• PIETRO (9/5): Splendido! - Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in due famiglie e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento è molto pulito, curato nei dettagli e accogliente. La ragazza delle pulizie è stata davvero bravissima e gentilissima, sempre disponibile e sorridente. La posizione è comoda, vicina alla stazione e ai principali punti di interesse. Sicuramente valuteremo di tornare in futuro, è stata un’ottima scelta per visitare Napoli! Nulla

Who will carry 20 cents in the middle of night to take the luggage on a higher floor through lift. He should address these petite issues as late night checking in is a nightmare.

• Vedant (9/5): Overall very good experience. - Room and washroom were of good size, near and clean. Location is very close to main station and bus stops. The area below the property at night seems to be a little unsafe but only if you venture out post 9pm. An electric kettle in the room would be very useful. Having a common washroom for guests to use when they reach before check in time.

Lots of drug users and sketchy individuals walking freely in and out of the building due to no security. Graffiti everywhere, we booked in and then immediately left to a new hotel far away. Would recommend staying away. The photos in the review is the location of the hotel.

• Holly (4/5): The price was low compared to other options however in hindsight I wish I had paid a little more to stay somewhere diffe - It was located by the central station which was convenient when we caught a train the Pompeii The sheets were dirty with several hairs in the bed when we arrived. The room was on the 5th floor and you had to pay 20c to use the elevator. The room was very noisy - you could hear everything. The building itself was run down and the area didn’t feel particularly safe. There were no drink making facilities. The toilet seat was broken.

Large apartment was clean and comfortable. 15/20 min walk into the historical centre. 20 cents needed for the lift. I wasn’t aware it was needed and Fortunately I had some coins on arrival but the owner kindly left some on the table once we had arrived.

• Camilla (5/5): - Purtroppo non ho poi soggiornato nella struttura, non ho dubbi che internamente sia molto bello ma purtroppo il fuori è veramente terribile pieno di gente molto brutta, ovviamente sì la zona stazione immaginavo che fosse così ma vedevo un via vai generale di persone non belle proprio nel portone dove dovevo entrare. Sicuramente essendo una donna mi sono fatta un po’ intimorire da questo. Probabilmente la posizione del palazzo.

• Signorini (4/5): sconsigliato - la posizione, centralissima e vicinissima alle stazioni di metro/tram, è molto comoda. Le camere si trovano al quinto piano di un palazzo trasandato, pericoloso e poco gradevole (sul sito non è presente nessuna foto dell'entrata principale: probabilmente la ragione è questa). Per arrivare alle stanze bisogna usare le scale o un ascensore a pagamento (20 centesimi ad ogni utilizzo, ma il proprietario concede qualche moneta per usarlo gratuitamente). l'arredamento della stanza risulta molto appariscente, ma la pulizia scarsa: letto con peli e capelli, doccia sporca, calcarea e arrugginita, mobili con polvere. abbiamo riscontrato una totale assenza del proprietario, che dopo aver fornito le istruzioni per entrare nel palazzo e nella stanza, ha praticamente smesso di rispondere ai messaggi inviati per avere altri chiarimenti. abbiamo chiesto per 3 giorni di fila la possibilità di un check out posticipato e non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta, oltre al fatto che, dopo aver chiesto di pagare con carta la tassa di soggiorno, mi è arrivata da pagare solo una parte della stessa. Ho fatto notare l'errore, ma ancora nessuna risposta. Per la mia esperienza, sconsigliato.

• Olena (7/5): - Чудове місцерозташування, проте район досить небезпечний. Вночі не варто виходити. Мав бути хоча б чайник в номері. Було б непогано. Варто більше уваги приділяти чистоті. Покривала і верхні подушки були дуже брудні і в плямах. Не раджу платити за ранній check in/check out. Його вам змінять всього на годину.
• Joan (7/5): Nice room spoilt by poor admin. - The location next to airport bus stop and railway station (for trains both to local sights and long distance). Clean on arrival. Location proximity is good but the area quite scary. No plug for bidet. Bathroom handle falling off. No mini bar (a fridge isnt a mini bar). No communications prior to our arrival re door codes or that no one is on site. Difficult to find tucked away in a dodgy corner. The outer key pad is damaged anyway and most people wait to be let in ie theres no security to the building. Drug smells on the stairs. The rooms are on the 5th! floor. If you climb all those stairs with your cases and no 20c change for the lift, you find you need another code for the suites. If your plane is late and your phone runs out of battery these obstacles are trying to say the least. Luckily there was a kind hotel neighbour down the street who helped us. The Suites owners had my details, why didn’t they bother to let me know how their property works. The wifi is poor and intermittent. The info sheet is poor. They say they’ll reply within 24 hours. Thats not much good is it if you need an answer. No daily cleaning until I asked. The info sheet saying they wont clean if you leave Do not disturb notice might work if they left such a notice in the room. Theres no desk. The plant pot had a dead plant in it on the table for eating at. Such a shame. Theres no coffee machine. Theres no vending machine. A nice property within their own space spoilt by poor admin. Not what anyone expects on Booking.com

