Всё есть необходимое для проживания. Находятся в тихом районе . Много зелени и что хорошо недалеко от цента. В шаговой доступности, остановка. Есть собственное кафе. В 5 минутах ходьбы супермаркеты, кафе. Персонал очень приветливый идут на уступки и любые просьбы. Это очень приятно. Всё отлично

• Robert (10/5): - Ubytování naprosto perfektní, čisté, lokalita klidná a vnitřní prostory byly s nádechem luxusu za velmi příznivou cenu. Pokud se vypravíme příště, určitě rádi zavítáme 🙂 Oceňuji i možnost nabíjení vozu, které jsem tedy zde na Bookingu v popisu neviděl,ale měl jsem informace z EvMapy, takže to jen příjemně překvapilo. Všichni byli z pobytu nadšení a tak můžu vřele doporučit 🙂 Nevím o ničem 🙂

The apartments are modern, beautifully designed, and very thoughtfully put together — you can really feel the care and attention in every detail. We especially loved the eco-friendly touches: waste sorting, the use of rainwater for flushing, and the option to charge an electric car — such a thoughtful and forward-thinking approach. Everything felt comfortable and easy from the moment we arrived. It’s one of those places where you instantly feel at home. We would happily recommend it and would love to come back again ☺️

• Markus (10/5): Sehr schöne und große Ferienwohnung mit Parkplatz und Badewanne. - Wir waren in Apartment V2. Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation waren wirklich super. Sehr lieb und zuvorkommend! Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und sehr geräumig. Tolle Möbel, eine tolle Küche und 2 separate Schlafzimmer mit sehr gemütlichen großen Betten. Das Badezimmer hat eine tolle Beleuchtung und eine sehr schöne große Badewanne mit Beleuchtung und einer Whirlpool-Funktion. Der Parkplatz war abgeschlossen und überdacht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder <3.

Personál na recepci úplně úžasný, milý a vstřícný. Určitě ještě do budoucna ubytování využijeme. Fotografie ubytování odpovídají reálu. Není nic, co bych vytkla.

• Stephan (10/5): Alles in allen wunderschön und würden wir so wieder buchen. - Sauber, gute Kommunikation, Zentrumsnah aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Alles grundsätzliche vorhanden was man benötigt. Babybett, Babystuhl und auch Babybadewanne war vorhanden. 2 Schlafzimmer waren perfekt für 3 Erwachsene und ein Baby. Kostenfreier überdachter Parkplatz inklusive. Hätten uns noch einen größeren Topf gewünscht, waren leider nur 2 kleine vorhanden. Das Bad ist wunderschön und die Badewanne auch. Leider ist hier duschen fast unmöglich ohne das halbe Bad zu schwemmen, es gibt keinen Duschvorhang oder Abtrennung.

• Lucie (10/5): Útulné a nadstandardní ubytování v blízkosti centra s velmi milou paní majitelkou. - Nádherné čisté a klidné ubytování blízko centra, velmi ochotná paní majitelka. Jediné, co bylo lehce rušivé byla hlučná lednice a rekuperace včetně ovládacího panelu, který svítil po celou noc. Ale možná se mi jen nepodařilo vypnout a chyba byla na mé straně. Každopádně se jednalo o drobnost, vše ostatní perfektní.

• Klárová (10/5): - Vše bylo naprosto dokonalé. Velmi vstřícné jednání majitelů, umístění apartmánu a uvnitř prostě boží. Při další cestě do Liberce se sem určitě vrátíme. Maximálně doporučuji. Ubytování vhodné pro rodinu. V létě to musí být také bomba, je zde malé dětské hřiště a velká zahrada. Poblíž je kavárna Café Terasy, kde podávájí úžasné snídaně a jde zde opět velmi milý personál. No a parkování ve dvoře pod přístřeškem je taky veliké plus! Nemám absolutně co vytknout.

• Vlasta (9/5): Byli jsme ubytováni tři noci, určitě doporučujeme. - Krajané vybaveni, moc se nám líbila koupelna. Všechno nové, čisté, nic podstatného nechybělo. Zároveň výborná, klidná lokalita v docházkové vzdálenosti od centra, blízko i obchody. Bezproblémový check in i parkování ve dvoře za plotem. Příliš měkká matrace a hlučná ventilace (rekuperace). Při příjezdu bylo v myčce použité neumyté nádobí.

