Good location for beach, shopping and public transport Well equipped kitchen Dining furniture dirty and not up to standard of the apartment. Cooker and cooker hood needs replacing. Badly repaired coffee table. Noisy building works alongside 6am-5pm 6 days a week

• Sharon (8/5): We enjoyed our stay mainly because of the location we could walk to where we wanted to go. - Clean and comfortable with great views and close to Pacific Fair for shopping and a short walk to great eating places. Good to have undercover parking too. Lock box location. Glad we didn't arrive in the dark or with bad weather. We were three ladies in our seventies. Younger people probably wouldn't have had a problem with it. Found it quite bizarre actually. The frig needs the shelves in the door fixed as you cannot stand an opened tall bottle anywhere in it.

• Ashleigh (4/5): It was ok for the price we ok could have been better and the furniture was ok and not bad. - I liked the location of the place it was convenient to the shops There was a crack in the stove, there was tissues and an vapour under the bed, the furniture was broken, the front desk said they have nothing to do with the the air bnb but was never specified when booking that it was an air bnb.

• Adachi (10/5): So relaxed. - Located in a quieter area in GC, conveniently close to the large shopping mall and Tram/bus station. Rooms are spacious and facilities are clean and tidy. Would've been helpful if (a) the check-out time is 11.00, (b) we have multiple room keys. The bedroom which faces the road could be slightly noisy to disturb sleep because of traffic.

• Michael (10/5): Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your apartment and we would love to stay there again - The apartment was extremely comfortable and homely and located in such a fantastic location (close to beach, Pacific Fair and Surfers Paradise). The balcony view was amazing. Due to the cyclone hitting the Gold Coast we were housebound for nearly four days, which prevented us from leaving the apartment; the facilities (pool, spa, sauna and gym) were fantastic and allowed us sporadic time away from the apartment. When in the apartment, it was comfortable and spacious enough to allow myself, brother and son space to ourselves without climbing the walls and irritating each other. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge area were all very comfortable and homely. The laundry facilities were also really handy. Communication received after the booking was confirmed as well as prior to our stay was really appreciated. The staff and management who look after the apartment complex were extremely friendly and ensured that we were safe and provided us with regular updated information as the cyclone hit the Gold Coast, which was also really appreciated. If anything, the cleaners may want to check the curtain in the master bedroom as there was some marks on the curtain prior to our stay), as well as clean the window as the previous occupants must have had children who drew pictures with their fingers on the window. There was also lint / dust on the curtains in the master bedroom.
