- Wern (7/5): - The hotel is decent, near to lrt. Amenities and toiletries provided which is good. Not too loud too as we stayed at upper floor. Overall the hotel is comfortable. Some of the male staff could be more welcoming. The hotel only provide one chair in the room, even though the room is for 2, makes it difficult for one to stand when want to use the small table. We forgot to set the room cleaning button at 10am and the room was not cleaned the next day. Where most hotel will clean the room by default without turning on the cleaning button.

- Mohammed (6/5): Slecht verblijf met vieze kamers - Weinig, de werknemers waren vriendelijk Alles, zeer slecht schoon gemaakt, overal stof en haren. Niet hygiënisch. Kamers waren vol en alternatief was niet mogelijk. De stofdeeltjes vliegen door de kamer bij het aanzetten van de airco.

Front office staff were pretentious and with a wry smile did nothing to accommodate any request. Although it is mentioned in their guest handbook that you could add another hour to the checkout for 100baht, when requested it was 3 hours minimum at 300baht. When we arrived 3 hours early to check in the second time it cost us 900baht. When I attempted to pay with 3 different credit cards none of these worked on their machine. Conveniently I was directed to an adjacent ATM machine to get cash. Same cards worked at breakfast time and when mentioned to the front desk the attendant sheepishly mentioned that it had probably been their machine that was playing up. Doh. Internet was very erratic in the rooms and explained away by mentioning that probably too many guests were using it at the same time, although the hotel was clearly not busy at all. When I asked if we could get some English speaking news on the TV (one Singapore channel amongst 24 Thai spoken channels) I got the You tube channel added after staying there for 3 days. Food in the top floor was hugely overpriced and delivery of the orders was so mismatched that we ended up having to take one meal away as it arrived 20 minutes after the others. This hotel is one of the listed (suggested) places to stay whilst recovering from a hair transplant ( a world renowned specialist has his practice 400meters down the road) and nothing was done to make these guy more comfortable whilst they had to remain in the air conditioning for at least 4 days. Nothing to watch on TV and poor Internet

- Ah (8/5): Overall a nice stay. Stay away from rooms facing the road. - The hotel and the room are new. The staff are super friendly. The location is not bad with BTS stations nearby. My room is facing the front and the road is unbearable for me. I have to sleep with ear plugs. There are not many amenities around the hotels. Need to walk a bit and catch a train for shopping etc.
- Yiu-kai (8/5): Overall, I have a good experience during my stay. - The room is clear and large in size. It s right next to the Knowledge Exchange Center, and there is a 7-Eleven a few steps way. Very strict on the check-in and check-out times. The hotel should be more flexible with the check-in/check-out time to accommodate the hotel guests.

It's a good location which is very closed to the BTS station and convenience store. The washroom is not cleanliness. It can easily spot out some mould from silicone sealant.

Cafe attached to the hotel was great and nice to have a coffee to start the morning. The rooms around me were very loud, but that's not the hotel staff's fault, just inconsiderate guests screaming and playing music late at night.

The restaurant was simply amazing. Food was more than delicious. Defenitely coming back if visiting Bangkok again

- Zsófia (10/5): Over all nice, enjoyed the comfort. - Nice rooms, nice facilities, location was a bit further out of the interesting part of the city but still very easily accessible. Amazing food in the restaurant, coffee was pretty good as well with all kind of plant based milk that was a plus as its not very common in Thailand. Restaurant could easily stay open longer than 8:30, we couldn’t get any food when we got back in the hotel at 8:38pm that was a bummer. Poor laundry service, from such nice hotel you’d expect to have their own facility to deliver fast laundry service instead of using a 3rd party.

The TV channels are all Thai local Chan els and visitors may not find much choice even to get news or entertainment.

- Paul (8/5): Very good - The hotel is new and clean and close to BTS station. We have stayed 3 times as it is close to where we need to be. But the price seems to be going to double in the near future Unfortunately neither the hotel nor BOOKING.COM informed me that the hotel's IT had been "hacked". Before my arrival I recieved a message though the BOOKING.COM App asking me to reconfirm and re-enter my payment details. I did so, but luckily it seems my bank may have stopped the verifiaction code. I only found out when I asked asked the hotel staff after check in, and was told about the hacking and how someone had got access to the hotel's BOOKING.COM password. It was a couple of days after my check out that BOOKING.COM sent me a vaguely worded email about a "possible" problem. Sorry but its not good enough from the hotel nor BOOKING.COM

- Charlotte (10/5): It was an awesome stay! - The room was very clean and it was really worth the price. It has all the basic things you'll need. The swimming pool and rooms were very pretty and aesthetic. There is also a small cafe at the lobby where you can enjoy some food. The location was also not bad, there is 7-11 nearby and it was really convenient especially when I was craving for a late night snack! The staff were really nice, we came early and some drinks were served to us as we were waiting for our rooms to be ready. I would have liked it better if they had a gym! But for the price, it was reasonable that they did not have a gym.
- Maria (8/5): Clean and modern hotel - Hotel is very clean. Room looks very modern. They have a kettle, small refrigerator and hair dryer in the room. Big closet space. Many electric sockets. Towels, pillows and linen are good quality. Front desk staff and door men are helpful and some are conversant in English. BTS skytrain station is about 5 mins walk from the hotel. There is a restaurant at the lobby and a convenience store beside the hotel. The pool looks very inviting. Safe surroundings. Shampoo, conditioner and soap are low quality. Paper slippers were useless. They have a reed diffuser in the room which has a very strong scent and makes the room smell very weird. I placed mine outside the door. They do not allow a grace period for late check out. Most hotels give at least one hour free extension. They take a five hundred baht deposit and then automatically deducts the amount for your extension. Even if you extended just for one hour they will automatically deduct the minimum for 3 hours.

- Sivapragasam (4/5): Disappointing - The hotel is very modern and elegant. It is located near a train stop and there are several convenient marts nearby. The design of the room was very stylish! The cafe at the lobby serves delicious coffee. Sleepless nights, as the hotel is located on a main road (both- front and back portions). The roads were bustling with vehicles throughout the day and night, which made it very noisy and impossible to sleep (for a light sleeper like myself). I also was given one toilet roll for 3 nights.

I highly recommend Cascade to anyone planning to visit Thailand. - The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the location is convenient. The room and the whole hotel was clean. The food menu were ok. The shower was so strong and lovely. The only comment I will say that needs to be looked at or improved is the air-conditioning system. It was not cold enough even though the temp was 16, thus making it uncomfortable to sleep at night.
- Nean (10/5): A must stay in Bangkok! - The hotel in itself is far from the city center but it’s still near an mrt station so the travel was easy. Plus, you get to experience luxury in an affordable price so who wouldn’t want that, right? The breakfast buffet could be better as it lacked variety. Never mind that bacon and give us a thai breakfast that we’d sure miss, that will make our stay one of a kind and unforgettable.
