• Mohamed (1/5): اسوء تجربة فى تاريخ حياتى تقييم مزيف كاتبين استثنائى وهو اخره مرضى - لم يعجبنى اى شئ اطلاقاً وتقييمه على بوكينج مزيف تقريباً عامل حسابات كتير على بوكينج وبيدخل يقيم نفسه لما رحنا المكان لقيناها فى وسط السوق لو معاك عربيه هتقعد اكتر من ساعتين على ما توصله دا اذا وصلت من الزحمة وهو غير قابل للاسترداد عشان الى يقع فى فخ التقييم المزيف ميقردش يرجع فلوسه تانى بحد اسوء تجربة عدت عليا وسبناه وراحت علينا الفلوس وحجزنا فندق تانى لا انصح احد بالحجز الا بعد الوصول للفندق اولاً

• Jose Libardo (9/5): 100% recommended hotel. Service is top notch and location is ideal - Perfect location, comfy beds, quiet and excellent service! Only “problem” was that the AC was showing errors every now and then. The staff tried to fix it, but it seems that a more thorough check of the AC was needed. Luckily it wasn’t summer so we could manage, but certainly something they should fix properly.

The hotel is perfectly centered, very close to the Beyazit tramway station. We came with 15 months baby and got a spacious room. We will come back for sure and we will recommend it without hesitation. MAJDI MOUSA All. Especially the placement.

• Stéphanie (10/5): - L'accueil est vraiment très agréable. La chambre est propre et bien équipée, la literie est confortable et la salle de bain fonctionnelle. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement et le personnel des étages est tres serviable également. L'emplacement est fabuleux pour visiter Istanbul: le Grand Bazar, la Mosquée Bleue, Sainte Sophie et le Bazar Égyptien peuvent se faire facilement à pied. De nombreux commerces à proximité.

• Hui (10/5): - 酒店非常干净，而且步行就可以到达电车站，去其他欧洲老城区的景点。SEFA的服务非常棒，我们早上6点半抵达酒店也有人在柜台等我们，而且每次回来酒店都会请我们喝茶。 厕所的冲水系统的水量稍微小了一点，冲水会比较难冲

Tge guests next door on one night were loud to 2am or later that was unpleasant as we had a long flights to take and had not enough slerp when got on the planes.

• omar (10/5): - Had a fantastic stay at Diamond Hotel—honestly one of those places that gets everything just right. First, the location is unbeatable. You’re right in the heart of everything, with major attractions, cafes, and transport all within walking distance. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. Second, the value for money is excellent. The prices are very reasonable compared to the quality you get—clean, comfortable rooms, well-maintained facilities, and a smooth overall experience. But what really made the stay special was the staff. A big thank you to Suliman and Sifa—both were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with a smile and great attitude. Overall, if you’re looking for a place with a prime location, great prices, and exceptional service, Diamond Hotel is a top choice. I’d definitely stay here again.
• Complex (10/5): Перфектно. - Отседнахме в този хотел за три нощувки и останахме изключително впечатлени от безупречната чистота и вниманието на персонала към нас. Локацията е отлична – в непосредствена близост до основните забележителности. Хотелът не разполага със собствен паркинг, но при пристигането ни служител любезно ни упъти към близък обществен паркинг. Въпреки че е обществен, той е добре охраняван и не сме имали никакви проблеми. Определено се отличава с по-високо ниво на чистота спрямо останалите хотели в района. Горещо го препоръчвам! Единствения минус е, че се заплаща закуската допълнително, но пък в близост има много хубави пекарни или може да закусите навън в ресторант - закуските в Турция са страхотни.

Așternuturi noi și curate. Are parcare foarte aproape cu 10€ pe 24h ceea ce este foarte ieftin in comparație cu prețurile din zona. În 2 luni se dă în folosință o parcare supraetajata chiar vis a vis de hotel.Localizare foarte bună la 5 min de Grand Bazar.

• Cristian (10/5): Am rămas doar cu amintiri frumoase, vom reveni !! - Personalul de la recepție ete deosebit de prietenos, ne-au fost de mare ajutor cu recomandările privind parcarea, locații unde se poate mânca ceva bun, comercianți , și tot felul de informații care te ajută să pleci cu amintiri frumoase din Istanbul. Recepția are un sector de living unde se poate sta la un pahar vorbă într-o atmosferă frumoasă.

The hairdryer didn’t work, we were told not to use the aircon (windows open with construction across the road was unfortunate) and went a few days without any cleaning (including rubbish bins) and one day we had to go looking for our own toilet paper (not ideal).
