- Jasmine (10/5): The perfect winter cottage. - This was such a beautiful cottage stay in the rainforest. Everything about it was my idea of a perfect winter in the Hinterland. Cosy, fires, our own waterfall to explore, beautiful scenery and waking up to the sound of birds. So relaxing, we didn't even want to use social media all weekend, we just enjoyed our family time.
Thankyou so much for a beautiful stay, even the kids asked to stay here everytime we come to the Sunshine Coast!
- Jai (10/5): - Beautiful place, nice and quiet. Scenery was gorgeous, neighbours very quiet. Owner very accommodating and polite. Everything was pretty perfect. Didn't realise it didn't have a washing machine but that was my fault for not checking and there's a laundromat nearby.

- Belinda (9/5): Beautiful spot to unwind and relax in the peace and quiet. - Lock box for keys was easy to find; all instructions were easy to follow. House was beautifully clean, neat and tidy. Fire pit was ready to go with someone putting the logs into their 'teepee' ready to light. Lawns have been well looked after and the few fruits trees on the property are a great feature! Decks were lovely. Bed in the main bedroom was a little 'firm' for my husband and I but that is purely personal preference. Deck furniture may need replacing as it was flimsy and weathered.
- Kelly (8/5): - Property was tucked away, you could hear the stream trickling as you sat on the deck looking at the greenery surrounding the cabin. A blind/curtains or some type of screening to the side double doors, just to provide more privacy.

- Jennifer (6/5): Not sure how others rated this place a 10. Must have lower expectations. - Nice quiet location. Kitchen facilities basic but OK. Clean. Bed very uncomfortable. No TV access. Very old videos provided No curtains on windows and it was hard to warm the place up during a cold snap. Internet is unsecured so did not use.
- Rebecca (4/5): Nice property, could do with improvements to bring it up to standard for what you pay. - This property is only accessible via 4WD or SUV. This is not told to you until a few hours before your arrival (too late for us in our family sedan as we were already on the road there).
If you want to use the bbq you have to then go out and get a gas bottle yourself!
Limited kitchen utensils anyway (no egg flip!) so we were left with no option than to order out for dinner.
Window coverings downstairs are non-existent, no privacy whatsoever!
There are NOT 3 bedrooms as the listing states, only 2 bedrooms upstairs.
- Kristina (10/5): Great family retreat and close to the zoo. - Beautiful serene location with a nice patio and fire pit and short walk to the creek.
Quaint cottage with wood floors lots of windows and complete kitchen.
Upstairs bedrooms were spacious and have access to the deck with beautiful views of the woods. AC in one bedroom only. Bathroom is downstairs so it’s dicey at night.

- Keith (3/5): location was good, but not much else for the price - Location, Bed to main bedroom was very hard,no blinds or curtains to toilet/ bathrom and none to downstairs living area, giving you no privacy
Very muddy around the entrance to the house
driveway was very slippery
Lounge suite not the best
tv didn't work nor did the cd player
and the place could do with a good airing
- Emily (8/5): Beautiful relaxing stay with amazing views close by - Beautiful cottage and yard area with everything we needed No window cover next to the toilet knowing a property near by in that direction made me slightly uncomfortable. Spare towels would be a bonus. Very muddy due to the rain unfortunately, maybe a few extra pavers leading to lock box would be helpful
- Jasmine (9/5): Superb -
- Amy (8/5): Lovely little cottage - Private, feels very rural and beautiful with creek and lush green surrounds. They provided super comfy pillows and bedding, both verandahs were beautiful to sit out on. Would have used the fire pit if it wasn’t so wet from inclement weather. All doors and windows were screened against plenty of insects trying to get in. Kitchen well appointed and there was plenty of toilet paper provided. The driveway in and out is dangerous and with little forewarning of how slippery it was. The stairs internally and externally have no railings, as I was traveling with elderly guests this was worrisome. Kitchen had salt and pepper, olive oil but the salt was empty. No microwave. Mosquitoes were really bad, make sure you bring something like mozzie coils or spray. Not the accomodations fault, but mud covered farm dogs from next door came running over and nearly knocked down my elderly mum. The main bedroom external door had rotting/water damage meaning the lock was loose. We could not open that door to the upstairs veranda.
- Breeanna (8/5): Gorgeous little cottage with a very homely feel. Beautiful deco’s and furniture. Loved the ability to have a bbq and fir - Beautiful location, nice and private area Tricky to navigate the parking area with more than 1 car and the steep driveway
- Alice (8/5): Very good - Lovely cottage and bush setting, comfortable cottage and all necessities provided, excellent location.
- Janine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fiona (9/5): Lovely! - Location and surrounds amazing Would have been good to have a microwave and a more comfortable mattress in the master bedroom. Bunks we’re very comfortable.
- Naddy (7/5): Lovely and peaceful - Location quiet and relaxing salt pepper and oil lovely and peaceful
- Anonymous (10/5): Comfortable and quiet with great facilities - It’s was serene and very pretty. Beautifully furnished with everything we needed Couldn’t sort out free to air TV to watch the Matilda’s! But we went to the local pub anyway, which was great
- Julie (9/5): Superb - Exceptionally clean and cosy. Well insulated. Loved the donnas and mix of modern and sustainably preserved cottage. Kitchen well stocked. A box of tissues would have been appreciated and firmer pillows.
- Damien (10/5): A quiet rural cottage, perfect for our young boys to explore. - We enjoyed the quiet rural location and having cottage all to ourselves. Our boys enjoyed exploring the bush and small creek. We managed to get a fire going which was also fun.
