• Elena (9/5): - All was perfect, starting from the keys collection. The check-in and -out were flexible and I really appreciated that. The apartment was clean and fully equipped. I highly recommend the Nina Apartments to any traveller to Venice, it was superb. The only small thing that did not work was the heating (unfortunately it was cold and damp), I thought the aircondition was also an inverter and could also warm up the room but it was not working. On the flip side, there were very warm duvets on the bed, therefore there was no issue with sleeping at all
• Vilson Luiz (7/5): - O apartamento é próximo à estação de trem, facilitando a chegada. E nos foi disponibilizado local para guardar as malas antes do check-in, o que foi muito conveniente. Além disso, o apartamento e bem espaçoso e silencioso e tem máquina de lavar e utensílios basicos na cozinha, que nos possibilitou fazer um café da manhã. A máquina de café também merece destaque, pois é excelente. Considerando que é um lugar para dormir, nos decepcionou muito a cama. É mole e velha e quando um se mexe, o outro também balança, devido ao sistema de molas, o que faz com que acordemos várias vezes durente a noite. Isso nos desagradou consideravelmente, pois para nós, uma boa noite de sono é excencial. Além disso, no quarto fica uma luz acionada, que parece de um alarme, que também cria dificuldades para dormir. Considerando o preço pago na acomodação, entendo que essas questões (especialmente da cama) são bem relevantes e eu não voltaria.

• PEI LING (10/5): 乾淨、舒適、安全、地點好！ - 入住前就有互動，所以入住過程非常順暢，第一天晚上發現吹風機有問題，WhatsApp連絡後當晚很快就提供好的吹風機，吹風機又輕且風量夠大，很好用。住6晚，後續有繼續提供毛巾跟廁所紙，非常貼心。讓我們威尼斯住得很舒適跟安心。 ㄧ切都很棒。

• Edeltraud (8/5): Super Lage, sehr sauber, ruhige Lage - Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und genauso wie auf den Fotos. Auch die Betreuung bei der Ankunft, war top. Genügend Kaffee vor Ort. Ansonsten kann ich zur Küchenausstattung keine Bewertung abgeben. Die Einrichtung hat noch Luft nach oben.....die "Barhocker" sind sehr unbequem. Ein gemütliches beinander sitzen ist da nicht wirklich möglich. Eine ordentliche Ablagemöglichkeit am Bett ist nicht vorhanden. Ein Buch muss auf den Boden. Wohin mit der Brille.? Wir haben uns dann mit den Barhockern beholfen.......das Bett war durch die Federn, statt Lattenrost, sehr, sehr weich und man spürte jede Bewegung des Partners......

Great location with lots of coffees nearby,grocery shop within a walking distance and a lovely ceramic shop too. We will highly recommend it and very happy to come back again. Thank you!

• BERNARDO (9/5): - Estuvimos genial, un apartamento muy coqueto, nuevo y cuidado. La atención de 10, super atentos con todo. Además tiene una situación perfecta, cerca de la estación de tren y autobús y a pocos minutos del centro. Supermercado enfrente del alojamiento. Echamos en falta algún accesorio en la zona del fregadero ( bayeta de cocina) y una escoba -recogedor. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

• Serhii (9/5): - The location is perfect – right next to the train station, so you can easily reach any part of Venice or beyond. Just a couple of steps away there’s a supermarket, which was super convenient. Piazza San Marco is a bit of a walk, but honestly, walking through Venice is part of the magic and we really enjoyed it. The hosts were absolutely wonderful – they met us at the apartment, showed us around, explained everything, and even surprised us with a bottle of wine and some delicious cookies, which made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself is not large, but it’s cozy and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The only small downsides were the lack of a clothes drying rack and the dining table being quite low, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sit at.

• Magdalena (10/5): - It was a wonderful and comfortable stay. The apartment was in a great location, near the train station, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to a supermarket. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with air conditioning, a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Rinata and Nina were very pleasant, helpful and easy to contact. I highly recommend it.

• Brandon (10/5): Excellent - The host and Rinata were such a delight. I loved Rinata so much- she was professional and so kind. The apartment was also so clean, modern, and nice. I loved it. It is also in an optimal location. The cleaning lady was a little rude upon check out.

• Kristin (10/5): It was a wonderful and comfortable stay that my husband and I highly recommend! - The property was in a great location, just a short walk from the train and bus station. This was great, so we did not have to pay for a water bus or taxi to get there, as they can get really crowded. It was a nice quiet area, but it was super easy to get to the other busier areas of the city. The apartment was super nice and clean, with comfortable bed, coffee machine, and a washer and dryer. It was super nice! The host even left us a bottle of wine, which was wonderful! There was no breakfast, but there was a really cute breakfast/coffee shop that was right down the street from the apartment.- highly recommend. Also- upon leaving, the host allowed us to access their luggage storage location, which was perfect!! Since we did not pay for service, it was a little difficult to meet someone to get the keys. However, we made it work, and it was smooth sailing from there!

She had to travelled down from another place.. so thank u very much ◡̈ appreciative of that gesture!! all been great. good location close to supermarket and not too far off from train station. only thing is need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs.. which is pretty minimal as u would have carried crossing into Venice from the train station .. hahaha..

Has all the facilities you would need in a holiday. Has lots of mirrors! plenty of storage and power/electric sockets! Really quiet area esp at night. Good wifi connection. Near the Train station which i like. Near piazzale rome bus stations. Overall, it was very nice stay and good value for money! The host was very accommodating and pleasant.☺️

She guided us to the accommodation and went through an orientation of the place and also how to get to key attractions nearby. Superb host and very easy to deal with.