• Klára (10/5): - Byl to pro nás naprosto skvělý zážitek. Apartmán byl luxusní, čistý, plné vybaveny vším, co jsme jako rodina potřebovali. Líbilo se nám jednoduché online check in a lokalita byla výborná, protože jsme pěšky došli do města velmi snadno. Paní majitelka milá, hned jsme vyřešili nepříjemnou situaci, která nám nastala s požárním čidlem. Velice děkujeme a snad se brzy vrátíme🙂

• Nor Yati Binti (10/5): - Everything. So sparkling clean apartment. The bath tub really love it, just soaked in after a long hike . Can't ask more. The downside only if you want to take a shower, you gonna splash water everywhere because they have no curtains/ wall in the bath. Nothing.
• Jan (8/5): Fast nichts auszusetzen - Offensichtlich neues, modernes Gebäude. Zugang erfolgt über PIN-Code, welcher jedoch über eine andere App bezogen werden muß. Die Anleitung erhält man vom Anbieter per Mail. Sauberkeit war top. Der Code öffnet auch die Einfahrt zu den ausreichenden überdachten Parkplätzen. Die Dusche war zu heiß, Regler für Temperatur war nahezu funktionslos. Leider hat die Unterkunft kaum Möglichkeiten zum Lüften (lediglich Tür zur Terasse + Fenster im kleinsten Raum). Die fensterlosen Toiletten/Bad könnten eine bessere oder funktionierende Belüftung vertragen.

• KenamorP (8/5): - We had a great stay in this apartment in Liberec, which is perfectly located for exploring the area. The house itself is beautifully designed with a modern and luxurious feel. The apartment was excellent, and the whirlpool was a fantastic feature. However, there were a few things to note. The second bedroom is created from the living room, which leaves no common area for relaxing in the evenings. While the equipment and design were top-notch, potential guests should be aware that the beds are very firm, which might not be comfortable for everyone. On our check-out day, we were kindly but repeatedly asked to leave as soon as possible due to the whirlpool service technician needing to get to a family event. This was a bit stressful and did detract from what was otherwise a good stay. Overall, the location and the apartment's design are great, but for our next trip, we may look for a different accommodation that better suits our needs.

• Barbara (10/5): - Äußerst geschmackvolle und durchdachte Einrichtung, die funktionell und hochwertig ist. An alles ist gedacht. Es sind sogar schon Getränke eingekühlt. Lage zentral und dennoch ruhig. Dass wir wieder abreisen mussten.

• Barbara (10/5): - Zatrzymaliśmy się w drodze do Polski. Przestronny apartament, nowocześnie urządzony, klimatyzowany. Bielutkie, puszyste ręczniki. Sklep czynny w niedzielę na przeciwko. W nocy cichutko i spokojnie. Parking z prawdziwego zdarzenia . Bardzo głęboka wanna bez przesłony. Trudno wziąć szybki prysznic nie zalewając łazienki. Oferta bezzwrotną. Po opłaceniu okazuje się, że trzeba wpłacić jeszcze kaucję oraz podać dane do meldunku: min.numer dowodu osobistego i datę urodzenia. Bez tego nie otrzymasz kodu do wejścia.

• Dor (9/5): Modern, spotless apartment in the heart of Liberec - Outstanding, brand-new apartment, spotless and very convenient. We stayed in a duplex apartment fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and a comfortable stay. The shower was excellent, and the whole place was perfectly clean and well maintained. We stayed for a full week, and for such a long stay we would have expected some cleaning service - or at least a broom so we could sweep ourselves. The lack of air conditioning was noticeable during August, and since there were no bug nets on the windows, it wasn’t possible to open them for ventilation.

• Maria (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was very nice, clean and the location was in a great area with many activities and restaurants just a short walk away. The apartment itself had everything you'd hope for in a five star hotel! We felt very much at home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. We were happy with everything overall, but the apartment was missing a comfortable space to relax and chat after a long day. Our only options were the kitchen table or the bed, as unfortunately there was no couch.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Amazing! - WoW! Apartment V5 is so swanky and beautiful! It is 2 stories with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms. There is a private terrace with a table and chairs where we sat in the evening and again in the morning to have coffee. Other people are able to use the adjoining yard, but we had it to ourselves. There are several dinner and breakfast places within a few minutes walk. The welcome book had all the information we needed in order to be comfortable. Parking is gated and covered.
• DAVID (10/5): נהנינו מאוד. ממליץ!! - שירות הצוות אדיב מאוד וזמין!! מקום גדול, חדש, מטבח מאובזר, מיקום טוב. יש חניה סגורה לרכב. גינה נחמדה לילדים לשחק. היינו כאשר היה מזג אוויר נעים ולכן לא היה צריך מזגן.
• Lenka (10/5): Pokud bych jela do Liberce, určitě znova zvolím toto ubytování. - Ubytování naprosto dokonalé, vše čisté, moderní, funkční. Výborně vybavená kuchyň. Pro rodiny s dětmi velmi doporučuji- dvě zcela samostatné ložnice. Přístup na kód fungoval bez problémů. Nemám co vytknout.
• Geoffrey (10/5): Exceptional - Very beautiful apartment, the wood the glass and the terrace. Everything is design and neat
• Zoo-zanka (10/5): Great place for shorter and longer stay. - The apartment is comfortable and spacious - two huge bedrooms and a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. A lot of storage space in every room. Clean, fluffy towels, a full set of toiletries in the bathroom. Roofed parking on the premises is great during a hot summer. The location is great - 10 minutes on foot to the city center and 3 minutes by car. Beautiful views of the city. I love it and I will stay again.
