- Ramona (8/5): War ein guter Aufenthalt - Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten war der Aufenthalt toll. Leider mussten wir uns beschweren, danach war die junge Frau wohl eingeschnappt und hat nicht mal mehr gegrüsst. Dieses Verhalten war sehr unreif, trotzdem ist die Unterkunft schön.
- Courtney (1/5): 3rd time is not the charm! - This is our third time staying and this time we were really disappointed. After a long day of traveling and traffic we got there and they weren’t prepared for us. We had to wait outside until “they” were ready for us. We were knocking on the door and running the doorbell multiple times and the woman roommate or other host just stood in there in the kitchen, as we could see her and would not greet us or open the door. We were stuck having to stay in the first house which is where the two hosts stay and it had dogs and loud noises all night up until 2am. The woman host or roommate whoever she is we’ve seen two times now staying there and she was rude, not even acknowledging us, she kept being so loud outside of our room, making noises and running up and down the stairs. The place smelled like burnt tortillas all night from whatever she was cooking. The linens on the bed were not pre-washed before we got there, it had the odor of someone else’s cologne which was so strong, the bed felt like it had crumbs, dead skin and stuff on it. Unfortunately, we thought this was our little spot to use while we’re attending court in LA fighting for custody but we will not stay here again. Jacob has always been accommodating when it comes to parking and being ready for us but this time was off. Felt like we were in a tweaker house!

- Monika (8/5): Krásne ubytovanie, ale hluční susedia - Dom bol veľmi pekný, pohodlný a čistý. K dispozícií bolo bezplatné parkovanie vo dvore. Personál bol veľmi milý a nápomocný. Mali sme izbu so šatníkom, do kúpeľne sa ale vchádzalo cez spoločnú kuchyňu, čo by mohlo niekomu prekážať, my sme s tým ale boli ok. Strašne hluční susedia! Hneď za plotom boli z oboch strán každú noc divoké párty, jednu noc do 2:30a.m., druhú noc dokonca až do 4 a.m. S hlasnou hudbou, svetlami, dokonca ohňostrojmi. A to bolo počas týždňa, nie cez víkend. Nepomohli zatvorené okná, štuple do uší, ani masky na spanie, nedalo sa pri tom spať.

It would be a real challenge in a large pickup truck. It can also get a bit rowdy at night—it’s a rather peculiar neighborhood.

Houses are clean, linens maintained, and property feels secure. We’d gladly stay here again! Neighborhood is a little rough but that’s what you get near downtown LA.

- Courtney (7/5): Chill Vibes Homestay - Jacob was very kind and courteous, accommodating our late-hour arrival and communicating with me every step of the way. He even made parking accommodations for us, which was awesome. The location to the courthouse was perfect—neatly tucked into a residential community and nicely maintained. The main home we stayed in, with the property manager who lives on-site, was decent. It was our first time staying in a homestay, so it was a bit different for us—you’re essentially walking into someone’s home for the night. That said, overall we would stay again. The bed was comfortable, and we got a good night’s rest!

Rooms are modern exactly like on the photo. And the bed is comfortable. You cab hear quiet good when people walk upstairs, and some other noises, but being honest, all people who stayed at the house were very quite. And it didn’t disturb at all.

- Jerom (9/5): - Zeer mooie, ruime en goeie kamer met een grote gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Het was een goed uitgeruste keuken en een perfecte grote van badkamer. De ietwat privé parkeermogelijkheid was krap maar dat stelde me gerust omdat het veilig lag op die manier. Locatie is wat afgelegen. Maar alles in LA is ver van elkaar dus zeker geen groot minpunt.

Ha un rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente ottimo rispetto a tante altre soluzioni che si trovano a Los Angeles, la struttura è pulita ed accogliente. Ci si arriva in 25/30 minuti (traffico permettendo) circa di taxi/macchina dall'aeroporto, e da lì è semplice spostarsi verso Downtown Los Angeles con i mezzi pubblici o in macchina. Lo consiglierò a chiunque voglia visitare Los Angeles!

- Fabian (10/5): Great place - Todo, el lugar está impecable, muy buen espacio, cama super cómoda, baño muy limpio y el anfitrión Jacob tiene una excelente disposición y es muy amable. Destacar que el transporte público esta muy cerca, metro y bus, asi que fue muy facil ir a todos los lugares que necesitaba ir. Cuando vuelva L.A. sin dudas regreso aquí. Nada, todo estuvo perfecto.
