staff. The breakfast is amazing and the location is perfect. Can't say enough good things about it.

- Rudy (9/5): Fantastisch - Heel gezellig, luxueus hotel op een wat niet te verwachten ligging, doch heel dicht bij het oude centrum en de bezienswaardigheden. Heel warm ontvangen. Ruime kamer, lekker ontbijt met tafelbediening; niet overdadig maar alles was aanwezig.

- Jana (10/5): - Das Hotel Ervini hat eine gute Lage, die Altstadt mit der Fußgängerzone ist in 10 min erreichbar. Das Hotel ist absolut sauber, die Zimmer sind modern und luxuriös ausgestattet. Parkplätze sind vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstück wird serviert mit Früchten, Brot, Saft und Ei in verschiedenen Varianten, garniert mit Gurke, Tomate und Feta. Absolut zu empfehlen bei einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Nichts. Es war alles super.

- Shauna (9/5): Overall it was great! - The owner Bennie could not have been more accommodating. The rooms are lovely, the staff is nice and the location is great! It was a little noisy early one morning because my windows were open and the hotel is next to a school basketball court. There was an exuberant game going on!

- Hana_y (10/5): Beautiful and well-maintained hotel in Shkodra - A beautifully maintained hotel with a genuinely caring owner and welcoming staff who truly want their guests to have a great experience. The room was very spacious and clean, as is the bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. The location is perfect - just a few minutes' walk to the pedestrian street in the city center. Highly recommended!
