• Lara (6/5): Buena ubicación pero muy ruidoso - La habitación tiene una muy buena ubicación. Tenía todo muy cerca, posible de llegar a varias atracciones famosas a pie y tambien estaba cerca de la Parada deautobus. Además, tenía muy buenos restaurantes alrededor. La ducha es muy pequeña y el agua no tenía mucha presión. Además, había mucho ruido lo que afectaba el sueño. Imposible dormir con la ventana abierta y aunque la cierras, se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle y tambien de los vecinos. No lo aconsejo si quieren estar seguros de poder descansar.

Great location, very close to the Trevi Fountain but far enough away to have a quiet area. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Rome!

• Analia (4/5): - La señora que se encontraba limpiando se encargo de comunicarse con el personal del hotel para que me dejaran ingresar para dejar la valija, ya que si bien estaba autorizado, noe respondían. Fue muy amable Si no entiendo mal, al tratarse de un hotel, deberían hacer la habitación todos los días. Lo pero fue el baño con instalaciones deterioradas. No había shampoo., sólo jabón en el lavamanos.Tampoco había nadie para solicitar manta extra, por ejemplo. Como no me respondieron el primer día, desistí de comunicarme. • Laurane (7/5): No está mal - La ubicación es excelente. Me gustó el auto check in, no necesitas llave en ningún momento con las claves que te facilitan. La habitación es muy sencilla para el precio que tiene. Se escucha bastante ruido de la calle ya que las ventanas son antiguas.

• Tamara (10/5): Great place in a great location - The place is near fountain trevi, and also close to the Termini. The self check in is very easy and it's nice that we could leave our belongings in the room before check-in. We enjoyed the place so much that we booked it for our last day at Rome. Water leaked out of the shower a little, but it wasn't too bad and the place provided enough towels.

• Elijah (6/5): Pleasant - The location of this hotel is super close to the heart of Rome. Good communication from manager. Elevator was broken and was hard to get luggage up stairs. Little bit run down but for an over nighter in town to see the sights it does well.

On arrival Hotel name not visible on the outside of the property, so confusion when we arrived, which isn’t ideal after a long flight etc. we eventually found hotel. Terrible lift getting to hotel, can bearly fit 2 people in it let alone luggage. Would have been nice to have coffee and towels etc replaced daily. TV did not work properly Expensive for what we got
• Robert (2/5): I wouldn’t recommended this apartment. The entire apartment needs to be updated - Location is central and beside the metro. Air conditioning leaked twice all over the floor and destroyed bags we had on the ground. The bath was filthy and had hair in it. The shower head was on the bath and you had to hold it the entire time. The socket beside the bed also kept shocking me.

We loved the nespresso machine and the coffee the owner left for us! And the location is the best! Couple of steps and there you have Trevi fountain! Definitelly recommend! Thank you! Nothing. The communicator who gave me code introduced themself as "Guiseppe" but probably was "Guiseppe A I" . I dont think it should call itself Hotel. There was an actual Hotel in building with Receptionist, but nothing to do with Trevi. If you are OK will all this, room was very comfortable and fabulous deli in laneway below. in t

My check-in was at 2 PM, but after a long journey, I arrived at 5 PM in the rain, only to find that my room was not ready. The room was dirty and messy, with dirty sheets and a filthy bathroom. I contacted the staff to report the situation, and they told me the cleaner was running late. I then asked for a refund and said I would find another hotel. They simply responded, “Yes, go find another hotel.” Imagine my desperation—standing in the rain with my luggage and my daughter. I had no choice but to book the first available hotel, which, of course, cost me more than expected. For three weeks, I kept following up with them to get an answer about my refund. After a lot of insistence, Booking finally responded and issued the refund.. They should improve their customer service.

There was a good selection of restaurants close to the "hotel'. The staff responded quickly to messages via Booking.com, but there was no one on site. The room was furnished including a Nespresso coffee machine and pods There was no one to talk to on site at any time. The lift is very small and does not inspire confidence. There is no breakfast offered. To me this was more of an AirBnB than a hotel

It's a self check-in and check-out hotel with a friendly and helpful host who helped us out the troubke we had at ine point with te lock. We enjoyed our stay and would love to be back here one day.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - The location is very good which is near to tourist spots. Its quiet environment. Its clean. Big rooms and air-conditioned. The host is helpful. My children enjoyed their stay. Beds are comfortable The elevator was not working when we arrived, but it was acted immediately when we reported it. There were mosquitos in the rooms and I had lots of itchy bites. There were only 2 pillows in our room. Pardon if I didn't see spare in the cupboard, but I checked, and I found a hotdog pillow only. There was a brown out. If given a chance, despite my above notes, I would go back and stay there again. Those problems can be sorted easily. it's a constructive statement.
• Violet (5/5): Passable - The location is excellent The room is too small, bathrooms are way too small to be comfortably used. To get to the room, you need to use a very small elevator that can barely fit luggage and non of that is communicated clearly before booking.

Bookings .com have a different address for this property so when you book transfers they go to pick up elsewhere. Staff was very rude when I arrived. I was asked to leave my bags in a room until check in time. Was happy to do this but room was left open and when I went to lock it the staff yelled down the hallway at me not to do that. This was all without identifying who she was.
