We would like to inform you that this apartment works with a system that opens the door through a mobile link. You don't need keys to enter the apartment on your check-in day. To check-in at your apartment Barcelonaforrent Urban Town Suites, you should pay the city tax and refundable damage deposit in advance with your credit / debit card through our virtual online TPV which we will send you few days before your arrival. Once the City Tax and refundable damage deposit are paid we will also need photos of ID’S or Passports of all guests. Then we will provide you a link to open the door in order to access the apartment. Check in anytime from 15:00 pm and Check out time 11:00 am Please note that bed linen and towels are included. The pool is available year-round, but during certain periods of grass and pool maintenance, it may not be usable. We are not responsible for its unavailability during these times. If you need to use the intercom, please make sure to press the correct button to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Please turn off lights and appliances (air conditioning, heating) when leaving the apartment. We appreciate and take care of our resources. Trash must be taken out. Please dispose of it in the garbage bins located outside the building.
