• Anja (8/5): Tolle Lage, saubere Zimmer, bei minimalem Service für einen guten Preis. - Die Lage ist top, wenn man Schönbrunn und den Tiergarten besuchen möchte. Die U-Bahn Station Gumpendorfer Straße ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und das Hotel hat ein Altwiener Flair. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Der Preis war super, wir haben nicht allzu hohe Erwartungen gehabt. Offensichtlich kommt es im Hotel des Öfteren zu einem irrtümlichen Feueralarm, weil Hotelgäste rauchen. Trotz Hinweisschildern in den Zimmern wurde am Morgen der Alarm ausgelöst. Das Personal hat aber gleich Entwarnung gegeben und ist mit der Situation sehr professionell umgegangen. Das Personal ist bemüht, reißt sich aber kein Bein aus, um den Hotelgästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu verschaffen. Wünschen wird nachgekommen, es kann aber dauern. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis ok. Frisches Gebäck wäre schön gewesen. Die Brötchen waren Aufbackware aus dem Supermarkt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist orientalisch angehaucht, was irgendwie nicht zum Altwiener Stil passt. Mir haben die orientalischen Salate und mit Schafskäse gefüllten Blätterteigrollen aber geschmeckt. Der Fön im Zimmer machte sehr laute und eigenartige Geräusche und funktionierte nicht mehr gut. Mit viel Geduld habe ich aber die Haare trocken bekommen.

• René (8/5): Ein wenig in die Tage gekommen, aber liebevoll erhalten. Preis/Leistung zumeist unschlagbar. -
• Jana (5/5): - Snídaně formou bufetu byla chutná a dostačující, ovšem každý den stejná nabídka, chybí rozmanitost. Personál příjemný a ochotný. Pozitivem umístění hotelu je snadná přístupnost MHD. Pokoj malý, bez židlí, skříně nebo stolku, ale čistý. Okolí zejména v pozdních odpoledních a brzkých večerních hodinách nepůsobí příjemně vzhledem k bezdomovcům a různým skupinkám postávajícím v okolí. Na prohlídku oblasti bych se v tomto čase nejspíš nevydala. Ale ohroženě jsem se přesto necítila.
• Burda (7/5): - Zaoferowano nam możliwość przechowania rowerów na dziedzińcu hotelowym. Śniadanie bardzo dobre i zróżnicowane. W pokoju jest czajnik, kubki, herbata. Nasz pokój był nieco ciasny. Hotel nieco zamortyzowany, powierzchnie wspólne z delikatnym nieładem, tu coś leży, tam coś leży, stoliki na dziedzińcu nieposprzątane.

• Maier (3/5): nicht empfehlenswert - U-Bahn Station in der Nähe, Personal freundlich, Innengarten Zimmer kein Fernseher, keine Nachtischlampe, 1 Licht im Bad kaputt dunkel, Stöpsel für Becken hat gefehlt, Einzelzimmer hatte keine Tür zu Bad und Klo, Vorhänge hingen herunter, zusätzliches Handtuch 2,-- -usw. ich würde es nur im Notfall zum buchen empfehlen wenn man nichts anders findet, zu teuer wir haben 130,00 Euro Einzelzimmer pro Nacht bezahlt

• Timo (8/5): - Sehr netter Personal, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, gute Lage - nahe zur U6. Seife, Duschgel und Shampoo im Badezimmer. Sauber. Ausstattung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bettwäsche hatte Löcher. Wenig Steckdosen. Duschgelspender funktionierte nicht.

• Nicole (5/5): - Wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Bett war top. Hotel ist gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Auto konnte die ganze Zeit im Parkhaus bleiben. Kleine wünsche oder Reperaturen wurden möglichst schnell ausgeführt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich stets bemüht 😊 Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Innenhof. Leider überhaupt nicht gepflegt. Schade. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Kaffeemaschine wirkte schnuddlig u. lange nicht gereinigt. Angebotenes Brot war alt u. trocken. Übergebliebene Brötchen vom nachbartisch wurden zurück ins Buffet gelegt. Keine Auswahl an frischem Obst... Im Zimmer kaputte Möbel. Einen Stuhl gab es erst auf Nachfrage. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig.

• Yzmira (5/5): Buen hotel y mal estado - Ubicación (en el centro de la ciudad, muy cerca del metro), recepción (personal muy amable), comunicación (nos dieron indicaciones excelentes), habitación (tranquila y silenciosa, con ventanas con vistas al jardín). ¡Un ambiente maravilloso! La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear; el baño estaba sucio, polvoriento y con moho, y las instalaciones en el baño eran viejas y sucias. Las sábanas, aunque limpias, tenían muchas manchas y señales de uso, y el cabecero y los interruptores de la luz estaban grasientos. Todo esto provocaba una sensación de repugnancia. La luz se iba por la noche sin motivo aparente (solo en nuestra habitación).

• Pavel (7/5): It was good price:value place to stay one night. It was ok. But no real reason to come back periodic - I think it was beautiful hotel once. Long time ago. It has kind of an old atmosphere, but I think current owners reduced their care to simple maintenance so it is not anymore really bueaitifull thing. But more like a budget hotel with some heritage here and there. Still, I liked that, or at least I did not mind at all. Considering the price, it was quite OK, and we had great deep sleep whole family and that is what counts. Breakfast was ok. There was some mold here and there in the corners in the shower. Not tragic, but it is a shame anyway.

