• Bołd (10/5): - Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, czyste, przestronne. Niezbędne naczynia, sprzęty, klimatyzacja, balkon - bardzo wygodny apartament. Blisko stacji metra, co jest ogromnym plusem. Kilka różnych sklepów w bliskim sąsiedztwie. Bardzo pomocni i sympatyczni właściciele. Nasz pobyt był wyjątkowo udany, śmiało możemy polecić.

I visited with my husband and our two daughters (ages 6 and 10), and it had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk to the metro and about 20 minutes from Rome’s main attractions. The apartment itself was very clean, and both the bathroom and kitchen were fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Gianni was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even picked us up and drive us to the airport in the middle of the night, which we really appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. Nothing
• Camiel (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf - Voor ons een ideale plek en appartement. Waren met de auto op doorreis en verbleven een middag en avond in Rome. De metro is op 5 minuten lopen. De buurt veilig. Appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en zeer verzorgd en schoon. Contact met host Was erg goed en altijd snel antwoord. Appartement is ongeveer naast de snelweg (die je niet hoort). Meteen weer op weg naar Napels en dus geen last van de ochtendspits. Als je er langer verblijft is de keukentafel klein voor meer dan 4 personen. Als je met 4 bent moet je de keukentafel in de woonkamer zetten. Daar is trouwens ruimte genoeg
• Matthijs (10/5): Great stay, absolutely recommend! - Gianni has been an excellent host during our stay. The transfer from and to the airport was a bliss. The apartment was great with all the facilities one needs at hand. Working and modern air conditioning in all rooms. Very close the a modern metro station and a metro line that felt safe, which is important for a single parent with two daughters. It brings you to the center of Rome in 20 minutes. We wish we could have stayed longer! Grazie mille! Nulla

La posizione è un grande vantaggio, essendo vicinissima alla stazione della metropolitana, il che rende gli spostamenti facili e veloci. Inoltre, nelle vicinanze si trovano negozi e ristoranti, ideali per qualsiasi esigenza. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento!

• イヤ (10/5): お世話になりありがとうございました。ローマの良い思い出ができました。 - オーナー家族の対応が素晴らしくフレンドリー。 停電トラブル時にも直ぐ対応してくれた。 Cラインがコロッセオ迄開通していたので毎日電車で中心部に行き観光を楽しめた。 歩いて6分ぐらいのkonadoスーパーで買い出しして自炊もでき、ゆっくりと眠ることができた。

La cocina bien equipada, las habitaciones cómodas y el baño tenía de todo. Muy limpio. Beata y Gianni estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. Fuimos con una niña pequeña y había juegos para ella, todo un detalle. Si tuviera que poner un pero, sería la distancia al centro. Pero está bien comunicado en metro. Y el colchón, que nos resultó un poco blando. Por lo demás todo de 10.
• Christian (10/5): Espectacular!!!! Cómo en casa 🥰🥰🥰🥰 - La verdad no sé cómo empezar o agradecer a Beata y Gianni todo estos días que hemos podido pasar en su casa. Todo ha sido maravilloso. Son una pareja maravillosa. El apartamento está limpio y con todo los detalles que uno necesita en su casa. La ubicación del piso es estupenda con el metro en 16 min estás en el centro y tomando el bus o andando estas en el coliseo. Ya mismo también estará el metro hasta el coliseo. Nunca he podido disfrutar tanto de un apartamento como en la casa de Beata y Gianni. Les agradezco todo muchísimo y mis hijos también. Nos llevamos unos amigos a nuestro corazón. Que Gianni os deje dar consejos que son maravillosos. Quidad la casa que tengo que volver 🥰 No poder estar más tiempo 🥹

• Sheila (10/5): Ottimo, messo nei super preferiti !!! - Premetto che ci siamo fermati solo una notte per smezzare un viaggio di circa 12 ore di macchina, quindi non con l’intento di visitare la città , ma di cenare con del buon cibo romano e riposare per riprendere il viaggio all’indomani, quindi, considerando lo scopo, la casa era in posizione ottima , molto vicina all’autostrada e con diversi ristoranti vicini. Il proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile fin da subito. L’appartamento sopra qualsiasi aspettativa, soprattutto per chi ha apprezza il bello e il design: ordinato, curato nel dettaglio, pulitissimo, con tutto quello che poteva servire, come essere a casa e, cosa per nulla scontata, Gianni ci ha fatto trovare una bella bottiglia di acqua fresca al nostro arrivo e tutto l’occorrente per poter fare una buona colazione a casa il giorno successivo ! ottima esperienza, da tenere presente per soggiorni futuri. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming, meeting us directly at the apartment and even assisting with parking, and the bags. He gave us a great tour of the space and shared excellent recommendations for local restaurants. We were especially touched by his thoughtfulness: he brought gifts for our children and provided a cot for our infant, offering both pink and blue blankets as he wasn't sure of the gender. Their genuine friendliness made our stay truly special. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very well-organized, making for a comfortable stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again! Thank you for everything. The apartment was located a bit outside of Rome's city center.

He took a good care of us, intensed communication to ensure everyhing went well. The apartment is on the ground floor, clean, cozy and full with kitchen utensils. I highly recommend this property to anyone who visits Rome Nothing! It is a bit distant from city center but easy access to center by metro. It is in a safe and calm neighbourhood.

• Victoriia (10/5): Exceptional - I want to recommend that apartment,very clean ,furniture brand new a lost space ,everything what you need included like bath staff kitchen staff ,little starter for breakfast, coffee, tea Nutella, jam ,owners very nice and helpful even they pick up us from airport for low price. Always available on phone they bring big bed for our little baby .5/7 minutes walk to underground and 20 minutes to city centre by underground.I will back to that apartment when I will fly to Roma . Everything was great !! 👍
