• Sarah (10/5): - Le personnel était super souriant et bienveillant, tout était super propre et un petit dej était inclus avec un super café, du jus et des tartines grillés ! Un plus auquel je ne m'attendais pas. L'espace petit dej est super pour rencontrer les autres voyageurs et on peut laisser notre bagage pour la journée après le check out. Si j'avais pu rester une nuit de plus je l'aurais fais !

• Daly (10/5): I stayed here for 3.5 weeks and didn’t want to leave. The amazing comfortable property, location and ambience. The staff - The property was very clean, comfortable, welcoming and homely. The location is superb, in the heart of real Osaka! With free breakfast and all your needs catered for, everything was superb! Nothing!

• Rebecca (10/5): Unglaublich sauber und sehr freundlich, gutes Frühstück inklusive - Das Frühstück besteht aus Toast mit Marmelade, Salat, Suppe und Saft. Die Suppe habe ich nicht probiert, der Rest war lecker. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und es ist super sauber. Es wird jeden Tag (evtl sogar mehrmals) geputzt, wirklich 1A. Im Bett gibt es ein Licht, eine USB-Steckdose und eine mit japanischem Anschluss. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt reicht also ein USB-Kabel völlig aus. Ich würde wieder kommen.

• Buddhaな如来 (8/5): 場所よし寝心地よし商店街と松島新地に近い！！ - 商店街にすぐ行けるので良いロケーションだと思います。商店街にはお肉とお野菜を売ってるお店(安いゆえに地元の人も買い物に来てた)からダイソーから薬局まであり便利でした。南に行くとイオンもあるので日用品も手に入りやすいです。 また九条の駅からも近いので、なんばからも阪神で一本で行けるゆえ便利だと思います。 カプセルの個室の大きさが思いの外大きく快適でした。 翌日の朝はパンとジャムとジュースとサラダとスープがセルフサービスで食べられます。 泊まった場所は二段の上段でしたが降りにくかったところです。 松島新地の中にあり何軒か隣がすぐそういうお店だったりするので、それに不快なら嫌かもしれません。わたしはなんとも思いませんでした。
• Yasuhiro (9/5): excellent! - とても綺麗な施設でした。 安くて朝食あるのも素晴らしい。 バスタオルも置いておいてくれてありがたかった。 セルフチェックインもスムーズだった。 ベッドの上段でしたが、ハシゴが段の間隔が広いせいか少し登り降りしにくかった。
• Nina (4/5): They need to improve customer service - It was clean. Free breakfast though don't expect anything special. -I feel like the staff doesn't care at all about the guests. When I asked for change of dates or free cancellation because I had a medical prescription from a doctor, they refused. -They refused to give me an extra blanket. -Dorms are near the kitchen so you can hear people talk at night or breakfast time. -It wasn't close to any major attractions. -Located in Red lights district. Wouldn't say it's dangerous but still as a woman I wouldn't walk too late at night.

• Eleanor (3/5): Would not stay as solo female traveler - Staff was nice, rooms were nice and bathrooms Did not know the location of this property was in basically red light district. I was assaulted a street away from the hostel in the morning and had to go to the police to report (this wasn't due to the hostel of course but just goes to show what area was like). I also was unable to reach anyone after 10pm when I attempted to check in because my train was late so had to figure out info myself - luckily found the door code and room myself.

• Ding (10/5): I will stay here again next time. - The inclusion of simple breakfast is a pleasant surprise. The manager is kind enough to provide helpful information such as detailed directions to reach the property from the station. The wifi password can be changed to a simpler one, or encoded in a QR code.

• カエル (10/5): - とにかく宿泊料金がリーズナブルで、非常に助かりました。安価ながらも個人スペースがしっかりと確保されており、プライバシーが守られた空間でぐっすりと眠ることができました。​館内は全体的に清潔感があり、終始快適に過ごせました。宿泊時は同室のゲストが全員外国の方でしたが、夜間は非常に静かでマナーも良く、安心して休めました。さらに、この価格帯で朝食まで付いていたのは嬉しい驚きです。またぜひ利用したいと思います。 特になし。

• Myra E. (8/5): Aceptable si deseas ahorrar - Buena ubicación. Muy amables. Limpio. Incluye desayuno sencillo pero suficiente para iniciar el día. Colchón muy delgado, se sintió un poco duro. Solo si cambiaran ese detalle sería sería una excelente relación calidad precio.

• Danilo S (10/5): - This is definitely the best hostel you will find, especially for the amount of money you pay. It is super cheap, very clean, staff is really nice and you even get a breakfast free of charge. You are also just two stops away from Hommachi station which is basically in the center of Osaka, right to walk your way to Dotonburi, Namba and Shinsaibashi. The wifi is not the best. If you need internet for some more serious things, it will slow you down, but if you just need it for texting and checking out the map, it will do just fine

• Rodriguez (6/5): Calidad/precio - Buenísima ubicación, muuuuy cerca del metro y el desayuno estaba bien. Se agradece el dispensador de agua para rellenar la botella antes de salir a pasear por Osaka. Pésimo internet, realmente malo. También los colchones ya están bastante aplastados y duros, para una noche no hay problema, pero 2 o 3 ya comienza a incomodar.

• Maki (8/5): お値段以上でした^ ^ - スタッフさんが、ゲストが快適に過ごせる様改善してくれていた。 元々ウォーターサーバーと食器類が沢山準備されていた所に調理器具を増やして、電気ポットを追加してくれていた。 無料貸出のバスタオルに加え、洗面台やキッチンにペーパータオルをたっぷり置いてくれていて、ありがたかった。

• Hiroyuki (4/5): 便利な宿泊 - 何回か使わせてもらってますが、安くて清潔で、良い意味で過不足なく助かってます。 特に外国の方で多いのですが、夜遅くまで共用部で大声で話されていて、静かにするようにお願いしても、気をつけると言ってずっと話されていました。音が通る建物なので、具体的な対応があるとありがたいです。

• Lila (9/5): - L’établissement est bien placé, juste a cote d’un metro qui donne un accès facile et rapide au centre ville. Le personnel est très aimable et accueillant. Tout est confortable et propre. Un vrai plus pour la cuisine vraiment pratique et le petit déjeuner compris avec le café. Un des rares logements où nous avions une serviette gratuitement! L’espace commun manque de convivialité, et il fait très vite chaud dans les dortoirs.

There were review about the area which I was skeptical about… but during the stay there was absolutely no impact and the area was very safe even after midnight.. the breakfast was simple n good. The rooms very hot especially inside the cabin in Jan. There was no way to monitor the temperature or request the reception to handle it, as the staff were minimal.