• Elisabeth (8/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt passend. - Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, hatten wir nicht genutzt. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, für uns hat es gereicht da wir nur zum Schlafen dort und auch nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten, es is sehr hellhörig im Hotel und es war auch nachts bis etwa 1 uhr doch ziemlich laut. Wie gesagt ist das Hotel doch schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, eine Renovierung oder zumindest die Wände mal neu zu streichen würde nicht schaden.

• Johann (8/5): Ich war sehr beschäftigt und kam erschöpft in mein Zimmer. Die Ruhe tat sehr gut. - Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster in einen großen, hellen Hof mit einem wunderschönen Nadelbaum ziemlich nahe am Fenster. Und obwohl es nur einige Schritte vom Gürtel sind, einer der Wiener Verkehrsadern, war es angenehm ruhig.

Bins weren’t emptied for the whole duration of my stay. No one entered the room to do anything, be it empty bins or change towels.
• Preisler (4/5): Cheap and not too good - Nearby west central station Old hotel, not well maintained. Smells like fried food all the time and there’s almost no personal available. Our room was no made, never, we run out of soap and was not replaced. Shower was too tiny and full of mold.
• Odile (6/5): charming hotel sadly not taken care of - the stay was decent but not reflecting the price - the hotel is BEAUTIFUL, a very nice old vienna style place. you feel that it used be an amazing place, built with taste and charm. the view was nice with a blooming cherry blossom tree. the suite was spacious, some nice piece of furniture, nice bathroom the hotel is not well taken care of unfortunately. missing shelves, sketchy closet, old carpet with unknown stains made us feel uncomfortable, the huge marble bath was not possible to use, the walls had smoke stains. the personal was not helpful, nor available, didnt communicate anything to found solutions. we were really looking forward to it. however, it was disappointing, it felt uncomfortable to walk barefoot on the carpet for example. few guests were left without check in as no one was at the front desk to take care of the customers.

Das Viertel ist eine Katastrophe, viele Junkies und Besoffene unterwegs. Das Hotel hat zudem dringend eine Auffrischung nötig. Auch das Bad war dreckig. Zudem war an 2 von 4 Morgenden kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche.

• Elif Seda (8/5): Nice, spacious and clean, with very kind and helpful staff - You feel Turkish hospitality from the very beginning to the end of your stay. Mr. Ayhan at the reception was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was nice and clean, and they even included a makeup table for female guests. It was a bit cold until the heating started working, but if you're used to it, you should be fine.
• LUCICA IRINA (8/5): - Location is good,close to Westbanhof and also good connection for public transport. Hotel staff were absolutely a great help and very nice. I had a card problem and they've been very helpful which I deeply appreciate. Maybe some more facilities, like an iron in the room.

• Jeremy from Norfolk (5/5): Value hotel which could have real old world charm but - The location although convenient near tram 18 and Metro line 6 was in a worrying area with drunks, drug users and strange people. We did not have breakfast as headed out to a central cafe. Breakfast is not included at this hotel and 30 euros for 2. In the bathroom the basin was badly cracked and the shaving mirror light did not work. In the room the handles were missing from the very cheap wardrobe and all four hangers were broken and not useable. The furniture had seen better days. The bed was new and all towels and linen clean.

• Kristiane (6/5): Hotellets beliggenhed var super i forhold til at komme rundt i Wien. Metroen lå lige ved siden af. Vi benyttede de billi - Hotellet lå ganske udmærket i forhold til at komme rundt i Wien og se de forskellige seværdigheder og spise på forskellige restauranter. Der lå en metro lige ved siden af, som gav os let og hurtig adgang rundt i byen. Der lå også pizzeriaer og lign., når vi ville have en hurtig bid mad. Personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Værelser var rent og så ret nyrenoveret ud. Hotellet var lidt gammelt og slidt, men værelset var nyrenoveret. Dog virkede det som om, at man ikke var helt færdig med det. Der var en natlampe til en dobbelt seng og en enkeltseng. Ingen knager på væggene til at hænge tøj op, og vandrøret under håndvasken virkede til at være utæt, selvom det hele så nyt ud. Kvarteret var ikke så fint, der var en del stofmisbrugere ved den nærliggende metro at., dog ikke noget der skabte problemer.

• Christos (3/5): - The first day we were put in a small room without the referred desk and wardrobe that we booked. The next day we were moved to a bigger one with all the stuff mentioned in the description but during night a decoration fell off the wall. The next morning we asked for a room serving but the glasses remained there for three days despite our consequent demands. The fourth day the room service collected the glasses but did not clean the room neither change sheets nor added toilet paper which was finished. Not to mention that one of the curtains half fell and I had to fix it. I would not recommend that place if you wish to stay calm

• Gulcan (10/5): Beklentilerimin üzerindeydi. Çok memnun kaldık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. - Otel çalışanları çok güleryüzlü. Fiyat olarak gayet uygun. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Otel metro ağına çok yakın olduğu için heryere ulaşım oldukça kolaydı. Otel odamız oldukça temiz ve yatakları da çok rahattı.
