• Kerly Tatiana (1/5): TRATO BORDE DEL PROPIETARIO - Lo unico bueno son las cortinas pa darte privacidad NO VAYAIS A NO SER QUE QUERAIS VER A UNA PERSONA BORDE INSISTIENDOTE QUE HAGAN CHECK IN O DE MÁS COSAS, era la primera vez que viajo sola y pues a la hora de hacer check y in (el me insistía todo el rato ósea es muy impactante) y había un momento donde le pregunté unos códigos de mi DNI porque no entiendo mucho y me dice “que tu no sabes?” En plan chulo, y leyendo los comentarios de la gente ESE ALOJAMIENTO DEBE CERRAR PRONTO, no recomiendo mucho A NO SER que quieras pasar en Madrid y dormir al lugar muy “barato”, porque una señora preguntó por el precio SIN RESERVA y le dijo que son 90€ (quizá sea por ser sábado) pero bua a la próxima que venga prefiero pagar de más antes que volver a pisar ahí

• Léa (2/5): Très mauvaise expérience - Le seul point positif est la localisation Je suis arrivée tôt à Madrid. Le check-in n'est pas avant 15h, ils te laissent même pas la possibilité de rester à l'accueil ! Tu dois rester dehors et en plus de ça, ils te font payer 5€ si tu veux laisser tes affaires. Ils te demandent ensuite un supplément de 10€ pour un check-in plus tôt alors que le lit est libre et que ça ne leur coûte rien de te laisser venir plus tôt. En plus du supplément, c'est à toi de faire ton lit, qui est d'ailleurs infecté de punaise de lit ! Je me suis fait méchamment attaquée. Pas de savon pour se laver les mains, pas de PQ. Des clients irrespectueux qui rentrent dans la chambre en allumant la lumière, parlant fort et faisait un bruit pas possible. Malgré la bonne localisation, cela résulte aussi de gens qui crient dans les rues en rentrant de soirée. Bref, je ne recommande pas. Bien cher pour ce que c'est

• Rodriguez (4/5): Solo para cuando no encontraste nada - Estaba bastante limpio y las camas tenían cortina para la privacidad El hostel con menos ambiente que ví en mi vida, el personal era muy limitado en la comunicación, la habitación no tiene ventilación así que hay un olor que voltea.

Fiquei 30 min na porta errada a ligar ,o recepcionista não falava português,mal espanhol e não conseguia explicar que a recepção era na outra rua. Fiquei 30 ou mais a tentar achar. Quando enfim achei a recepção,ele foi rude e mal educado. Enfim foi uma péssima recepção. Não voltaria por conta do péssimo atendimento.Os quartos o ar-condicionado não funciona, então colocaram ventoinhas ligadas a noite inteira. Não havia local para se lavar seus utensílios usados na copa. Enfim.. não voltaria.

• Teresa Cristina (6/5): - Localização próxima ao metrô, mercados, cafés e restaurantes. O hostel não oferece toalha de banho e o lençol estava guardado no gavetão embaixo da cama e por isso não estava muito limpo. Outro ponto, se você precisar deixar a mochila no hostel, antes ou depois do horário do check in/out, precisa alugar um armário e o custo é de 5 ou 10 euros, dependendo do tamanho da bagagem. A recepção só abre às 09h, antes disso não há atendimento. A recepção não fica no mesmo local da acomodação. Não há cozinha no local, apenas uma mesa e um microondas. O quarto era abafado.

• Ruben (3/5): Evitar a toda costa - La ubicación que es relativamente céntrica es lo único a destacar. La comunicación es deficiente al no hablar buen castellano el personal. Las camas y almohadas estaban llenas de pelos, arena y restos de migas, aparte de que llegas a hacer el check-in y tú mismo te tienes que hacer la cama!?!? De locos vaya. Tanto la habitación como los baños estaban sucios, pelos por todas partes, y sin acceso a gel de baño o champú, deprimente. Al segundo día de estancia alguien entró en nuestra habitación (nos quedamos un amigo y yo en una habitación privada con dos camas, nadie tendría que tener acceso a la misma ya que solo teníamos los códigos él y yo) nos movió los enseres de lugar y aparte nos deshizo las camas, al llamar a recepción no te dan solución ni respuesta a quien ha sido, les da totalmente igual, como si no hubiera pasado nada o fuera algo común. Otra vez a hacerte la cama tú mismo, genial. Sensación de seguridad y de privacidad cero, la limpieza brilla por su ausencia y el trato no es cercano ni resolutivo.
• YUTE (4/5): 非必要，不要選擇 - 地點還不錯，離地鐵近 員工態度很奇妙，問個wifi 密碼，他叫我自己看注意事項，上面寫一大堆直接告訴我不行嗎一定要尋寶？ 然後薄棉被在床底下的櫃子，可能注意事項有寫吧反正我問了夜班員工，他指給我看，一直叫我閱讀注意事項，問我不懂英文嗎？ 你講的西班牙風格的英文我實在聽不太懂，對外國旅客不能態度友善點嗎？ 接待處跟住宿處不同位置，是相距不遠，不過寄放行李要收錢，服務真的有點差 睡一晚，手腳都有出現一點紅疹，不知道床鋪衛生有沒有問題
• Tory (7/5): - Beds were comfortable, showers were private. We stayed during a week night so there were not many people there, which was nice. Wifi was excellent and facilities were clean. For the price, I would stay again. Communication about where to check in since it is a different address than what is listed online. They did have signs posted on the door but it was confusing at first.

