• Javier (7/5): Buena estancia en Arevalo. - Un apartamento amplio y funcional, buen colchón en la cama principal. Bien Ubicado y de acceso cómodo. La atención de la propietaria muy correcta. Al acceder había mucho olor a tabaco. Con el tiempo y un poco de perfume se disipó. Escaso de menaje. Pero bien.
• ALVARO (5/5): Esperábamos otra cosa - Bastante nuevo/reformado Ubicación muy lejos del centro histórico, comunicación con dueña, enviamos petición de entrar antes y ni la leyó, tuvimos que preguntar por plaza garaje si no tampoco nos informan, mando TV apenas funcionaba, wifi no sabemos si había, había un router pero no supimos la clave, menaje de cocina muy escaso (tazas sucias), dormitorios sin mesillas (una mini balda en cada lado). Para pasar 1noche vale, no más.
• Oscar (7/5): - Todo muy limpio, apartamento cómodo, silencioso, y bastante nuevo, con plaza de parking que es un plus , la zona bien Se podría explicar con más claridad como entrar a parking , el menaje cocina muy básico, y no tener una cafetera tradicional o al menos un colador para salir del paso a nosotros que somos cafeteros nos ha matado, hay cafetera de cápsulas pero no te dejan capsulas de cortesía ni se dan explicaciones de qué modelo es cuando reservas.por lo que no te sirve de nada, por lo demás todo bien

• Verónica (8/5): Limpio y muy bonito y bien situado - Lo limpio que estaba,lo cómodas que son las camas y lo bien decorado que està.Todo funcionaba correctamente.Tuvimos un problema con el acceso al garaje pero se nos ofreció otra alternativa ,que aunque menos cómoda por tener que cargar con todas las maletas por las escaleras,permitió hacer uso del garaje. Que el anterior inquilino se llevó el mando del garaje,no habría podido utilizar el garaje si llego a viajar sola.

• José David (10/5): - El apartamento estaba muy nuevo y bien equipado, fue una parada para descansar en nuestro viaje y la dueña fue en todo momento muy amable. Tiene garaje en donde poder guardar el coche para no dejarlo en la calle lo que para nosotros fue muy cómodo ya que no tuvimos que bajar todas las maletas.

• Amparo (7/5): Apartamente nuevo y agradable - El apartamento era nuevo y moderno y está en una tercera planta. Hacía mucho calor durante el día pero tenía un ventilador. Por las noches no hace falta.

• Miguel (3/5): - Piso actualizado Solo tenía un ventilador para todo el piso. La limpieza no es el punto fuerte del piso. Muy poco equipado.
• Adrian (6/5): Pleasant - Clean and spacious. The apartment seems recently renovated. Confusing check in instructions (we received wrong apartment number and pin), but maybe the host only had a bad day - and not speaking English. The bathroom door is broken and can not be closed (this should really be mended). The building is noisy - we could hear all the neighbors. Nothing the host can do here.
• Marina (8/5): Looks like home - The place was beyond our expectations. The access was easy, following instructions and self service (with password). Super clean, organized and with everything needed for the stay (from liquid soap and shampoo, to everything needed to cook like utilities, salt, sugar, coffee). The apartment is modern and well maintained. The WIFI was excellent and the TV was smartTV ( with Netflix and other smart content, which comes in hand when you have small kids to entertain). The beds were good size (1 queen bed and 2 singles 80x2,00) and comfortable (the single ones were the "assemble" type). Was so much quite and comfortable that looks like that you are at home. Took us a while to understand the parking (where and how to access, since the lift have access only by key). Anyway had enough space outside to park and was so calm and quite that we decided to left there. The heather (water) was going down time to time in the shower (every 3 minutes), so we had some cold showers (inclusive the kids, which was why is not a 10 evaluation). Not sure if was some bad functioning in the shower system (faucet) or the heather system itself. Other small point was that the drain is not enough to drain so much water from the shower, so easily the place get totally wet (the box is not fully closed). Since did not had floor towels we had to improvise (drying with paper) to return the place in correct order.
