- Ludmila (1/5): Never more!!! - Safe area, it was possible to park in front of the house, relatively close (a 20-minute walk) to the center of Avilés. The worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. The apartment was almost entirely damp and moldy (according to the owner, it was “just dirt”). One bedroom could not be used at all because of the mold, the non-functioning heating, and the smell of mold. The kitchen was also full of mold (and there is no heating there either). The bathroom also had mold (according to the owner, this is normal because that is how the material used in the bathroom “behaves”). The microwave lights up and the plate rotates, but it does not heat food. There were ants in the kitchen even when all food was put away (according to the owner, this is also normal).

- Jennifer (10/5): Clean, convenient, very good value for money - Washing machine and own kitchen are definite bonuses. There is enough room in this apartment for three adults. Right around the corner is a huge supermarket, and it only took about 20 minutes by foot to reach the city center. There is also a bus right around the corner that comes every 15 minutes. The Smart Home app for the door lock doesn't work. But the hosts provided me with their WhatsApp so that when I couldn't get in, they unlocked it for me remotely and then I used the actual keys to open the door for the rest of my stay.
