• Maribel (5/5): - tan sols l'emplaçament perquè ens desplacem molt per la zona l'àmplia zona per estacionar vehicles dins la finca Dins de casa: neteja deficient. Moltes formigues i mosques (hem hagut de comprar esprays). Manteniment deficient de la casa. Humitats i olors. Manquen estris basics a la cuina (culleres petites, forquilles, safates). Productes d'higiene molt limitats. Manquen llums i en algunes habitacions l'encesa/apagat està fora de les habitacions (i no als capçals). Alguna dutxa funciona regular. IMPORTANT: NO HI HA AIRE ACONDICIONAT a la 1era planta (on hi han 3 llits) i allà, sota teulada, no es pot estar a l'estiu (i menys dormir) - Aquesta planta 1era està molt mal distribuida, només hi ha un petit bany en una de les habitacions. A l'exterior la PISCINA HA ESTAT VERDA tota la setmana, alguns taulons de la tarima de la piscina estan sueltos i s'esfonsen en trepitjar (amb perill de fer-se mal). També hem trobat 3 defecacions de gossos no recollides.

• Johnny (8/5): Lovely but needs and update. - Design of the property is amazing and the space available of land surrounding the villa is significant. When built and lived in this properties would have been perfect. The property has been left alone with no updates at all. The overall maintenance is poor and the actual facilities available are non existent. Pool area is spacious but has limited relaxation areas and the sub beds available have no pillows on the them. Pool was not cleaned daily and should be as of location. One of the pool lights was floating on the surface and the company had to do some treatment for the pool during our stay as of algae. Air conditioning is not available through the entire property. This is a large villa and should be cooled properly, a total of 4 units in the entire place and aged. Because of this, that old wood smell lingers. No cleaning products available on arrival for general purposes of keep the kitchen clean, dishes etc. Also no bin liners. These are the basics. Kitchen was spacious with pretty much all the utensils required. Out dates but meets all requirements. Coffee machine was broken and the company had no interest to replace it, this might not be the company’s fault as i do not know their agreement with the owner. However, I believe the rental company has no requirement to replace items or maintain the property - shame. Bedrooms basic but clean and comfortable. Showers and washroom facilities are excellent. Basics provided on towels, but of a good enough quality - soft on touch. Garden around the pool, spacious but should be maintained better than what it is. This property could be excellent, but it is not maintained at all. Such a shame.
