Jean Pierre (10/5): Una buena opción para visitar la zona - Su ubicación te permite visitar varios lugares en pocos días: Santillana del Mar, Comillas, Santander, el bosque de las secoyas,... así que valió la pena. Creo que vale la pena alquilar un piso en esta zona. El alojamiento está un poco alejado de todo, lo cual es una ventaja porque es tranquilo pero un inconveniente ya que solo hay un Eroski cerca. No pudimos ver Cartes, y creo que es un pueblo que va a morir del éxito porque sencillamente todos los accesos están bloqueados a partir de las 4:00 de la tarde. Salvo que aparques a 2 km del pueblo, no hay manera de acercarse a él

Juan José (10/5): Fantástica - Estaba todo nuevo y súper limpio, las instalaciones están genial, muy cómodas y bien ubicado, el anfitrión súper amables. La vajilla era nueva y estaba bien pero era escasa, poca cantidad de platos y tazas y se echaba de menos unas lamparitas en las mesillas de noche, por lo demás todo estupendo.

La casa è molto ben organizzata, ha tutto il necessario (la cucina fornitissima, ha persino lavatrice, lavastoviglie e sapone per usarle). È pulitissima, silenziosa e ha le tapparelle, cosa rara. È comodo anche il parcheggio direttamente di fronte alla casa, dentro al cortile. Se siete con i bambini è perfetto perché ha un piccola piscina calda, salterello e campetto da calcio. La posizione va benissimo per le zona intorno (ci sono spiagge stupende), per Santander invece ci vuole una mezz'oretta. Un piccolo supermercato è a 5 minuti a piedi (chiuso di domenica). Nulla
