• Patricia (9/5): Good for long stays! Make sure to dress for the weather. - The property is a pretty solid choice for a 19 day stay, especially with the kitchenette and the laundry machine and the laundry pole in the bathroom. It’s also pretty secure with requiring a key to enter the building and enter the room. I also like that it’s in Ikebukuro, my favorite area in all of Tokyo. The insulation in the building isn’t great, but as long as you have the heating/cooling system on you’ll be fine. It’s also quite a walk from Ikebukuro station, but you can take a bus to and from the station and that’ll make it like a 7 minute walk. I do think it’s a bit cramped in there but all Japanese apartments are like that tbh and the furniture was easy to move around.

• Jennifer (8/5): Quartier calme mais assez proche d une grande gare et bien équipé - Le quartier était assez proche de deux gares mais restait très calme et familial. Il faut au moins 15 minutes pour rentrer depuis la gare. On avait une petite laverie pour sécher le linge et un distributeur de boissons à 10 mètres ainsi qu'un petit supermarché pas trop loin et beaucoup de combini proches de la gare. Le logement était équipé d'une machine à laver le linge et la cabine de bain avait une fonction séchage du linge, c’était très pratique. D'ailleurs pouvoir prendre un bain chaud le soir est un vrai plus après avoir marché toute la journée ! La literie était très confortable. La cuisine était bien équipée même si nous avons plutôt mangé dehors. La climatisation était très appréciable en cette saison chaude. Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour. Je pense qu'il faudrait ajouter une étape dans la méthode de récupération des clés car nous avons eu de mal. La table et les chaises sont peu adaptées à l'espace de la chambre et prennent trop de place. Les oreillers sont trop petits, c'est difficile de dormir avec.

• Fabienne (7/5): très bien dans l'ensemble - Le logement était très propre et fonctionnel un peu loin de la gare pour moi et pas d'ascenseur donc un peu handicapant pour moi.

• Audrey (9/5): - L'appartement est confortable, dans un quartier extrêmement calme et il y a tout le nécessaires pour un long séjour. Il y a une station à 11min à pied et une supérette à 7min. L'appartement est un peu en retrait des lieux touristiques mais avec la station tout est accessible. Si vous n'aimez pas trop loger dans les lieux bondés c'est parfait. L'appartement est un peu loin de la station surtout quand on fait un long séjour comme moi et après avoir beaucoup marché mais on s'adapte rapidement. Il manquait quelque éléments pour un meilleur confort : un tapis de bain et un égouttoir. Les oreillers sont vraiment pas top, trop plat... cela ma bloqué le cou.
