• Carmen Mayra (6/5): - Era amplio Las bañeras eran antiguas oxidadas, la piscina estaba sucia, me dijeron que iban a limpiarla y no fue nadie. Las mantas eran justas para un día de verano, para aquellos que no son frioleros.

• Nevenka (10/5): Družinske počitnice - Prostorna privat hiša,parkirišče ob hiši, zasebni bazen,velika terasa. Dve kopalnici, trije wc-ji so plus,če bivaš z dvema najstnikoma🤣. Blizu vseh plaž in znamenitosti v južnem delu otoka. Pralni stroj! Odlična odzivnost lastnika preko sporočil! Vila potrebuje nekoliko osvežitve. Definitivno pa manjka kakšen dodaten lonec. Bazen ni ogrevan. V februarju je morda za namočit,ne pa za daljše kopanje.

• Alessandra (8/5): Grazioso appartamento in bella zona - Sono stata tanti anni a Playa Blanca in posizione vicina a questa struttura. Questa era sinceramente un po' piu' lontana dal centro rispetto alle volte precedenti ma in questa zona il rapporto qualita'/prezzo e' molto a favore di questo appartamento. Il centro si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi con una bella passeggiata in zona pedonale e costeggiando il mare. Bello il patio e abbiamo cenato spesso in casa all'aperto perche' bene riparato dal vento e dal freddo anche a gennaio. Non eccezionale il reparto notte, letto matrimoniale Queen size appoggiato al muro e senza nessun comodino nemmeno dalla parte libera. Porte scorrevoli che non si chiudono per maniglie rotte. Abbiamo notificato questo problema ma nessuno le ha sistemate.

• Mer (3/5): Casa con muchos desperfectos y suciedad acumulada. - La ubicación La casa no se nos entregó limpia y además de ello cuenta con muchísimos desperfectos. El sofá, las toallas y los edredones están manchados, los muebles tienen muchísimo polvo, el suelo se ve claramente que no ha sido ni siquiera barrido y la piscina estaba llena de trocitos de algo blanco. Tuvimos que desatascar un baño para poder usarlo.No usamos la piscina. Las puertas de uno de los accesos a la casa no cierran porque están rotas por lo que compromete la seguridad del huésped y sus pertenencias. De todo ello informamos al anfitrión por whatssap. Le a agradecemos su amabilidad pero la estancia no ha sido cómoda ni agradable. Hay muchísimas casas en la misma calle que están en un estado presentable.

• Anthony (9/5): Nous avons adoré ce séjour à Lanzarote! - Proximité des plages « sauvages » du parc national, tranquillité du quartier, accessibilité de la marina et des accès routiers permettant de visiter l’île. Logement spacieux, literie confortable, la piscine et la terrasse couverte sont agréables. Un service de couverts plutôt limité, même pour 4. Un lave vaisselle serait un plus.
• JANE (6/5): Needs some TLC to bring this property up to scratch but pool and location make it l. - The pool was fantastic and made the property worth the money Property was also south facing so had the sun most of the day The lay out was also good with a great outdoor space on the top level with a great view of the sea and surrounding area The property was quite tired and needed some TLC - rooms felt a little bare and needed some personality. Duvets and covers a bit old. Light shade missing from stairway and quite a lot of wear and tear. Broken pot outside. The loungers and seats were uncomfortable and would have really benefitted from cushions ( we ended using spare pillows) The kitchen was good in terms of space but there was only one wine glass and 3 dinner plates one of which had a crack. There were only two of us staying in a 3 bed house but if there were more than that you would have struggled with outside seating and plates , glasses etc. Cooker, microwave, and fridge all great. There were two full bathrooms and a downstairs toilet which was really good . Bushes on pathway need pruned. The pictures do reflect the property to be fair. Instructions for the house were sent in Spanish and no further info inside. Would appear to be Managed by Spanish property management company. With all that said we had a great week and the pool was the star . Basic and clean and if you had 2/3 couples paying good value for money.

• Ilaria (6/5): - ottima posizione vicino le principali spiagge, semplice da raggiungere, parcheggio comodissimo, piscinetta privata molto apprezzata dai bambini, quando abbiamo avuto delle esigenze sono state soddisfatte. La casa ha un grande potenziale, probabilmente meriterebbe una maggiore manutenzione e qualche cura in più dei dettagli , la cucina aveva una fornitura un tantino striminzita, la pulizia migliorabile.

On a bus route, near two supermarkets, a local bar/cafe and a 5 min walk to the ocean front path. 10 mins walk to CC Las Coloradas and 20 mins to Marina Rubicon along a gorgeous clifftop promenade. Comfy beds and super-fast wifi. The host was easy to contact, replied immediately and fixed any issues as soon as he could. We stayed a month and could have happily stayed on a bit longer! A toaster and a microwave would have been useful. As would cleaning supplies, an iron and ironing board.
