• Carolin (4/5): Gute Lage aber leider nicht sauber - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich gut! Gute Anbindung an S- und U-Bahn. Leider war die aunterkunft bei unserer Ankunft noch nicht gereinigt. Als wir dann am Abend/ in der Nacht zurück kamen, war zwar eine Reinigungskraft da, aber es war nicht sauber geputzt. Außerdem hatten wir das Apartment für 6 Personen gebucht, es wurden dann aber nur 2 Doppelbetten frisch angezogen. Somit mussten wir in der Nacht erneut auf eine Reinigungsdame warten, die uns dann eine weitere Bettwäsche vorbeibrachte. Der Staubsauger in der Unterkunft ging nicht, daher war der Boden nirgends sauber.

• Sophie (9/5): Great stay - Would recommend. Great clean appartement. Staff very helpfull, we asked for an early check in and even extended our stay. Location is a bit further from the center but it's quiet and a safe neighborhood, with public transport nearby. /
• sharalyn (5/5): ridiculous not recommended - looks like clean on the website but its dirty inside. all the kitchen utensils are dirty, even the bed smells smoke. the shower was also broken. the dishwasher doesn't work also book for 5 person around 75€ per head for 2 nights and wanted me to pay also 70€ for a small dog???? ridiculous not recommended

• Diana (7/5): Good - Nice appartment. The upper bed in the bedroom is very difficult to access. The stair is very unconfortable We had a problem with the shower, wich is not working and nobody fixed it during our stay

The clean linen was not on the beds, it was stored in the closet, unfortunately it was not enough for each individual bed and some had to sleep without bedding. There were also no trash bags for the trash can.
