Das Zimmer war schon etwas älter, vorallem Bad und Toilette, aber sauber und sehr ordentlich. Angenehmes Bett. Netter kleiner Balkon. Schöne moderne Saunalandschaft mit kleinem japanisch gestaltetem Außenbereich. Sehr schönes Restaurant, aufmerksame Bedienung, gute abwechslungsreiche und ambitionierte Karte. WLAN war zum Arbeiten zu langsam.

Das Hotel liegt zentral gelegen und eignet sich gut für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung - Lindau, Bregenz und Schweiz sind in unmittelbarer Nähe schnell erreichbar. • Bernd (8/5): Sehr freundliches Personal - Besonders in Österreich fallen mir bei der Sternebewertung übertriebene Lobhudeleien auf. Im KRÖNELE ist dies nicht der Fall. Man spürt hier deutlich den positiven Unterschied eines Familienbetriebes zur anonymen Verwaltung. An einer sehr belebten Straße gelegen sind ab 5.00 Uhr starke Verkehrsgeräusche bei offenem Fenster zu hören, selbst in den Zimmern abseits der Straßenfront.

Velice milý personál. Velká čistota. Pro cestování přes Německo do Švýcarska ideální poloha hotelu. Snídaně bohatá a výborná. Výhodou je, že je podávána již od 6 h ráno. • Tiffany (6/5): High season! - Our room was spacious and I enjoyed the shower. There is a SPAR somewhat close by if you have a car, where you can get food you might need. The location was good for Bregenz and Lindau day trips. We stayed in a basement room (same level as the spa and sauna). I’m not sure why, but our first night our room was full of mosquitos. Maybe the room’s windows had been opened to air it out? We had to spend about an hour killing mosquitos before we could go to bed. If you are there during the summer, I’d suggest not opening the windows. The breakfast is alright. If you are having breakfast during the summer, I’d suggest using the outside terrace as it was a lot quieter and calmer. We were there during high season which gets a bit hectic. Our WIFI kept not working but we also couldn’t get reception, which complicated things for us sometimes. The AC takes a while but is good once it has been on for a few hours. As we were on the floor with the sauna, we often heard running and talking outside our doors. If you are offered a choice, maybe don’t stay on this level.

• Lenka (4/5): - snídaně Pobyt v rodinném pokoji byl pro nás velkým zklamáním. Pokoj byl zastaralý, s opotřebovaným nábytkem a fleky na stěnách. Koberec i závěsy se zdály zaprášené – při pohybu se prach vířil po pokoji, a když do něj svítilo slunce, bylo to velmi viditelné. Celková úroveň čistoty neodpovídala deklarovaným standardům. Balkonové dveře měly poškozené otevírání a některá okna nešla vůbec otevřít kvůli křivě upevněným lištám držícím závěsy. Jediné okno, které šlo otevřít, směřovalo do velmi rušné ulice — pokoj nebyl ani klidný, ani komfortní. Pokoj se nacházel pod střechou, kde bylo opravdu velmi horko. K dispozici byla pouze stojící mobilní klimatizace, která byla zcela nedostačující a prostor nedokázala vychladit. Za postelí byl navíc velký prázdný prostor, který působil nevyužitě a nelogicky — celkové uspořádání pokoje bylo neútulné. Nábytek manželské postele byl čalouněný hnědou kůží, zatímco postele pro další členy rodiny, umístěné za závěsem, měly zcela odlišný styl nábytku. Tento nesoulad působil rušivě a nepřispěl k útulnému dojmu pokoje. Navíc volný roh za postelemi pro další členy rodiny působil velmi nehezky a nevyužitě, což celkový dojem z pokoje ještě zhoršovalo Celkově prostředí absolutně neodpovídalo čtyřhvězdičkovému standardu — spíše bych hodnotil na dvě hvězdičky. Co vše ještě zhoršilo, byla prezentace pokoje na webových stránkách hotelu, kde byl pokoj nafocen tak, aby vady a skutečný stav nebyly patrné. Prezentace byla zavádějící a vytvořila nereálná očekávání. Cena bohužel zcela neodpovídala kvalitě. Za tuto úroveň bych očekával(a) alespoň nižší cenu, nebo předem jasné upozornění, že se jedná o starší, nezrekonstruovaný pokoj. Máme pocit, že hotel nabízí pokoje různých standardů, některé lepší a některé horší, a nám byl přidělen právě ten méně kvalitní pokoj. To bohužel také ovlivnilo naši celkovou spokojenost s pobytem.
