Guest Reviews
- Berenz (8/5): Beautiful stay - Inside was clean and beautiful. Tv is awesome. Would have appreciated a bit more guidance about trash and laundry. There were not paper towels, napkins, detergent, and only one dish pod. I was there for a couple days and cooked and felt like I had to buy so many things to just eventually throw it all out. A lot went to waste.
- Kevin (9/5): Quiet and peaceful. Perfect location - Quiet, peaceful location, close to everything. Newly remodeled. Clean. Ceiling fan and Air conditioning available.
- Francois (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (7/5): Good -
- Özgür (9/5): Superb - You need to change the bed.
- Dalia (7/5): Good - The nice design, the kitchen with all the nice equipment, the fact we had two rooms was nice small bedroom and small bad for two separate people that use separate blankets, no windows to outside, hot water mainly for one shower.
- Javier (7/5): Good - Good
- Alexandros (9/5): Superb -
- Alissa (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great. It was walking distance to many restaurants, bars, la Latina neighborhood, etc. The place was small but convenient. The check in/out was process was easy and the apt was clean and chic. I read reviews about the hallways not having lights at night but you have to press a button on the walls to turn them on. We would stay there again if we return to Madrid. No outside view
- Anna (7/5): Nice location within walking distance to metro. - Nice mix of old and modern. Walking distance to metro. Good modern kitchen facilities. Bed was very uncomfortable dipped in the middle. Lack of communication of use/ whereabouts of air con. Radom remote control left in bedroom that seemed to do nothing. Very little hot water very quick shower only, two people couldn’t shower after each other. No washing up liquid, only one dishwasher tablet given. Loo seat lose.
- Eirini (7/5): Nice apartment but dangerous neighbourhood - The apartment was cosy and very clean. It's ok for a couple. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was no natural light from the windows. The toilet had a little problem. When we were pushing the flusher, water was throwing out of the toilet.
The neighbourhood is dangerous, we were robbed in a nearby cafeteria. Be careful in Embajadores!

- Ann (8/5): Well equiped flat, not very far from tourist areas. - The flat is well fitted out and big enough for a couple. There is plenty of hanging space and drawers for clothes (which is not often the case.) Plenty of catering equiment etc, including washing machine and dishwasher (which we did not use) though no instructions for anything. Electric radiators worked well.
There is a good supermarket about 5 minutes walk away, a very popular bar for breakfast 2 minutes away, and other bars and cafes within 10 minutes.
The Sunday morning Rastro market had stalls right to our door. The flat itself was very quiet. The worst aspect of the stay was getting into the property when we arrived. We had to have a smartphone and access a Spanish language webpage, which we did not know about until the day before we arrived. The instructions were supplied only in Spanish, though I had asked for them in English, and omitted key information. It took several attempts to get into the flat. Once inside there was a set of keys.
The windows look onto a stariwell so there was practically no natural light. The road the property is in is a bit run down but did not feel unsafe.
- Giulia (8/5): Very good -
