- Omar (9/5): Overall, it’s a comfortable and clean hotel with excellent staff, and I would stay there again. - The hotel is new, modern, and very clean. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. One of the biggest advantages is the large parking area, which makes parking easy and convenient. The location is also good for accessing north Riyadh and nearby business areas. A few things could be improved. There is no valet parking and no luggage handling service, which may matter for guests with heavy bags or families. Also, the surrounding area is currently quite dusty because of the many construction sites nearby.

- UM KULTHOOM (9/5): - It was convenient and clean They have a visa card machine problem because i was not able to pay by my card even though my card worked every where else i went in Riyadh. Also when i ordered room service multiple times the card did not work for them and they would normally not accept an order unless there is credit in the room bill which cannot happen because my visa card isn't accepted by them anyways. Also when i asked they told me there is no atm anywhere close by so i had to deal with cash for multiple room services which was not convenient because nobody uses cash these days. I recommend they check the card reader issue for convevience of travelers.

The room service was exceptional, quick, efficient, and of very high quality. My room itself was spotless, comfortable, and wellbmaintained, making it a perfect place to relax. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast, which was truly 10/10 with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel’s location is also a major advantage, making it very convenient to travel in and out of the city with ease. Overall, everything from check-in to check-out was seamless and well managed. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to others. I genuinely have nothing negative to mention; everything was simply fabulous.