Was met by agency with keys, shown how everything worked, provided map, water, snack and information about the area. Was well provisioned. Beds were comfortable. Supermarket and Pharmacy near by. Washing machine and dryer combo in the unit. Internet didn't work at all in the bedroom.

The patisserie and grocery store close by was a definite bonus! We appreciated the wonderful map and recommendations. There was construction going on up above us which could not be predicted by the owner but it did make for loud nights and early morning noise.

She was extremely helpful and her cousin met us and showed us the apartment and explained the best location. The appartment is new and well-suited for the visit. • Pablolxxxv (10/5): Quick Venice visit - One of the better looking and equipped apartments during my whole stay in Italy. Very well located, close to the train station which servers also a stop for water trams - very convenient way of getting around in Venice. Apartment is on the small side but more than enough for a group of 2-4 people. Very clean, very new and with perfect hosts answering any type of questions and giving a lot of great tups.

They provided us the unique map of Venezia and also recommended us where we can visit (famous points, restaurants…etc) according to how many days we gonna stay. The location is good (7min from Venezia Santa Lucía by walking) and the instructions of route is also perfect ( only need to cross one bridge). The apartment is clean, comfortable, and big. Highly recommended if you are going to visit Venezia😄

• Rezzan (10/5): Clean and nice apartment with great location - Very clean apartment with a great location. This is my second time stayimg here. Nina and her team are great in communication and coordinating checkin and checkout. There is a nice bakery nextdoor and a supermarket across the bridge. The vaporetto stop is a 5minute walk and bus station is a short walk. There is a coffee machine, laundry machine and kitchenette in the flat. It is spacious. Internet speed is also good. It is safe and comfortable. -

Only 1 wine glass (other one was cracked) and 2 standard size cups between 5 people was a bit of a pain and air- con in bedroom was freezing yet in kitchen the temp was very warm.
• Carolyn (10/5): Would stay here again! - Lovely apartment located in a scenic and quiet location. Foot steps away from canal, a patisserie (amazing place for breakfast treats and cappuccino), grocery and an excellent dining spot with hidden balcony overlooking a canal (Ristorante Pizzeria). An associate of Nina met us upon our arrival. Arriving by car, and lugging luggage (do travel light if possible) took some coordination. We hated to keep our greeter waiting but she was most patient as we navigated our way to her. When close, she found us. We are so glad we stayed in a location that was not too far from parking (relatively speaking) cuz lugging baggage is not fun. Apartment has everything you need. Bathroom is small and tight but that did not bother us. It’s a treat to have air conditioning. We loved that the host had a pitcher of cold water and drinks in the fridge for us. So welcome in the heat. Extremely minor- could use some laundry detergent to do a quick laundry load.

• Miss (9/5): would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice for short or long stay. - Communication with the Apartment was great, met me at the door to let me in and show me everything. Room is exactly as pictured and very spacious and clean. Fully furnished with everything you could need. Apartment is extremely close (short walking distance) to the main train station, You can walk to everything in Venice from here, or take a short walk to the Train Station and catch any of the water taxi's from there. right outside the apartment is some good restaurants and little supermarket.
• Iulian (9/5): Recomendd to stay here. - The owner friend was very nice to us she explained all needed and she gave us also a big map of Venice with all you need. We received 2 coca cola, some cold water and a nice 🎁 to remember. Good value apartment with good lights. Place is very close to train station and water bus. No iron(but it is mentioned), not transparent windows, wireless internet is working good only in first room and bathroom. I'm bedroom very very bad signal.

• Christian (9/5): Superb - Kind and thoughtful hosts, nice touches in the room, water, coffee. Good location. Living room area didn't have its own air conditioner and the bathroom was a bit narrow and tight.
• Kelli (10/5): Adorable clean, spacious apartment in a great locations. - very clean, convenient location with a small supermarket, several cafes, and liquor/wine store all super close. Nina’s cousin Elissa met us with our keys and took the time to point out locations on a map for dinner/pizza/bakeries/etc. I will definitely rent this apartment again when we return to Venice. Nothing I didn’t like.

• Alan (9/5): Perfect home from home in gorgeous Venice - We were impressed with the accommodation. Situated in walking distance to the main railway station and walking distance to St Marks Square you couldn’t ask for a better location. We were met by Maddalen who collected us from the baggage storage location and kindly gave us access to the apartment early. It is close to one of the canals and in a quiet location. She showed us around the apartment and happily pointed out interesting things to see and do on a map of Venice which was given to us. We also were given a lovely bottle of Chianti. The accommodation is pretty new. It is spacious and unspoilt. We were very comfortable and appreciated the warm welcome. Maddalen even gave us some restaurant suggestions which was great. A local supermarket, bar/restaurant and cake shop are nearby too. Would highly recommend. The only thing missing for us was a toaster.
• Siew (10/5): Exceptional - The location is walking distance from the train station. Very convenient. Room was as per advertised and very clean. They gave us a bottle of rose wine as welcome gift. Love everything about the apartment but if I have to write about something dislike would probably be the heating. Heating can only maintain at 22 deg C at best which apparently is Venice's government rule so it's not their fault.
• Mienka (8/5): Very good - We didn't like the paper cups. Coffee mugs would have worked better. We also missed a cheese grater and vegetable peeler. Furthermore, we had a nice stay and Nina set the temperature warmer after we asked. Thank you for the beautiful and neat accommodation.

Also there is a market super close and other very good and non-expansive restaurants around. The apartment is exactly like the pictures, with all the necessary utensils and organized furnitures.
