Paola V.M. (4/5): Buena ubicación, mala comunicación - La ubicación. Desde el principio la comunicación fue complicada, estuvimos esperando las indicaciones para entrar al apartamento durante bastante tiempo. La sensación en todo momento fue que el interés es el pago pero cero preocupación por satisfacer al cliente. El apartamento no tiene ni lo más mínimo de cortesía, no hay sal, ni café o azúcar. Los utensilios de cocina muy básicos y la verdad no permite cocinar con comodidad. Por otra parte, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, la cortina de la habitación principal sucia, el desagüe de la ducha está taponado, por lo que se sale el agua, las divisiones del baño muy sucias y ni hablar del sofá, que no solo está sucio sino que no te puedes ni sentar, mucho menos dormir en eso, se sienten las tablas. Para finalizar, solo hay un ventilador y el calentador no funciona y al comentarlo, la contestación es que "el agua de Ibagué es caliente y el calentador es un servicio extra". Lo dejo al albedrío de cada uno pero no recomiendo el sitio.
