- Patricia (10/5): - We didnt get to stay. Property manager would not answer my call so we had to pay for another hotel to stay at. Very unprofessional

- Erik (2/5): Not Transparent Policies - poor service - day we arrived, with the hotel citing a ‘Force Majeure’ due to weather—even though there was no inclement weather. When we called to understand the situation, we were met with an unhelpful response. It took assistance from Hotels.com to secure a refund, as the hotel claimed they weren’t liable due to their ‘Force Majeure’ policy. Very disappointed with how this was handled and the lack of transparency.
