• francine (7/5): Les trois étages sans ascenseur ont plombé les aspects positifs. Trop dangereux ! - La situation géographique, les restos proches et l'appartement très spacieux. Les trois étages à monter et descendre sans ascenseur dans une cage d'escalier semée d'écueils. La machine à café que nous n'avons jamais pu faire fonctionner?.

Super consigliato! - Pulito, confortevole, moderno, in mezzo ai vialetti storici di Napoli, in una piazzetta che più caratteristica non si può, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla vita di via dei Tribunali e San Gregorio Armeno e con bar per un buon caffè e botteghe alimentari raggiungibili a piedi in due minuti. Marcella è stata un host preciso e gentilissimo. Super consigliato!

Se preocupó en pedirnos un transporte para llevarnos al aeropuerto y todo, encima súper bien de precio. Además, la ubicación del alojamiento estaba increíble, pero está en un barrio auténtico napolitano. En general, todo ha sido perfecto.

• Demmings (10/5): Other than parking, our stay was wonderful. - The apartment is very nice and the walking distance to the tourist areas is very short. Limited Breakfast, especially for a celiac, it meant we ate out. Just espresso for breakfast. Parking and driving is a nightmare for anyone coming from North America. Walking to location through the alleyway is quite an eye opener. Graffiti and garbage everywhere. Three storey climb on rundown staircase to apartment - you better not have mobility issues OR large luggage.

• Marta (7/5): Te llevas una grata sorpresa al entrar en el apartamento - La ubicación es muy buena. El estado del edificio es muy precario y subir a pie las maletas 3 pisos es costoso. Cuando llegas al apartamento te llevas una grata sorpresa porque está todo reformado e impecable. Está equipado al detalle (jabón, wifi, agua, toallas...) No hay ninguna foto del edificio y al ver el estado nos causó mala impresión. El desayuno no lo utilizamos porque no había nada recien hecho para comer. Sólo tostadas embasadas y cruasanes embasabos

Βρίσκεται σε μια όμορφη και αυθεντική γειτονιά στο ιστορικό κέντρο της πόλης, χωρίς πολλή τουριστική κίνηση, αλλά μία ανάσα από σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Ο Luca που μας υποδέχτηκε ήταν πολύ συμπαθητικός, βοηθητικός και ευγενικός. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, καθαρό και ασφαλές, ενώ διατίθεται και κλειστός χώρος γκαράζ ακριβώς κάτω από το διαμέρισμα. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

• Jerzy (9/5): Net geen 10, wel een aanrader! - De locatie kan bijna niet beter en het appartement is gerenoveerd tot een prachtig nieuw appartement dat goed beschermd is met een apart hek. De eigenaresse deed alles in haar macht om ons een zo fijn mogelijk verblijf te geven en was altijd bereikbaar via whatsapp. We hadden overlast van mieren, die de eigenaresse wel direct liet oplossen, maar zij bleven terugkomen vanuit andere hoeken. Daarnaast was de wc-bril ook erg los en kregen we aan het begin geen schuurspons en theedoek (dit is naderhand wel gegeven bij de volgende schoonmaakbeurt).

• fatima (9/5): - A really well equipped, comfortable and stylish apartment. Great coffee machine! Breakfast was just crackers, individual jam and packs of donuts/biscuits in the cupboard. Grateful for the bottles of cold water! Very helpful in booking transfers and offers of local tips. Fast communication and really Friendly. Fantastic value for money in this real, Neopolitan neighbourhood. Comfy beds, spotlessly clean and lovely big bathroom. Very spacious. I would recommend for sure. The steep climb up to the department on 4th floor was a struggle with heavy luggage! A lot of steep uneven stairs so if you have Mobility issues this is not the place for you. We didn't realise this when booking. But we managed and the apartment and very lively square its located in made up for it! Fun watching the neighbours from above!

Subir as escadas para quem possui mobilidade reduzida, possui muita bagagem ou um bebê de colo pode ser um desafio.

