• Olga Wulf (9/5): Wonderful stay in Karlín! Perfect location & amazing vibes - We had the most wonderful time in Karlín! The apartment’s location is absolutely perfect, and we didn't miss a thing (well, except for a lighter 😅). We truly enjoyed the vibe of the place and would love to stay again. The logistics are also super easy: we found a parking lot just 5 minutes away, but there are several other garages and spots nearby. Plus, the area is packed with amazing cafes and restaurants just waiting to be explored! With both the tram and metro just a stone's throw away, getting around is a breeze. Highly recommended for a stay in this great neighborhood! Had to walk to a nearby store to buy a lighter. 😅

• ChiaJung (9/5): 很好！ - 房間就跟照片上一樣漂亮！有冷氣(夏天很需要)、冰箱、吹風機、膠囊咖啡機、廚房電磁爐等，附近有 Albert 超市可以買東西自己煮，還有熨斗、洗衣精、洗衣機可以使用(想要快點洗好的話建議轉 Rachlý 模式，一開始不小心轉到 Eco 就洗太久)，備品非常誇張的多，是目前住過最齊全的，很像自己家。 地理位置也很好，位於安靜的街區，不會有太多遊客。走路 3~5 分鐘可達 Křižíkova 地鐵站，或是去景點的話也可以走路 5 分鐘到 Karlínské náměstí 搭路面電車 (搭車到景點大概15-25分鐘)，我是從 Florenc 巴士站走到住宿約 15 分鐘，不算太遠但如果有很重的大行李箱也可以考慮叫車。 有電梯！大樓很新，房間和一樓入口都是採用密碼鎖，正對面是正在整修的房子。住宿附近有個大公園很舒服(但也遇過奇怪的流浪漢可能白天比較適合去)，也有好吃的越南菜餐廳。民宿入住前都有提供完整的訊息跟聯絡方式，整體來說是不錯的住宿體驗，覺得應該也會很適合家庭入住。 The room matches the photos and includes air conditioning, a fridge, hairdryer, kitchen, iron, and washing machine. A nearby Albert supermarket offers groceries. Use the “Rychlý” mode for faster laundry. The amenities are the most complete I’ve seen, making it feel like home. The accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood, 3–5 minutes from Křižíkova metro and 5 minutes from Karlínské náměstí tram stop (15–25 minutes to attractions). It’s a 15-minute walk from Florenc bus station, but taxis are advisable with heavy luggage. Both the room and first-floor entrance use keypad locks. The new building features an elevator. Across the street, a building is under renovation. Nearby are a large park and several restaurants. Before check-in, the host provides full information and contact details. Overall, it was a great stay, ideal for families. 第一天進入民宿的時候，發現床上有一點小頭髮，我猜可能是因為床上放了很多的小抱枕，可能沾到頭髮，清潔人員換床單擺回抱枕的時候可能沒有注意到，覺得小抱枕很可愛但有點太多，而且好像也用不到，整體是很乾淨的，只有床墊跟廁所的清潔可以再留意。 On my first day in the room, I noticed a few small hairs on the bed, likely from the numerous small throw pillows that may have caught hair. When the cleaning staff changed the sheets and replaced the pillows, they might have missed them. Overall, the room was very clean, though the mattress and bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Think of spare cables or batteries in case you forget one. We loved the style of the apartment and the owners who were very helpful and friendly when we needed help.

Le stazioni di metro e tram sono vicinissime, così come diversi supermercati. Lungo la strada ci sono molti ristoranti, bar e caffè. • Lenka (10/5): - Byvali sme tu uz 2x. Apartman plne zodpoveda fotkam, je mimoriadne dobre vybaveny a nespornou vyhodou je lokalita - blizkost metra a elektriciek, potravin a skvelych restauracii. Ste blizko ruchu velkomesta, ale mate moznost uzit si jeho pokojnejsiu stránku..nehovoria o tom, ze sa nam v apartmane velmi dobre spi :-) Vsetko bolo v poriadku
• Andrzej (10/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Zdjęcia obiektu przedstawiają stan rzeczywisty co nieczęsto się zdarza. Meble i wyposażenie w bardzo dobrym stanie w zasadzie nowe. Czysto co też nie jest normą. Troszkę małe jak na 4 w zasadzie dorosłe osoby (3 dorosłe i dziecko 16 lat -2m wzrostu). Do końca nie wiedzieliśmy jak sterować ogrzewaniem.

Ev içinde seyahatimizi kolaylaştırmak için her şey mevcuttu. TV nin online kanallara erişimi olması güzeldi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Bir adet daha havlu konabilir. Ayrıca mutfaktaki bardakların bazılarında su lekeleri vardı. Bunlar değiştirilebilir.

• Gergana (10/5): Fantastic first time in Prague - The location of the apartment was excellent for the purpose of the trip - I was attending a conference at O2 universium for the full week and the apartment was in excellent position for transport for both the conference and the city center. There a lot of cool coffee places, brunch places and bars in the area too so you don’t need to go far if you don’t need to be in the city center. Everything in the apartment was perfect - very bright and open space, comfortable bed, coffee machine, safe building.

• Lenka (10/5): - Apartman vyzera ako na fotkach, pokyny k check in boli podrobne, jasne a presne. Mali sme dostatok vsetkeho, co by sme potrebovali. V apartmane bola kava, caj, aj zakladne potraviny. Super je aj velka chladnicka s mraznickou a urcite potesi aj pracka. Poloha apartmanu je naozaj skvela. Blizko metro, elektricky, je to 2 zastavky metrom na hlavnu vlakovu stanicu (s 1 prestupom), do uplneho centra sa dostanete do 10min. v okoli je vela restauracii, kaviarni aj supermarketov, zaroven je tam ticho. Celkovo je to velmi prijemna, pokojna a cista lokalita. Nie je co vytknut, radi sa sem vratime.

At the time we stayed, there was a construction in front of the building, but windows in the apartment are very sound proofing

Apartment is situated in a modern building in the nice neighborhood of Karlin. Apartment itself has a lot of quirky design touches and many amenities such as a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is even an umbrella (which we didn't need bc we brought ours) and a complimentary bottle of wine. Host is very nice and responsive to questions. Gave us some good restaurant recommendations. Next door btw is a very nice wine bar, with sample lots of different wines from Czech republic and around the world. No complaints. Just a tip. Write down the door code somewhere. After a long day of walking and taking pictures our mobile phones had died. Luckily, we were able to charge a phone at the wine bar next door, which introduced us to this place and which we otherwise might have missed.

Lots of amenities provided, liked the trash sorting bins. Hard to get into building initially.

We really enjoyed everything, even the versatility of the windows! They also had a bottle of wine for us as soon as we arrived which was a very nice touch We were looking for a vacuum cleaner, but couldn’t find one, but it’s not a big deal. And maybe if there was a hanged mirror by the entrance it would be better. We couldn’t find small plastic bags to replace the ones we have used.
• Marianna (9/5): Superb - Very nice and cosy apartment. Everything clean and very well equipped. Small but sufficient for a family weekend stay. Fast and clear communication with the owners. The nearest parking garage was not available, so we had to walk 20 min from further one. I recommend to book more in advance, then closer parking possibilities are for sure available.
