Les chambres très petites en dehors de ça deux peignoirs , des pantoufles bouilloire pour le thé petit frigo pour des boissons non alcoolisées fraîches. WC japonais j’expérimentais de se faire nettoyer les fesse par un jet d’eau tiède très agréable et surprenant et ça nettoie vraiment propre.. tout est high tech vraiment Juste la petitesse de la chambre sinon tout est parfait très propre clean épuré, je recommandes 100%

• Vandana (3/5): Poor wifi, ugly view, not impressed - The Japanese toilet was very good and comfortable. To be honest, one reason I booked the hotel was because of that. It was clean. The interior was average—not really great, but not bad either. Breakfast had Western options, but there weren’t many. Still, we managed well with noodles, potato wedges, and cakes. This hotel seems more suitable for business visits than family vacations. The view from our room was really ugly, so we had to keep the curtains closed all three days. We were expecting at least an average view that someone could enjoy after a long day of traveling, but it wasn’t like that, We also told the staff to change our room, but it looked like the rooms were fully booked. The Wi‑Fi was another nightmare—it's the slowest Wi‑Fi I’ve experienced. I don’t think it worked properly at all, and for all three days, it never really worked. The interior is also strange. On the name of ‘Western style,’ the design was very weird—for example, the shower looked like a circle. Honestly, my hair got wet even when I was washing my face, because the setup was awkward. Also, there isn’t much storage in the room, especially for families with a kid. So the room tends to look messy since there won’t be enough space to keep things organized. There should be a chair in the room. Right now there is only one sofa, and only one person can sit comfortably. There wasn’t proper seating for two people. It’s also kind of funny that the reception faces the back side of the enterence. I don’t know the idea behind it, but it looks very weird when you arrive at the hotel for the first time

• Jayne (10/5): - Rooms and service Although it waa easy to find the hotel.from.MTR station and was only approx 7mins walk. It is quite a distance travel into central of ShenZhen where you really want to be special if it's your first time visiting. Other than that it was a great hotel!
• Michael.91 (10/5): Modern comfort and good service - After a grueling long-haul flight, the staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed us a very early check-in, which we appreciated immensely. The hotel itself is sleek and contemporary. We were impressed by the modern, well-designed rooms and found the on-site self-service laundry to be a huge convenience for long-term travelers. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety and was a high point of our mornings. While the hotel is excellent, the location is a bit tucked away; it’s a comfortable home base, but be prepared for a bit of a commute if you are looking to do heavy sightseeing in the city center. Overall, a high-quality stay with fantastic amenities!
• daniel (10/5): modern hotel in a glass tower - It is a relatively new and modern hotel, located next to a spectacular glass skyscraper. The rooms are spacious and feature large floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views of the city. The upper floors provide a wide range of amenities, including relaxation areas, laundry facilities, and a gym. The breakfast is simply gorgeous, among the best I have experienced in a long time. I truly missed it after returning home! About the location: Shenzhen is a large, modern city characterized by wide avenues designed for vehicular traffic. You can't find a "traditional" urban center suitable for strolling, shopping, and dining; however, this is not a fault of the hotel.

• Lim (7/5): - I like their Xiaojun smart assistant. The room looks quite clean, but I would still recommend using disposable towels for better hygiene. The hotel is a bit far from the metro station, and several taxi drivers had trouble locating it. On my last day, I asked the hotel to arrange a taxi for me, but it was quite expensive — the ride to the airport via the highway cost RMB 110.

• DAVI RODRIGO (9/5): Excelente opção em Shenzhen - Hotel bem localizado junto a um centro financeiro, com conveniência, fast-food e restaurantes integrados ao edifício. Estação de metrô XinAn Park bem próxima. Shopping HaiYa Mega Mall bem próximo. Café da manhã muito bom com culinária oriental e ocidental. Quarto confortável e bem equipado. Um pouco de dificuldade com o pessoal da recepção. A maioria só fala a língua nativa.

• Man Wai (9/5): Comfortable stay with modern amenities - It was a very pleasant stay at the Pagoda. Comfortable shower and bed, modern design and facilities. Breakfast was great and they also offered late snacks at 9pm on the 14th floor. The only issue was that the first room we were given stunk of string cigarette smell, but staff promptly swapped room for us.

• Quanxi (10/5): - 前台服务特别好，我带的武汉鸭脖子前台帮我放在冰箱冷藏，走时拿出来还提醒我尽快吃完，防止坏了，由于我头一晚比较晚到，晚上没有休息好，第二天睡到中午，前台还特批延长了我的退房时间，让我第二天白天得以休息。酒店早餐也丰盛，洗衣服务特别方便，还提供烘干机。酒店设计时尚，空间感不错。总之，下次还会再来酒店入住。 没有不满意

The room was smart, you could control eveything with a tablet. But the breakfast was the greatest - so much to choose from, fresh fruit, local cuisine - just the best. Auch die Zahnbürsten und Hotelschlappen waren hochwertiger, als an vielen anderen Orten. Ein Großteil des Empfangspersonals konnte kein Englisch, mit Übersetzungsapp ging das Nötigste, war dadurch aber eingeschränkt. Die Zimmer sind super gemütlich, man muss nur wissen, dass sie nicht riesig sind und das Gepäck etwas im Weg rumliegt.

The room was clean and quite functional with some storage space, kettle, basic disposable sanitary items such as toothbrushes,toothpaste, hair comb, shampoo, shower gel etc. Breakfast was included too, with a big variety of different dishes to choose from. To my surprise the hotel also had a rest room on the top floor that includes a gym, play room, study area, library and all of this with an amazing view. The stuff didn’t speak very good English but nonetheless they were doing everything to help and were very friendly. Overall a perfect stay with nothing to complain about at all.

• Marc / Quila (9/5): Excelente y moderno - El hotel es muy cómodo y moderno. Las habitaciones son perfectas y tienen todo lo necesario y más. El baño es muy cómodo y da gusto entrar ahí. Todo estaba muy limpio y tenía varias opciones de jabones, shampoo y acondicionador. El minibar es gratis, cosa rara en un hotel, y una cena básica también. El personal es amable en su justa medida, con buen nivel de inglés o con iniciativa para usar un traductor. El desayuno estuvo muy bien. Hay variedad oriental y occidental. El hotel también cuenta con lavadoras y áreas de entretenimiento. Es muy práctico que en la parte de abajo del hotel haya un starbucks y un 7eleven. La ubicación es correcta. Nos movimos en taxi todo el tiempo, así que no puedo decir si está cerca de estaciones y paradas de transporte público. Solo por decir algo, en la tele solo hay canales en chino.

• Svetlana (10/5): Шикарный номер - Отличный номер за эти деньги. Большие панорамные окна с видом на город, просторный номер, шикарные для сна кровати. Один из лучших отелей за эти деньги на маршруте от Шанхая до Шэньчжэня. Нет претензий.

Highlight war die Toilette. Eine elektronische Toilette mit Waschung, Sitzheizung usw. Also schon 5 Sterne würdig das Hotel. Frühstück im 14ten Stock. Toller Ausblick. Kann ich empfehlen das Hotel Hotelmitarbeiter sprechen kein Englisch nur Translator. Bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel sollte das schon Pflicht sein
