La habitación estaba limpia y era cómoda Había un escalón por la cara en medio de la habitación y era muy fácil tropezarse. Me tropecé 3 veces por lo menos. Hay que ir con cuidado porque te puedes hacer daño

- Robin (9/5): Comfortable and well located for touring the Pyrenees... - The Hotel Erreguina was well located on our chosen motorcycle tour route through the Pyrenees. I have stayed there before, so I knew what to expect and I was not disappointed. My room towards the back of the hotel was comfortable, and although the bathroom was a little on the small side, it still had a very good shower. The hotel restaurant had a very good menu choice for the evening meal. The buffet style breakfast the following morning was also very good. I found the staff friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. The hotel had free parking for our motorcycles, which is away from the passing road. Highly recommended, thank you... My only slight reservation would be over access to the small bathroom. If you have mobility issues you might be wise to discuss these with the hotel prior to making a booking. For me it was not a deal breaker.

Our room was clean, charming, and had a large window door that made it super easy to take our dog outside. The views of the mountains from the heart of Banca were stunning. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious — authentic Basque cuisine at its best.

The rooms we occupied were what I would describe as 'compact doubles' towards the rear of the hotel and without balconies (many of the rooms did have balconies), but this was probably reflected in the lower prices we paid. They were nevertheless comfortable and well appointed. The staff were pleasant and helpful, particularly the lady receptionist/waitress who served us our evening meal. She happily talked us through the menu and recommended an excellent accompanying wine. The meal we ate was truly exceptional. Highly recommended. Thank you... All good...

Location is good for outdoor activities or a stop over on a journey crossing Pyrenees. Dinner is excellent with a comprehensive menu. Our stay this time was too short.

The room was nice and clean and rather big! We travelled as a couple with a dog and the room was perfect for us. We only stayed 1 night, but the views were amazing and the food from the restaurant is one of the best meals we’ve had in a very long time (and we eat out a lot!!) Overall it was a lovely stay and we hope to stay here again on day. Everything was perfect and there wasn’t anything we didn’t like!
