• Henk (10/5): Het verblijf heeft bijgedragen aan een fijn en comfortabel verblijf in Valencia. - Het was een prima en ruim appartement. Alle gewenste voorzieningen waren er. Het pand is vrij centraal gelegen met goede openbaar vervoersvoorzieningen in de buurt. Alles voldeed aan onze verwachtingen en er viel niets tegen.

• de PENFENTENYO de KERVEREGUIN (9/5): Appartement propre mais l’isolation n’est pas bonne - L’appartement était spacieux pour deux, la cuisine est bien équipée , les chambres sont propres et la possibilité de se garer pas trop loin gratuitement. La station de bus, le bus 32 nous amène directement dans le cœur de Valence. Les caméras qui sont à l’entrée de l’appartement , c’est quand même intrusif, le fait que ça soit marqué qu’il y aura un supplément si nous salissons les serviettes avec le maquillage , étonnant comme réflexion sachant que les serviettes ne sont pas très neuves. La cuvette est plus petite que les toilette, la chambre côté rue n’est pas isolée, on entend tout et le voisin du dessus fait beaucoup de bruit, idem nous entendons tout. Voila après nous avons passé un bon séjour car nous étions à l’appartement que pour y Dormir !

• Martina (10/5): Úžasné - S apartmánom sme boli veľmi spokojní. Na prízemí, s vonkajším priestorom, veľké izby, čistá kúpeľňa, kuchyňa vybavená so všetkým potrebným. Byt je veľký. Hluk z ulice nepočuť, naše dieťa sa vôbec nezobudilo. Keď cestujete s deťmi, ideálne. Blízko stanica metra aj autobus, nie je problém sa niekde dostať, na pláž sme chodili peši. Hneď oproti detské ihrisko. Keď prídeme nabudúce, určite si vyberieme tento apartmán.

• Bianca Andreea (9/5): Todo bien - Nos ha encantado el piso, la ubicación y las utilidades. Todo lo necesario para unos días en la ciudad. No hay parking privado pero la calle esta llena de aparcamientos gratuitos. No se puede fumar en la terraza, pero también se entiende. Es un patio cerrado que da al resto de apartamentos.
• Giulia (10/5): Appartamento comodo, spazioso e collegato bene - Appartamento molto spazioso e pulito. Comodo anche lo spazio esterno per stendere asciugamani e costumi. Buona posizione centrale, mare e centro facilmente raggiungibili con i mezzi pubblici. Nulla.

La posizione è ottima, vicina a tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno, e la possibilità di entrare e uscire senza scale è stata un grande vantaggio. L'interno è ben arredato e pulito, offrendo un'atmosfera accogliente dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare la città. Ha un ambiente living composto da cucina soggiorno e salotto con TV, due stanze da letto ed un bagno con finestra. Un'ottima scelta per chi cerca comodità e accessibilità a Valencia. Un plus da non sottovalutare: un distributore.di acqua in cucina. I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment in Valencia and found it truly comfortable and practical. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed, and the ability to come and go without stairs was a big advantage. The interior is well-furnished and clean, offering a welcoming atmosphere after a day exploring the city. The apartment has a large living area, with well furnished kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with window. An excellent choice for anyone seeking comfort and accessibility in Valencia. A really valuable advantage is a drinking water dispenser in the kitchen. È andato tutto alla grande. Everithing was great.

• Wendy (10/5): Very clean house just as described. Great location - Nice to be met in person with keys and shown around the house. Thick towels, nice hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. Great hairdryer. Pull down blackout blinds were great. Very big TV easy to use with access to Netflix. Highly recommend Le Pepica restaurant on the beach for traditional Paella and a very cheap price, best pizza we tasted at Mi Piace about 5 minutes walk. Taxi rank outside the hospital about 5 minutes walk or bus services close by. Great location if you don’t mind walking. 20 mins to the beach and 30 minutes to Centre of Valencia. Could do with a summer quilt or the option to have one (I get hot personally)
• Fabian (10/5): Exceptional - We recently booked a two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Valencia and had a wonderful stay. The location was absolutely perfect, putting us within easy reach of all the main attractions. One of the things we really appreciated was the thoughtful provision of drinking water and all the necessary utensils. It made settling in so much easier and saved us from having to immediately run to the supermarket. The patio area was a real highlight, providing a lovely space to relax. For our evenings in, the 65-inch TV was a fantastic bonus! It was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. This apartment is definitely recommended! It offered a comfortable and convenient base for our trip, and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again. The combination of the central location, thoughtful amenities, and clean comfortable living space made it a truly enjoyable experience.

• Nicole (9/5): Perfect location in old part of town! - The property was as pictures described and location was absolutely perfect. Very close to all restaurants and shopping in the old town with lots of character but on a side street so it was quiet. Plenty of space for 2 people. Comfy bed and 2 bath areas (1 with shower , sink and lighted mirror and another with a toilet, sink and mirror) which was awesome. Would be nice if they replaced awkward curtain on front glass door that had to stay closed in order to keep people from looking in with fogged glass . The curtain made the apartment very dark.
