- Jessica (7/5): - Se pueden llevar mascotas. El desayuno es completo. La vista de la terraza (último piso) era buena, sin embargo estaba sucia. Su gato saltaba sobre nuestra mesa al comer o encima nuestro. En primera instancia, escogimos este alojamiento porque dice que TIENE estacionamiento y se debe reservar, sin embargo NO es así. El auto se deja afuera, en la calle, expuesto a la imprudencia de los otros conductores. Además de quedar en curva y en subida. Hay que subir muchas escaleras para llegar al departamento, lo que no ayuda si vas con bolsos pesados y/o muchas cosas. La instalación es oscura lo que complica aun mas, subir de noche. Cada vez que entrábamos al depto debíamos encender la luz y mantenerla así. No hay luz natural, salvo en la habitación que tiene un pequeño tragaluz (y a la cual también hay que subir). No tiene ventanas ni ventilación. La ducha teléfono estaba tan alta que el agua traspasaba las cortinas, por lo que al ducharse lo tenías que hacer con una sola mano y con la otra sostener la ducha teléfono. No hay televisión ni artículos de aseo como escoba y pala. Tampoco un basurero para dejar los desechos. Tuve que sacar una escoba de otro piso para barrer durante mi estadía. Somos personas muy responsables, por lo que dentro de las posibilidades que nos ofreció este "Apart Hotel" dejamos todos nuestros desechos en bolsas sobre el basurero de la cocina. Comprenderán que al no haber ventilación, es IMPOSIBLE ventilar por lo que el olor a basura se acumula. Definitivamente no es apto para personas con alguna discapacidad física. Y en este preciso momento, me está contactando y escribiendo por WhatsApp, 4 días después, con insultos y malos tratos, por dejar una mala calificación.

- Andrés (10/5): Extraordinaria estadía - Con mi esposa estuvimos 3 días y tuvimos una maravillosa experiencia. Freddy es un gran anfitrión, siempre atento y preocupado. Una persona muy humana. El lugar es muy cálido, está cercano a cerro alegre y zonas turísticas. Tiene una hermosa vista hacia el puerto y el mar. Los desayunos son muy ricos, y contundentes. La habitación es amplia, camas cómodas, todo muy limpio. La cocina equipada y en excelente estado. Recomendamos visitar Jagui Haus!! 100% recomendado para ir sólo, en pareja o en familia. A acomodação tem um terraço, onde vc pode tomar o seu café da manhã olhando uma vista deslumbrante. Os quartos são amplos e de muito bom gosto. De ter que ir embora
- David (10/5): A gem of a property above Valpariso's trendy hills, with great views and warm customer service. - We booked this apartment at very short notice after we had been let down by a late cancellation from a different property. Freddy went out of his way to ensure we were well looked after and made welcome on arrival. He was very supportive with local knowledge and attending to any needs we had for assistance. Breakfast was excellent every day. The WiFi was fast. The location was brilliant, for both the views over the city, and easy access to the colourful streets of Valpariso's hills.