The location was only 2 mins walk to station, but the area outside the apartment felt unsafe, but there was a good police presence.

Так же нужно быть готовым, что перед домом всегда много «странных» людей, что не создает чувства безопасности.

• Simone leone (3/5): Pessima esperienza, sconsiglio a famiglie e viaggiatori solitari. - La posizione è strategica, purtroppo l'ingresso della struttura è frequentata h24 da spacciatori, venditori ambulanti e extracomunitari. 1)la struttura si trova in un grande condominio, frequentato da extracomunitari e persone poco raccomandabili. Durante il mio breve soggiorno sono stato importunato 2 volte nel vano scala per monetine e sigarette. 2)il B&B si trova al quinto piano e per usufruire dell'ascensore necessitano 20 cent(sono stato avvisato tramite whatsapp solo 1h prima del mio arrivo). Se le porte dell'ascensore sono state lasciate aperte in qualsiasi piano, il sistema non funzionerà e siete costretti a portare le valigie dal piano 0 al piano 5. 3)come biglietto da visita, puzza di cibo orientale nel.vano scale che non rende l'ingresso accogliente 4) non avendo trovato una bottiglia d'acqua nel minibar, sono stato costretto a scendere il pomeriggio e imbattermi nei primi spacciatori nell'ingresso principale. 5)camera non insonorizzata 6)materasso scomodo 7)climatizzatore installato nella posizione sbagliata, l'aria fredda direzionata esattamente a letto non mi ha permesso di riposare. 8)kit di caffè menzionato nella descrizione della prenotazione, non trovato! Lo sconsiglio vivamente a famiglie e viaggiatori solitari.

Pekný výhľad na Námestie Giuseppe Garibaldihoi To ale nie je problém majiteľa apartmánu ale vlastníka budovy, kde sa apartmán nachádza. Vstup do budovy nie je až tak lákavý ale potom sa zmení vstupom do apartmánu Central Suites.

Gianluca is also good, in case there are problems, he will be available to answer any questions. I recommend it (Naples Central Suites in the building is very beautiful, clean, and perfect). I appreciate that Antonio managed it well.🖤😍

• Kinga (7/5): - Ladny pokój widac dbałość oszczegoły. Dobrej klasy tapta na ścianie w pokoju i ładne płytki w łazience. Czysta higieniczna łazienka. Czysto Klimatyzacja dobrzedziałająca nie śmierdząca. Mimo późnego przybycia odbierano telefon i dostałam dobre wskazówki jakwejść. Mozna zostawić bagarzew w wyremontowanym czystym korytarzu zamykanym na kod. Był ekspres do kawy z kawa (nie było kubków). Przez okno wiać plac i w tle dworca Wezuwiusz. Obok otwarta do późna cukiernio/bar - smaczne nie drogie rzeczy. Lokalizacja - troche straszna naj gorzej wygladający budynek na placu (myślałam ze to pustostan) cału czas jest tam polocja (bądz co bądz okolice dworca) jak przyjechaliśmypóżnm wieczorem to była jakaś burda bo na dole jest sklep z alkocholem. Płatna winda 20c; klatka jak w starej nieodnowionej kamienicy - czasm śmierdziało. Nieco głosno przy otwartym oknie ale jest wyskoko więc ruchliwa ulica tak nie przeszkadza.

• Vassallo (10/5): - La posizione incredibilmente comoda, due passi esatti dalla staz Centrale, la struttura ristrutturata in modo impeccabile, pulita e confortevole, la nostra camera con terrazzino e poltroncine per rilassarti davanti alla piazza Stazione, il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, ci ha fatto tenere i bagagli anche oltre il checkout. Da consigliare senz' altro, ci torneremo! Nulla da dire.