The apartment is beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and maintained to a very high standard. Every detail was carefully thought out, making my stay not only comfortable but also very enjoyable. One of the things that stood out most was how welcoming and helpful the host was. Communication was excellent from the beginning. The owner went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and even took the time to give me a list of the best local places to visit — including restaurants, cafes, attractions, and hidden gems that only a local would know about. Thanks to those recommendations, I got to explore the area in a more authentic and enjoyable way. The location of the Airbnb is fantastic. It’s in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood, which made me feel secure at all times, even when coming back late at night. It’s also very well connected to everything — whether you’re walking, driving, or using public transport, it’s easy to get around. Another huge bonus was having access to a private garage. Traveling with a car can sometimes be stressful, but having a secure place to park made a big difference and gave me a lot of peace of mind. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Between the warm hospitality, the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment, the perfect location, and the thoughtful touches, I truly felt like I was in a home away from home. • Jonas (7/5): Good location and flat close to city center - don’t drive in Naples though - Perfect location within the city center, close to many locations. The family owning the flat is very nice and will come at the beginning and end, but also especially to open the private garage when you need your car - if you have any. Driving to the flat is not easy at all as the traffic in Naples is terrible. Also, it seems like we had to drive in a ZTL (restricted traffic area), so we might receive fines later…

Really minor comment - the floor in the living room and in the bedroom is the same but there is one step between both rooms, bedroom is lower. Since floor color is the same you have to be careful walking you do not expect this step you jut keep walking. I resolved it easily just putting the door mat of different color in the bedroom entrance. Then we saw that step and were prepared.

• Marietta (8/5): Very good - The flat was very nice, close to the historic center. Little smaller than in the pictures, but it was clean and comfortable for 3 people. Marcella was really nice and helpful, it was easy to get in. Nearby there were great restaurants and streets to shop and linger. According to the description there was breakfast included. There was a coffee machine which was leaking, and some biscuits and pre-packed cakes. The house which has the flat in it was a little out of shape, but inside was great.

Great location near metro/train station, bus station and to explore the historic center and the whole city in general. The host was brilliant in helping us with whatever we wanted, easy to reach out. We were also provided with a lot of stuff for breakfast. Totally worth it and suggested.
• Maria (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spacious and the windows isolated the sound very nicely (always helpful!). The bed was comfortable and there was an extra bed, for people travelling with kids or friends. There was lots of space to put clothes away too. The host was nice and responsive. Everyone staying here should be aware they'll have to climb 3 flights of stairs carrying their bags, so travel light!

The host helped us with storing the luggage since our flight was many hours after the check out. Breakfast needs to be significantly improved as everything was prepacked. We would expect better quality on that, otherwise doesn´t need to be offered at all.

She was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was comfortable and even though it’s a bit noisy during the day, it quiets right down in the evening and throughout the night. The stairs. It’s 5 stories. With suitcases, it’s not the best, but totally doable.
• Christian (10/5): Perfect stay in Napoli City Centre! 🍕 🍷 - Perfect Location in the City Centre. That flat is really big, with a separate Kirchen, bathroom and separate sleeping Room. There is also a coffee machine with pads for using. Great Taste. We also got 4 Liter of water and some sweets for breakfast. Everything was fabulous and we enjoyed our stay 100%. It was the best Location during our 10 days of Holiday in our Napoli and Amalfi coast Tour. Thank You! - - -

• Salih (10/5): Newly refurbished very large flat, central location. - The apartment is excellent. Newly refurbished, all the amenities are brand new. Air conditioning is faboulus. Sometimes hot water acts up but no problem there. The location is very central, close to metro station and walking distance to Napoli city center. Coffee machine and water+milk in the fridge is bonus. The flat feels safe and secure inside. The building has no elevator and the flat is on 3rd floor. At scorching heat that might be issue during summer. Also the building is very old and in a deep alley but all the buildings in Napoli center are old so can't complain much there. Don't expect much for breakfast. Its ready cookies etc.

Walking distance from the Archeological Museum, 5 min away from Piazza Cavour metro station, grocery stores and a really good pizzeria (Lombardi 1892). Excellent contact with a kind host! Couldn't stay longer.

• Младенова (10/5): Great stay, we will certainly repeat it - The breakfast was the usual, milk, two cakes, coffee and croissants. The location is one of the best, just a 5 minute walk away is Tribunali street, the main one in the old town, the Dante monument some 20 minutes away, the port 1 km away. Our host Antonio is very nice and gave us a great welcome. He was available at any time for any need and help. He hired us transportation to the airport when we were leaving, very correct.The apartment is excellent and comfortable, there is plenty of space for two people and everything is needed for the stay. Hygiene is at a very high level. When we go to Naples again, we will definitely be there. the only thing we didn't like was that the apartment was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. The stairs were very steep and difficult to climb especially with luggage

• Natasja (8/5): Spacious appartment at great location - The location was very good, the appartement is close to several highlights of Naples and otherwise close to public transport. Furthermore the appartement is quite spacious when with 2 adults. Also the hosts are quite helpful (if you need anything) during the stay. The apartment was very clean and we got a towel change after a few days, which was really nice. The breakfast is a basket of some pre-packaged food for the whole week. I would suggest to not offer it or to offer a breakfast with a little higher quality. Also the temperature of the shower takes some patience as it changes constantly.
