• Rahel (10/5): Overall it was an excellent experience! Thank you very much for the accommodation ☺️ - Very clean and all the necessary facilities are available. It’s also really close to the main attraction like Dotonburi. The host also provided very clear instructions on how to check in, check out, and they even provided a very useful maps to get to the apartment from the train station. Everything was perfect!
• vincent (7/5): Le logement est bien mais je pense que l’hôte contrevient aux règles de fonctionnement de booking. - L’appartement est fonctionnel est relativement conforme aux photos. Nous pouvons tout de même déplorer le fait que des photos différentes soient par exemple données pour imager la salle de bain, ce qui nous a conduit à penser qu’il y en avait 2 alors qu’il n’y en avait qu’une. L’hôte nous a sollicité pour le paiement de la taxe de séjour hors du système booking. Il nous a demandé de la régler soit par un lien internet (mais non sécurisé par booking) soit de déposer l’argent dans une boîte aux lettres en demandant une photo démontrant l’action. Comment une photo peut-elle démontrer que l’on verse l’argent dans la boîte ? Et surtout il faut adresser la photo… à nouveau par un mail hors booking. Je pense que cela contrevient aux conditions de fonctionnement du site.

Living room and kitchen being compacted in one confined space. Probably quite standard for Osaka. Slightly tight for 4 people, but for short stays it’s manageable.

It was nice that the restroom was separated from the washroom. The room was very clean and I felt safe at the location. The location was very convenient to Dotonbori and easy to walk to tourist locations. The room with the 2 pullout beds was cold, but there was a heater unit that helped. There were only washers and no dryer.

The location was also really close by to Dotonbori, making it very convenient for us to walk back and forth to. We also really enjoyed the living space as it was super roomy which is hard to find in the Osaka area. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

• Abraham (9/5): The property was an excellent option. The 2 biggest pros are the customer service and cleanliness. - The customer service was excellent. They were very responsive and helpful. All communication was clear and prompt. The location was great. Close to 2 train stations and plenty of convenient stores & restaurants. When we checked in the property was exceptionally clean. The cleaner also perform minor cleaning every 3 days and provides replacement towels. I would love to give it a 10 but I reckon there are a couple of things that can still be improved. First, the beds were quite hard. They were not hurting hard but hard enough that our kids needed 3-4 days to adapt so there were some restless nights in the beginning. Another is an opportunity to improve: it would be great if the property has a cloth dryer. We wash our clothes often and we hang them in one of the bedroom (with provided hangers). They usually dry enough after a whole day (approx 12 hours) but it would be great if there’s a dryer (note that we stayed during winter).

Huoneiston koko ja puitteet yllättivät. Majoitus ei asialle voinut mitään, mutta viereisessä talossa tehtiin rakennustöitä joka päivä heti aamusta. Itseäni se ei häirinnyt mutta muita majoittuja kyllä.

• Mary (10/5): Overall, I would highly recommend this property. We really had a convenient and comfortable stay. - The location of the property is very convenient. Short walk to Namba and Dotonbori area but if you want to get away from the business tourists area the property is on a quiet street. It is also close to grocery shops for your immediate needs. I also like the fact that it has a washing machine in the unit. The beds and pillows are not comfortable for western standards.

• Hoshang (9/5): Comfortable stay in Osaka, good location and clean modern space! - Superb apartment in a modern building and well equipped with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station, great fresh produce supermarket round the corner. Spacious two bedrooms, apartment was neat clean and comfortable (beds were harder than usual incl the pillows but honestly didn't bother us so much). Super responsive host, available on WhatsApp and all other platforms for any clarification or issues. Shin Osaka Station is about 30 mins away, but Dotonbori and many other sights are within a comfortable walking distance. Building is new, safe and in a relatively quiet space away from the crowds. Highly recommend! Having a metro within a few minutes walking distance in Osaka would have been great. Also having some tea, coffee and supplies to get us started would be great. Overall very minor points.

Combini's are close by & the hidden gem is the supermarket in the next street. Close to good metro stations to get around. Great washing machine & hanging space in the main room. A second toilet would have elevated this apartment to a 10/10. Great value & would recommend.

• Ruby (9/5): Nice place to stay if one does not mind the walk to it - The unit was clean and a good size for a family of 4 though the space for 4 suitcases to be kept open is limited (as expected for a place in Japan). The host was responsive and helpful when we contacted them. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. The washer could come with a drying function. It would help to save time, space and efforts in hanging up wet clothes as space is already pretty limited. The beds were a bit soft and dipped in the centre. The place is a bit far out and takes quite a walk (15 to 20 mins) to Dontonburi and Shinsaibashi.
