• paloma (5/5): Buena ubicación pero le falta más te mantenimiento - La ubicación genial, es bastante amplio y luminoso El apartamento debió de ser bonito en su día, pero actualmente le falta bastante mantenimiento. Tiene humedades y en los baños hay un olor desagradable, mezcla de humedad y tuberías. Con algunas mejoras podría estar mucho mejor.
• Giacomo (7/5): - Posizione molto vicina al centro. Completa di ogni cosa e il condizionatore funzionava alla perfezione. Segnalo la mancanza del supporto per la doccia e un problema di fuoriuscita d'acqua dal piatto doccia che infradicia il tappeto. Sono piccoli difetti che, se risolti, renderebbero il soggiorno molto più confortevole.
• SUSANA (6/5): Fin de semana por Sevilla - La ubicación muy bien, no estás en el centro, pero tampoco estás lejos de él, esto te permite tener un mejor descanso cuando vuelves de todas las caminatas ya que el alojamiento está en una calle poco transitada (o al menos cuando fuimos nosotros). Por poner una pega, el sistema de luces, cuando te vas a acostar, si apagas las luces del salón, tienes que subir las escaleras a oscuras, pero esto es irrelevante ya que la puerta al tener una ventana a la calle por ella refleja la luz de la farola, así que tampoco estas a oscuras del todo.
• Gemma (7/5): Buen sitio - La ubicación y que es bastante completo. La cama es cómoda. Daba aspecto de descuidado, el baño de abajo estaba algo sucio.

• Rupy (8/5): Ottimo, con qualche accortezza in più sarebbe eccellente - È un appartamento dotato di ogni comfort e sicuramente vicinissimo alla Cattedrale, alla fortezza e a tutto il casco Antiguo Check out veloce e rapido Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli vicino alla Struttura Opterei per qualche asciugamano in più e qualche pentola e stoviglie in più Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema Con la lavastoviglie che non si è risolto
• Anja (7/5): - Spacious place. The host was very kind, and the location is ok. The apartment is well equipped and functional. The furniture is quite dated, and the main bathroom is in bad condition and would benefit from some refreshing.

• Paulina (10/5): Great flat, great location - An awesome flat - it has just about everything anyone could want and it's in a great area, a stone's throw from supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and walking distance to the old town and river precinct. The only thing that the flat didn't have was a big pot to cook pasta in. But I'm nitpicking here.
• Billie (9/5): - Accomadation was very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, great use of space with the Mezzanine floor. No blanket available for the bed, i feel the cold at night time, so sent a message to request a blanket as only had a sheet, but was advised not supplied during the warmer months. Was told that i could put the air con onto heat, but my partner was warm so this was not an option.

• Hannah (7/5): Has everything you need - Apartment had everything well setup. On ground floor so no stairs for suitcases, only to go upstairs to bed. Washing machine and dishwasher were great. Comfortable bed and apartment nice a big, could easily fit a family. Cleanness of shower let the place down. An extraction fan should help prevent mould in room and limit rust on steel work frame.

• Stoicescu (9/5): Superb - The location is great, easy to acces and the comunication with the owner is perfect. The entrance is directly from outside and the sound prouf is 0, but is a quiet street. You have everithyng you need in flat, be carefoul if you have mobility problems because the stairs are very narrow. The cleaning is in a spanish way, a little bug here and there, but you have bugspray there and a lot of cleaning products. During our stay there were no problems.
