• Ninette (9/5): - La vistas vistas desde el departamento y las terrazas eran increíbles, muy limpio el departamento y siempre hubo comunicación muy clara con la administración. Los únicos inconvenientes fueron que no servían los calentadores que estaban y se sentía algo frío el departamento. Y la mala atención y actitud del chico que está por las tardes en el área de piscina. Desde que llegamos nos volteo a ver con una mirada de desprecio, y cuando nos dirigimos con él. En lugar de explicarnos con claridad la forma de reservar sólo nos negó el acceso y nisiquiera dejaba de ver su teléfono, hablaba sin mirarnos a los ojos. Es algo que no está en manos de los administradores del departamento. Pero si seria importante que lo comenten con la administración
• Luis Enrique (9/5): Reviviendo el centro de Bogotá - En general todo muy bien. La luz de la cocina está fallando, a una solicitud que hice me contestaron de manera positiva pero demasiado tarde.
• MARIA CLARA (10/5): - Un lugar acogedor, cómodo y bien dotado No es mayor cosa pero es un poco confuso entender la llegada y moverse dentro del edificio ya que tiene dos torres
• Gordon (5/5): Stay was okay. Apartment could be better. - Location is good, close to National Museum. Apartment was functional, following an IKEA style decor. Street noise was strong. Reception was a bit off-hand. There were a number of items that needed repair, such as curtain rods beginning to come loose. Kitchen implements were sparse, and there was no toaster. A guest manual with instructions for the stove and the washing machine, as well as suggestions for the immediate area sights and restaurants would have been helpful. Although specifically requested, no receipt was provided. A note to all apartment providers: DO NOT use scented detergents and fabric softeners as guests could be sensitive.

• GERMAN (6/5): Estancia mejorable - La ubicación y las vistas. Era la segunda oportunidad que teníamos de visitar este lugar. Aunque la mayoría de servicios fueron buenos, algunos otros como calefactores, lavadoras/secadoras, provisión de papel higiénico, enchufes, y otros, no fueron atendidos ni fueron suficientes a pesar de haber solicitado su mejora. La persona encargada de las comunicaciones tampoco fue diligente con algunas solicitudes.

• Michael (9/5): Beautiful Hidden Gem - Incredible view well thought out and secure with all the items needed for cooking and relaxing. Can get quite cold and once while heater not working. Location and checking can be a little difficult and confusing especially if you're not a spanish speaker

• Daniel (10/5): Excellent accommodation to visit Medellin - The apartment is amazing, with two rooms with private bathroom. The living room and the kitchen are very spacious. All amenities are available if you want to cook. You have also a fantastic washing machine. The internet was working properly. Anny was very helpful with everything. There is a marvellous swimming pool and fitness at the 25th floor. Nothing everything was great. I can not complain about anything.

• Honest (10/5): Exceptional - The location is safe and perfectly, placed right next to the national museum and within walking distance to some very nice restaurants ranging from 110+mil(2 people) to cheaper meals around 22mil(2 people). The swimming pool is heated and the jacuzzi was relaxing. EVERYTHING WAS EXACTLY WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meal on the final night. It's worth the money and I will stay again, when I need to unwind and relax. It was all good.