• Andres (1/5): No lo recomiendo. Perdí el dinero de la reserva. - Mala comunicación. Fuimos hasta el lugar y nadie abrió. La fachada del edificio está en muy malas condiciones. Hay que pagar para utilizar el ascensor que es viejo. La ubicación no es buena. Perdí el dinero de la reserva.

• Guest (3/5): - Camera spaziosa e belli gli arredi Non si ricordavano di noi e del nostro arrivo 😅 ci hanno dato la camera “supreme” anche se avevo prenotato una “standard” perchè appunto non erano organizzati e si vedeva. • lavandino del bagno sporco di residui di dentifricio • doccia sporca con all’interno capelli • manca soffione per la doccia • la maniglia del bagno ti rimane in mano • lenzuola e cuscini SPORCHI • polvere a terra e sui mobili • camera rumorosissima, si sente tutto da fuori anche con finestre chiuse, ed essendo una zona abbastanza trafficata non è il massimo La cosa peggiore è che nessuno ha provato a scusarsi o ad aggiustare un minimo qualcosa e venire incontro, se ne sono fregati totalmente, e anzi finchè al proprietario non ho mandato foto con prove mi continuava a ripetere che quello che dico “non è possibile” 😅 Sconsigliatissimo, vengo spesso a Napoli e ci sono posti moooolto migliori dove soggiornare 😘
• Roberta (10/5): - La posizione è super strategica, ottima per muoversi a piedi, in bus, in treno o in taxi. Sotto l'alloggio c'è un mini market aperto fino a tardi per ogni evenienza. La stanza è moderna, luminosa, fresca anche con l'aria condizionata spenta e spaziosa. Il bagno sempre moderno, confortevole e funzionale. Sono stati gentilissimi, quando abbiamo effettuato il check out abbiamo scordato un oggetto in camera e ci hanno rassicurati sul fatto che tutto ciò che trovano venga conservato per sicurezza per qualche giorno affinché qualcuno possa reclamarlo. Tutto davvero positivo! Torneremo sicuramente!!! Una piccola precisazione : l'ascensore funziona solo con una moneta da 20 cent a tratta, per l'arrivo vi consiglio di averne una, per le restanti tratte troverete delle monete gentilmente offerte dall'host, sul tavolino in camera. Top!

• manuel (10/5): Mi estadía en Napoles - Ambientación; limpieza, iluminación, muy muy bueno Ese sector de Plaza Garibaldi (mano derecha) es un tanto oscura y sensación de inseguridad constante , y que en el Edificio este habitado por personas que posiblemente habitan piso superior que golpen gritan y de sensación de inseguridad; la puerta de acceso al b&b es blindada y da seguridad pero no se siente seguridad en el pasillo y escaleras por lo que evitamos salir o entrar por la noche

• Teodóra (8/5): Very modern, safe and comfy - Very modern place, just like in the pictures! Perfect who's searching for a clean, safe accommodation just for a few minutes from the train station. The host, Antonio were keep in touch with us, sent the codes, and let us know he's there if we need anything, he was great. I forgot to pay the city tax at the room but he was really nice, didn't made a problem just helped me to pay via bank:) Compare to the other places to stay in the same price range, I would highly recomment to choose this place The area is horrible, we didn't found the entrance to the apartman at first, and we were kinda scared, but its not the host's fault! Once you inside of the property, everything is amazing tho.

• Guest (5/5): Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato la stanza sporca, macchie sul materasso, cuscini e sulle tende. Abbiamo chiamato - La struttura é molto vicina alla stazione di Napoli. Ho fatto fatica mettermi in contatto con il proprietario, a parte il giorno d‘arrivo in cui l‘abbiamo telefonato. Mi piace il fatto che il giorno dopo, hanno pulito la stanza e la ragazza delle pulizie é stata gentile.

• nazila m (10/5): - Juste l'ascenseur, qu'il fallait parfois attendre beaucoup et qu'il fallait payer à chaque fois, sinon c'était très propre et super, même si le quartier était très fréquenté.❤️

• Viktoriia (10/5): - The room is clean, everything is great. The location is right at the train station, very convenient, transport is nearby. The only negative is that we missed an electric kettle and cups in the room
