• Timo (3/5): Lage top, Unterkunft flop - nie wieder. - die Lage Die Unterkunft wurde nicht gereinigt, als wir ankamen war alles dreckig. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche war noch von den vorherigen Besuchern. Erst auf Anfrage wurde überhaupt gereinigt. Es war sehr laut durch Lärm in Haus (bis ca 24:00 Uhr). Die Wohnung kann nicht verdunkelt werden, da die Vorhänge zu lichtdurchlässig sind. Kaputte Möbel (zersplitterter Glastisch, dadurch hohe Verletzungsgefahr).

• Vittorio (1/5): - La struttura non corrisponde alle foto pubblicate. Il letto è estremamente scomodo: molto alto e con un materasso quasi inesistente. L’appartamento era pieno di polvere, con porte mancanti e in alcune stanze sostituite da tende usurate e sporche. La situazione era talmente negativa che siamo stati costretti ad andare via. Inoltre, molte luci avevano le lampadine mancanti e, nel bagno, al posto della luce sopra lo specchio c’erano dei cavi elettrici scoperti che uscivano dal muro. Esperienza decisamente negativa.

• Gökhan Serdar (7/5): price-performance home - Modern and well-decorated. The location is near the tram and metro. You can walk to the city center in 15-20 minutes. Fast and easy check in 👏🏻 There was a capsule coffee machine, but the capsules left for us to use weren't compatible with it. The only problem I overlooked was that the bathroom didn't have a door, only a curtain instead.

• Pia (7/5): Tolle Lage, fröhlich eingerichtete Wohnung, aber leider zu wenig sauber. - Es mangelt in der Wohnung an Sauberkeit. Die Tierhaare auf den Teppichen waren für mich grenzwertig! Chromstahlflächen in der Küchenzeile waren verschmutzt. Sofa war kaputt. Staubige Lampen. Warum gibt es 2 Kühlschränke aber nur einer funktioniert, dann gehört der andere abtransportiert.

• Ai (6/5): excellent location - The host was very kind and stayed in close contact, which made me feel secure. The location is excellent, with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés within walking distance, and even the city center is easily reachable on foot. The room was kept clean, and although there is some slight wear, it was generally as shown in the photos. The kitchen allows for simple cooking, though there is no microwave. However, the apartment doesn’t get much sunlight, so it tends to be rather dark even during the day, and the neighboring windows are somewhat close. As other reviewers have also mentioned, the toilet and shower room have only curtains instead of doors, so it may not be suitable for more than one person. The owner seemed unaware, but the sofa was broken (the base had collapsed) and unusable; I informed them of this. (As of August 2025) This is unrelated to the owner, but there was a neighbor who played loud music, both during the day and at night, even if not for long periods. I had to use earplugs during my stay.

• Rocco Luca (9/5): Very close to the center in an excellent quiet position in Vienna. The host helped for any detail - Despite some adjustments needed, when I asked for help, Stephan, the Manager, was great and helped in any way possible.

• Elina (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very cozy, fully equipped with everything you need. The self check-in makes it a perfect place for late night / early morning check-in (all instructions are clear and precise). The location is great: close to the center, and the neighborhood feels very safe. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The beautiful couch has seen its better days, unfortunately. It also seemed like the apartment wasn't properly cleaned between guests, judging by the dust and webs here and there and a collection of rubber leftowers from previous guest's romantic endeavors in the bathroom bin. But the bed was clean and the towels were fresh!

Stay was fine, but many things could've been better. - The hosts were responsive and helpful and it was very easy to get into the property on short notice as we booked the place no more than 30 minutes before checking in due to our previous booking being cancelled. The living room was nice and the bed was spacious enough for two. There was an ironing board and an iron which was useful. Our previous booking cancelled on us and Booking.com customer service found us this place as an alternative within 3-4 hours, so any complaints we have could be due to Booking.com pulling some strings and getting this place on short notice, but we do not know for sure. There are no doors between the kitchen and living room, but most importantly no doors to the bathroom, only curtains. The main issue with the apartment is the bathroom. A construction ladder was left next to the toilet. The shower door was broken and had a curtain installed instead. In the kitchen area, the stove did not turn off and we had to unplug it completely because the switch was broken. Most of the lightbulbs in the apartment did not work, however the host did kindly offer to replace them at our convenience (it's a nice gesture of course, but just like with the rest, these things should be fixed/done before inviting guests). The apartment looked unfinished, in the process of being renovated and in general a little dusty. Maybe the hosts put it up on booking too soon and after a while these things will be fixed (hopefully). It is a bit far from the metro on foot, but there are many busses and trams nearby. Many scooters all around as well. Despite all of the above, overall the apartment was fine, but it should be cheaper until these issues are fixed and the renovation is finished.