• Luis Javier (8/5): Un alojamiento que cumple con lo que promete. - La relación calidad-precio es muy buena. Estaba bastante limpio. Era bastante tranquilo. La atención del recepcionista era un poco tímida o seria. Hubiera sido mejor algo más de simpatía por su parte. Las calles circundantes son inseguras. Falta policía en el barrio y algunas personas que merodean hacen uso desvergonzado de drogas a plena luz del día.
• Xinia (1/5): NO AIR CONDITION THINK TWICE - The clerk at 12noon was very helpful NO AIR CONDITION, they only turn it on few hours at night, only a fan during the day, do not expect to have a nap, unless you like a very hot place -3pm did not want to use the Google translator and couldn't understand anything I was saying (nor English or Spanish) -no cooler for food or drinks only a microwave -the neighborhood did not felt safe, I asked some neighboards and they didn't either (but they have no choice) because different people are selling their products there -very dirty streets, garbage everywhere

• Georgi (1/5): Hay cucarachas como helicópteros!!! - El color de las paredes. No es un sitio del primer mundo!!! Es como estar en una sauna. Tienes que estar mendigando para que te enciendan el aire acondicionado con 40C que hace en Madrid. El personal de limpieza huele muy mal, lleva la ropa sucia y parece que vive en la calle, se sienta en las camas de los huéspedes para hablar por teléfono sin importar le que la gente está descansando, me ha venido a despertar en 2 ocasiones abriendo la cortina de mi litera. En fin prestan muy mal servicio en todos los sentidos!

• Natalia (4/5): The location was perfect but the mean stuff and a bit dirty rooms made the stay very uncomfortable. - The only thing I liked was the perfect location of the hostel which was really close to both, the city center and museums and surrounded by many cute bakeries and cafes. The stuff was really rude and he almost screamed at me after I suggested not applying my ID details to some website. He called me "lazy" for not doing it before. The rooms weren't that clean, you had to make the beds fully yourself in the beginning and at the end. It had only two showers and toilets for many people. It was noisy during the night.

• Emily (5/5): Was fine. Wouldn’t rush back. - Good location easy to walk to main spots for a decent price You definitely get what you pay for. Pillows were yellow and quite gross. Ladders to top bunk are hard to climb down from. Check out was at 11am and we had someone knocking at 10:45am trying to get us out.

• Egbert (4/5): Disappointing - There was nothing exceptional that stood out compared to many other Hostels I have stayed at in Madrid. I do enjoy the curtains in front of the beds, giving a little more privacy aspecially with other travelers switching on the room light at 1am etc. Rigat (hope I spelled it correctly) get a bonus point trying to correct the many wrongs. Customer service sucks. I had the unfortunate situation where I booked my accommodation before I booked my train trip. When I did the latter (still on the same day I booked the hostel), the only ticket I could get meant I would arrive at 12 midnight in Madrid. I noticed that check-in is up to 12 (it'll take me 30 min give or take to get there from Chamartin station). Trying to make contact with the Hostel wasn't easy. Canceling meant I would loose the full amount of booking cost. I googled to find a number to call, and the owner/manager I spoke with was very understanding and said not to worry, they will wait for me as long as I keep them updated on when I arrive at Chamartin and on my way to the hostel. However, on the day while I'm on the train to Madrid I received a phonecall from the Hostel, requesting what time I will arrive (the posible arrival time has been communicated before on booking.com and the initial phonecall I made to make arrangements concerning my situation). This time the person o the other end of the line kept on saying its unacceptable to arrive after 00:00. Then another person called me, fighting with me in Spanish where I repetitively said I don't understand Spanish. Then the fight continued on WhatsApp. The more I say that my situation has been communicated and an agreement was made to wait for me, the more this person fought that I must be there before 00:00 Suddenly I was to pay the receptionist €10 because of waiting for me. When I arrived the receptionist was friendly. When I got to the actual hostel, there were no wifi. Mid day I whatsapped them to inform them of the wifi situation. No reply. I messaged again in the afternoon that the wifi is not picked up, and they just messaged back to say the password is on the wall. Duh When I made my booking I requested for a bottom bed, as I am a lower leg amputee, and if I take my leg of, I struggle to get up to the top bed.

• Diego (4/5): Disappointing - The location is convenient if you want to be near the center and places like Plaza del sol. Customer service was not the best, the staff didn't speak Spanish (which is weird for a hostel in Madrid) and only a little English, making communication hard. They were not attentive at all, we knocked on the door several times, and they did not open it even though they were right at the reception. If you're in a group of 4 people or more you'll have to pay a deposit of 150 Euros which will be returned during the checkout, and the reception only operates from 9a.m, hence if you have to leave the hotel early be aware that they won't be available for you at that time. This is an option if you are short in budget bc of its location, but if you have the possibility, I'd recommend reviewing other options.
