- Marcos (6/5): Não gostei. - Apartamento com boa localização. Bem arejado. O apartamento por estar a venda, não é dado manutenção. Somente um ar funciona. Máquina de lavar é engatilhada. Utensílios de cozinha são contado no dedo de tão poucos que há. Apartamento bem empoeirado por debaixo dos móveis. O apartamento não tem internet própria, sendo utilizada a internet do condomínio e o sinal é horrível. Em determinados pontos do imóvel simplesmente não funciona.
