pascale (6/5): It’s not bad if u are looking for a convenient space or location for a family, however it’s not as good as it looks in p - The location is very convenient and the living room is vast and u don’t hear noise even though its in a crowded area and the location is very convenient. I don’t think this falls under a 4 star, this is more like 3. The neighborhood is shady, the entrance smells of AC, the living room had a broken sofa, the bathroom is old, the bed was very stiff and the kitchen supplies were not clean at all.

ilona (10/5): Великолепно - Супер расположение, все что описывали в отзывах все верно! Рядом магазин, 5 секунд дойти. Расположение для прогулок с ребенком идеально, тихая улица. Света действительно маловато
Darya (6/5): - Месторасположение Абсолютно небрежное отношение персонала, начиная с того что кроватка для ребенка не была подготовленна к моменту заселения, не могли вернуть сдачу 3 дня, мансардные окна заклеены мусорными мешками, шторы оторваны, «подвесной унитаз» стоит на какой-то трубе непонятной.. уборка была один раз за 4 дня.. , она у них якобы до 16 часов, а мы с годовалым ребенком возвращались на обеденный сон в 14 и они никак не могли к этому времени у нас убрать, хотя мы просили.. у кондиционера дебильная система, охлаждение можно включить только около 15 часов, до этого времени можно только на обогрев! А на мансарде к обеду уже дышать нечем! и все это в самом дорогом люксе отеля.. Месторасположение правда очень хорошее.

Hanno organizzato interamente anche in una giornata di pioggia la visita all'acquario con transfert. Negozio di alimentari proprio davanti all'hotel. Un mix di albergo e appartamento perfetto soprattutto per famiglie con bambini. Terrazzino stupendo con vista. Comodo il bollitore. Unica piccola pecca la cucina un pò poco attrezzata (1 pentola, 1 padella e uno scolapiatti), non c'è nemmeno l'apribottiglie, però abbiamo comunque potuto cucinare la sera un piattino di pasta per le bambine e fare le colazioni.

Rafaella (7/5): Tolle Lage, aber nicht unbedingt hoher Komfort - Tolle Lage, aber unser Hotelzimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem war unser Zimmer wirklich sauber. Die Fotos passen nicht wirklich zur Realität. Offenbar wurden in der Zwischenzeit Renovierungsarbeiten gemacht, und es gab ein Loch in der Wand im Badezimmer. Außerdem hatte man im Bad nicht wirklich eine Ablagefläche, ein kleines Regal wäre toll gewesen. Das gab es nur über der Toilette oder unter dem Waschschrank. Der Wasserhahn war eine Fehlkonstruktion: man konnte sich nicht die Hände waschen, ohne dass das Wasser an den Seiten herunterlief.

Khedi (10/5): Очень довольны! Спасибо🌺 - Очень понравился отель/апартаменты. Чисто, уютно! Каждый день уборка, замена полотенцев, есть одноразовые тапочки, сейф. Расположение очень удачное, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. В двух минутах остановка - можно доехать до любого ТЦ ( Zorlu,nisantasi , джевахир и тд). В двух шагах есть продуктовый магазин, купить все для завтрака и не только можно там. В апартаментах есть посуда для приготовления еды.

The location is convenient because it's close to the tram, metro, sightseeing locations, and to many baklava shops (the one nearby owners by a pair of ladies is the best one). Clean and spacious. Going uphill to get to the metro with our suitcases. On paper it's convenient but in reality it is not so convenient.
Abeer (3/5): اقامة مخيبة جدا - لاشي الصور مختلفة جدا عن الواقع طلبت غرفة سوبيريور واتفاجأ بغرفة ما اقدر اتحرك فيها قد ماكانت ضيقة عكس الصور كنا ثلاث اشخاص وذكرت ذلك بالحجز وتحدثت معاهم بخصوص ذلك ولكن للاسف كان مخيب جدا وايضا العاملين في الريسبشن غير متعاونين تحدثت معاهم عن ضيق الغرفة واختلافها عن الصور وحاول يقنعني ان الغرف جميعها مساحة واحدة مع العلم اني شفت الغرف المجاورة لغرفتي كانت اوسع بكثير للاسف اضطريت اخرج من الفندق في اليوم الثاني صباحا وغيرت الفندق ولم يحاولو حتى حل الموضوع مع العلم اني دفعت مبلغ الحجز كامل

