• Lidia (8/5): Buen alojamiento relación calidad precio. - La ubicación es muy buena, esta en una calle tranquila a 2 min andando de metro y una avenida principal. La cocina totalmente nueva, los electrodomésticos prácticamente a estrenar. Las camas son cómodas y es un punto a favor, cuando se van grupos, el que esté separado el baño de la ducha. El horario de entrada, que a partir de las 20h tengas que pagar un suplemento de 40€, ya llegues 10 min tarde como dos horas… Los sofás del salón estaban sucios y uno de ellos, incómodo, se le notaban los muelles al sentarte. El espacio de la ducha, bastante reducido.

• Chan (7/5): - Best location and easy to access by public transport. The apartment is in 2nd floor but there is no lift.
• Justine (8/5): Superbe - L’appartement est très bien situé. Il est proche du stade et du métro. La cuisine est bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu’il faut niveau vaisselle. Il y a même un lave vaisselle et une machine à laver. Petit point négatif pour la salle de bain qui est très petite, mais fonctionnelle.

• Marcin (4/5): Da się przeżyć, ale nie wiem skąd ogólna ocena powyżej 7. - Dobra lokalizacja jak na wyjazd służbowy (blisko centrum i Fira), wystarczająca ilość miejsc do spania, przyzwoitej wielkości pomieszczenia, wygodne łóżka, w wyposażeniu było wszystko, co potrzebne do życia. Wykończenie lokalu fatalne, brzydko, brudno, odpadająca farba, miejscami ślady pleśni. Wszystko bardzo niskiej jakości. Skandalicznie mała kabina prysznicowa, brak zamka w drzwiach łazienki. Zimno (18 stopni wewnątrz, ogrzewanie prawie nie działa).

• Isabel (7/5): Good, pretty stay in a well located part of Barcelona - - great location, so near the Eurostar station and near metro - lovely tiling and good kitchen facilities - good that the bathroom is split with a toilet in one area and another bit for shower. Helpful for large groups. - lovely balcony - very quiet area, no disturbances from anyone/anything! - it is good there is aircon and it does work but it is not super effective and there are 2 rooms that only have fans. - the shower is pretty small and there is limited place to dry towels - there is a welcome pack but very little washing up liquid is provided and no washing machine tablets for the machine provided. Considering the property is for 6, it would be great if a few more provisions could have been left.

• Laura (9/5): - La ubicación era estupenda, las habitación amplias y limpias. El baño era muy pequeño y uno de los sofás que hay en el salón está algo vendido, ya va pidiendo un cambio.

• Nerea (7/5): Instalaciones muy antiguas para su precio - La ubicación nos gustó porque la parada de metro más cercana está a 3 minutos andando. Las camas son cómodas y los edredones calentitos. Las instalaciones nos resultaron demasiado antiguas: marcos de las puertas, suelo, puertas y ventanas muy antiguas que no aislaban del frío. Además, el aire no disponía de calefacción (aunque sí había estufas enchufables, hacía frío). El aseo está en una habitación separada de la ducha, lo que nos impactó bastante. Además, la fianza es desorbitada, 300 euros que no devuelven el mismo día del check-out. Para lo que cuesta, podrían invertir en renovar el piso.

• Cosovan (10/5): - Хорошее расположение, стариный квартал, тихое место. Квартира лучше чем на фото, по ощущению и атмосфере. Комнаты просторные, много места, хорошее расположение, чисто, квартира со своим шармом, историческое строение. Кровати удобные, хорошо спалось. На кухне есть все что нужно, все продумано до мелочей. Остались довольны! Хозяин хороший парень, правда взял с нас 40 евро за поздний заезд, он у них начинается с 8 часов вечера и да 1 часу ночи, хотя мы приехали в 8,30 опоздали из-за задержки поезда, т.е. подождал 30 минут и 40 евро снял )))) мне кажется это лишнее. Я понимаю если бы приехали действительно поздно!!!

• Sam (1/5): - The check-in process was severely delayed because the agency representative was overbooked and unavailable despite receiving ample advance notice of my arrival. We were left waiting on the street with luggage.

• Ellen Grace (3/5): Its not worth the price - Only the location is good about this apartment, and the size. 1. There is no elevator in the apartment which is located on the 3rd floor. Its difficult with the heavy luggages and the stairs are so narrow. 2. Its not that clean. The walls and doors and kitchen cabinets are with stains. 3. The aircondition is not functioning properly. There is no aircondition on the 2 bedrooms. AC is just on the one bedroom and one on the living room. 4. The power always shuts down when the dishwasher/ kettle/ washing machine are on use. Theres a lot of time the power just shuts down 5. One sofa in the living room is broken and needs to be fixed. Its very uncomfortable sitting on the sofa where you can feel the spring underneath. 6. The toilet and bathroom are so small and the water is leaking under the sink.

The location of the apartment is perfect to reach any Barcelona location. wifi is good the bathroom door creaks when it is open or closed; some parts of the apartment are very very old and should be refurbished. Insulation is poor

• Robert (2/5): Disappointing check in and cleanliness - The reservation was changed to an other building on the day of arrival. The new apartment was not ready until after 5pm. The apartment was not cleaned properly and we found used underwear in the kitchen cupboard
• Joshua (9/5): Great place to stay in Barcelona - The flat was very spacious and the facilities were topnotch. We had an access to a kitchen and a washing machine which was great since we had been travelling for a week through Italy and Switzerland. The host who greeted us was Mikko and he was very helpful to explain the house rules and answer our questions. The location of the apartment is also very nice. Just a few meters from the metro and close to the tourist spots! The security deposit of €300 is too much for just a few days of stay. Plus it takes time to get it back.

• Vinicius (10/5): Exceptional - Only 3min walking from the metro, there are some good supermarkets and restaurants around it. The apartment is pretty comfortable and the communication with the staff was easy and quick.
• Elena (10/5): We had booked the flat for a weekend with friends, and were pleasantly surprised by the flat. Superb location, close to - Really well located, very well equipped. Sunlight streaming through both sides of the house. Very quiet neighbours, and generally quiet neighbourhood. Could make one more dishwasher tablet/laundry pod available. Otherwise lovely flat.
• Roman (9/5): Superb - The apartment is clean, well equipped, in a good location, but in an old building. Nearby there is a street where you can eat and buy everything you need. A very small shower, if you are a person with a slightly more average build, then it will be difficult for you to fit in there, this also applies to the room itself and the shower stall.
