• Ah (1/5): THE WORST!! DON'T STAY HERE! - 🪲 Bed bugs. Not mosquito bites. Not rashes. Actual bed bug bites crawling up both my legs all the way to my thighs. I only found out after googling my bites on Day 3 — by then, it was already too late. 🦟 Flying insects and mosquitoes in the room that literally could not be killed no matter what I did. 😨 Felt unsafe the entire time. I was catcalled multiple times just walking through the building. All eyes on me every single time I passed by. I was even approached by strangers in a way that made my skin crawl. 🛏️ The room was advertised for 3 pax — it could barely fit 2. 😤 The staff didn’t even change the sheets when I requested it on Day 3. They just refolded the comforter to make it LOOK clean. That’s it. 🙅 When I asked to change rooms, the owner said I was “Every day issue.” I had one night left so I just suffered through it. 💊 I had to run to Watsons to buy ointment because the bites were so unbearably itchy. That was an expense I did NOT budget for. The worst part? I’m now terrified that bed bugs hitched a ride inside my luggage and clothes back home. 😰

• Delgertsogt (2/5): Nicht empfehlenswert! - Das Zimmer war sauber Ich habe meine Kaution nicht zurückbekommen, da der Inhaber um 6:30 nicht da war oder so getan hat. Sein Kollege hat behauptet, dass mein Zimmerschlüssel einem anderen Hotel angehört und er nicht verantwortlich ist. Ich habe am Anfang eine braune Tür links betreten um mich anzumelden, aber der unfreundliche Mitarbeiter von der braunen Tür hat behauptet ich soll zu der Metalltür rechts gehen, wo natürlich keiner da war. Nachdem ich meinen Zug erwischen musste, habe ich den Schlüssel vor die Tür gelegt und bin gegangen. Im Stiegenhaus war eine Ratte und das ganze Haus hat einen üblen Geruch. Von den 4 Hotels, die ich in China bewohnt habe, war dieses das einzige mit einer Schlüsselkaution und Betrugsmasche.

• Miranek (1/5): Accommodation tragedy - localities There was nothing we liked. We got different accommodation than we paid for! The room was windowless, musty, dirty, very small, about 5m2, shower and toilet in one, about 1m2. To take a shower I had to sit on the toilet. I wanted to close the door and it fell on me! After connecting two mobile phone chargers, the electricity turned off and the TV started to turn off too. Just a tragedy!!! I strongly do not recommend it

• Hazel (1/5): AWFUL - location was good the very busy downstairs entrance hall full of guys standing about asking questions, the room we were given was tiny despite booking a deluxe with long beds, our booked room apparently wasn't vacated and no options available, they ended up moving someone out of their better room to put us in it as I complained so much, my requirements were safe and kettle in the room - got neither as they don't have them despite advertising they do, Shower is over the toilet so everything is soaking and got 1 small towel each so nothing to dry it with, AVOID

• De (4/5): Disappointing - The staff were quite nice though, especially ate Julie. The room that we got was very different from the photos shown on the page. I know we chose a budget hotel, but I did not expect it to be this "budgety". The room smelled like someone had a cigarette inside. The toilet was not that clean. We could barely move inside the restroom since it was very small. Maybe they being honest would have made me rated this a bit higher. I am not sure if what we had got is what we paid for.

• Amabelle (4/5): Disappointing - The room was clean, but the building it was in was quite dirty. We were supposed to stay there for 4 days but only stayed there for 1 night. The bed was too high for my mom.
• Huijuan (1/5): stay away from this hotel - The location is good and WiFi is OK The hotel doesn't meet our expectations at all. To start with the hotel's name wasn't our booked with, was Philippine Hostel instead of Dreamland Guest House. When we challenged the owner he said they were the same, they were sisters. The room size is so tiny and could not believe the shower head was just above the toilet, etc. All in all, it was a terrible experience, the hotel was nothing matched the description in your ads.

It's completely different from the picture! The building is sooo dirty and too crowded. You won't feel safe going to your room.

• Alexis (4/5): Disappointing - The location is very accessible to everything- malls, restaurants, train stations, convenient stores, etc. Tv and phone weren't working. Provided numbers for the reception but the numbers aren't working. There is no way to contact the reception if you need anything except to wait for the staff to be around.
• Tom (4/5): Crampy, Tight Nights... - Central location, and cheap (for HK). Just a short walk to Museum of Art, Harbour Viewpoint etc. Hot potable water is provided in the common area, but coffee/tea is on your own. Bathroom is bright and clean. Clean sheets, pillows. At the end of the day, it's a place to clean up and to rest one's weary body watching the local TV broadcast offerings. "Interesting" East Asian neighbourhood in the ground floor areas. Although the caretaker does her best to tidy up the room every morning, change towels etc. the room is not suitable for triple occupancy, being less than 7m square. Tight and cramp to the extreme. A double bed, being slightly larger than a single, is difficult for two adults. Opened window brings in foul, rancid smell from outside. A/C unit hums like an industrial machine. The elevator waiting area outside reeks strongly of some sickly stench, which brings to mind of some dystopic scifi film. You gotta have a strong fortitude and stomach to stay at this place.

• Fernandez (7/5): Good, comfortable - Mr singhs and ate Julita , they are accomodating and nice the owner Mr Singh, is nice and friendly, there are two staffs, Maam Julita staff 1 is nice and accomodating the other lady staff is rude, doesnt smile and we felt unwelcome, she should not work in a hospitality setting she doesnt know how to treat her customers right. I would recommend the owner to remove that woman she doesnt fit in that kind of job. however that one person is not a hindrance to not recommend the place, I highly recommend dreamland and Mr singhs guest houses, its clean and very affordable!

If I cannot get home or I’m going - The room was nice and bright, although a little bit small There was good water pressure in the shower and the hot was really hot and cold was really cold. Top marks for that. There was a small fridge, which was important for me as I needed to keep my insulin cold although there was Wi-Fi the paper on the back of the door, giving the password was so faded that even by photographing it, I could not read the past word, and could not connect