Семенов (10/5): - Расположение очень удачное , быстро заселили , сначала поселили не в тот номер , не страшно успели только раздеться , но уже поймали себя на грусти )) Жили на первом этаж , большое окно, в стену( Кровать была не двухместная, при бронировании указывал - одну двухместную кровать, в итоге 2 одноместных соединили кровати В номере было безумно холодно, в течение дня проблему решили. Сам номер приятный , есть телевизор большой, чайник , не очень качественный фен(жена осталась недовольна) , вода нагревается 2-3 до горячей Относительно цена качества не могу ответить честно, так как редко останавливаюсь в отелях За 4 ночи отдали 300 Евро, считаю , что дорого, так как есть недочеты + номер выглядит хорошо, но очень много эстетических проблем) Думаю , что больше не остановлюсь здесь Номера высшего качества выглядят лучше и призентабильнее Указал все выше

Μιχάλης Σταματιάδης (9/5): Very pleasant stay. - Large (Deluxe suite) & modern rooms. Hotel very close to tram, and in a walking distance to Istiklal & Karakoy. Before our arrival, I asked if there was an espresso machine in our rooms (booked 2 deluxe suites) since there was a photo with one, and was told there is. When we arrived, there was an espresso machine in one of the rooms, not in both. I requested that they bring me one, and told me they would look into it. They never did. I think they would be more willing to help you if you would book a Hamam or a Bosphorus Cruise from them, something that we didn't do. The rooms are new (2-3 years old), but there is a lack of maintenance, it's a shame.
Mikhail (9/5): Хороший вариант по соотношению цена/качество с отличным месторасположение, отзывчивым персоналом и постоянной уборко - Большие апартаменты, располагаются в очень удобном месте. Рядом Гала порт, музей современного искусства, остановка трамвая Т1 Топхане. Пешком можно дойти до Истекляля, Галаты и метро Шишхане. Ежедневная уборка номера, чисто, есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи. Большое светлые апартаменты. Через дорогу находится магазин а101 с очень демократичными ценами. Апартаменты уже повидали виды, требуют ремонта. Окна плохо закрываются, ламинат уже весь заезжен, стены в некоторых местах с царапинами. В номере периодически пахло сигаретами (видимо тянет из соседних номеров). Если принимаешь душ, то вода постоянно выливается на пол (слив плохо работает). Вид из окна (4 этаж) на соседние здания и двор.

Vadzim (9/5): - Хорошее местоположение, совсем близко от остановки трамвая, напротив входа небольшой магазин. Кровати удобные, было очень тихо, совсем не слышно соседей. С учетом хорошей цены был отличный вариант для нескольких дней. Нет моющих средств для посуды, посуды могло бы быть побольше

Maslennikov (7/5): Decent clean hotel in a good neighborhood with minor to moderate comfort issues in certain rooms - The staff were friendly and the cleaning staff were very attentive. The location was pretty good, with a 12ish minute walk from each of galata tower and the main shopping street. The hotel was also less than a 5 min walk from the T1 metro making trips to the main touristy areas easy. The rooms themselves were not the most comfortable but it depends on the room. The 4 person room, which includes a fold out couch was the most uncomfortable as sound travels very easily between the roomsand the couch wasn’t the best. The worst part was that the room faced the outside, meaning that when the windows were open especially, you could hear people talking outside, which they did pretty late into the night on some days.

Lien (8/5): Great location, spacious and friendly staff. - Location was good as we were able to walk to the main sites, close to catch a tram or ferry when needed, spacious and friendly staff. Water didn’t drain as efficiently from the shower / kinda blocked but didn’t raise this as it didn’t bother us too much for a short stay.
