Mahmood (6/5): Overall satisfactory but smell from bathroom from room 332 was causing discomfort during our stay - Location was good, Staff was very good. Bath room were smelly causing discomfort in rooms. Breakfast was average and no eggs which is normal item was not avaiable. smelly bath room

Great choices for breakfast’s. Polite staff with gentleman that carry on your luggage. Well rated 4 stars really. Very convenient stay, till the surprise last day, that was strange… see below. It was possible to pay partially in USD and rest in local currency. I have not received a printed bill for staying. What would be not needed, unless … and the check out I was requested if I may cancel my reservation. I was not sure if I had provided in advance card details, so I preferred not to. And only hidden reason might justify that request. Which spoiled the full good impression. Then it appeared that hotel cancelled by themselves my booking (not true as I stayed and paid). So as experienced booking com user, I reported that. Even if I understanding reasons, that shall not be as that.

Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - ‏The hotel is great for young people and families. It's close to Nizami Bazaar, the Old City, and tourist attractions in general. You can walk to Nizami Bazaar, the Old City, and the Corniche, especially. ‏The staff is generally helpful, especially the receptionist Mr.Malik and the restaurant staff, Zeki, Nazim, and Fargana. ‏Overall, I recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Special thanks to Dilara at the reception – she was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is also perfectly located, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommended! What we didn’t like: unfortunately, it’s not possible for a taxi to stop right in front of the hotel, which made arrival and departure a bit less convenient. Also, our room had a disappointing view — just a wall of the neighboring building and some air conditioning units.

Lawrencehon (9/5): Superb - Staff is all smiles and cheerful, also problem solvers and always asking how is everything and making sure all is OK. Room had everything I needed -- ample water, fridge, robe / slippers, large bed, working AC, etc. Bathroom was a little small, but it was OK. Hotel has an issue accepting American credit cards, we tried several times and with different cards. Ultimately it worked by them sending me a payment link. Property is also situated in an inconvenient location that does not work as a pickup nor dropoff spot for Bolt (have to use an address around the corner, minor issue). Guests are not allowed as stated by the rules.

Alain (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, staff was VERY polite and friendly, willing to help and assist in any question. Would definitely come back if I visit Baku again. The room was nice and clean, view from balcony is good, location is perfect - close to station where the airport express arrives and just 15 mins walk from the center / sea. As many people here wrote in reviews: we would recommend to change a bit the setting of breakfast. It’s not convenient for guests to ask for coffee each time that is poured by personnel from pots, sometimes cold (better you just put coffee machines for guests self service). But it did not affect our stay, we enjoyed all.

Location is perfect near to attraction area and near by malls and 24 hr supermarket . Hotel is equipped with old furniture . Room size is quite small with very poor sound proof isolation . From your room you can hear any one talking or walking in corridors . It’s bad to level I was able to hear snoring of gusts in adjacent room all over night . If you are light sleeper like me this will not suit you . my stay was too short as solo traveler . not recommended for long stay neither for family stay .

Zeeshan (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was normal, the Azerbaijani people are very friendly, they helped with everything, the hotel staff was also very helpful and cheerful, we got along very well with the night shift workers, I had promised them to comment but I could only write now, Manager Rawan was a very funny person, he introduced everywhere, about Baku, and Hafis was very helpful, there were a few more people whose names I can't remember, I thank them all very much, they made our holiday beautiful I think the rooms could be a little bigger, some of the breakfast items could be changed, there are some isolated problems but when we look at the hotel in general, they deserve 9 or 10 points together with the workers.
Kristian (10/5): A cute hotel in the centre - When we entered the hotel, they gave us a room with a balcony in a superior category, then our room was changed to a lower category, the workers who welcomed us were friendly and smiling, mainly the night manager Rawan and Receptionist Hafiz. They told us about the jazz and class bars in the city and gave us information about the city. The night after we arrived at the hotel, the water in the hotel was cut off and we couldn't take a shower, I think it was our luck)) because they said it was a problem caused by the government.

Michael (10/5): Exceptional - This was our first visit to Baku, we were amazed by the culture of Baku, the city was very beautiful and clean, mainly the cultural monuments of the city have been preserved to this day. During our stay in Baku, our goal in choosing this hotel was that the location of the hotel is in the very center of the city, we went everywhere on foot, the railway museum, the carpet museum, the literature museum, the Baku National Library, all these places were very close, and the most famous street of the city, Nizami Street, was also a 10-12 minute walk away. We were satisfied with everything in the hotel. On the first day we arrived, we were greeted by the night manager Mr. Revan, he was very cheerful and friendly, he gave us information about the city and named a few restaurants, we went to which had very delicious food, I don't remember the name exactly now, but it was Feruza, Changes can be made in breakfast, coffee cups can be increased, diaper insulation problems, etc. but in general everything was normal.

Roi (10/5): Nice hotel with wonderfull location. - The best location in all Baku, all the necessary things is near by example : Bank for exchange to money , 28 mall 400 metres , another mall Aff mall is the near by , to buy Sim-card avaiabale place also near by the hotel, and Metro station from hotel to their 100 metres. About the supermarket hotel around have more supermarket to by somethings food. Hotel offers a wonderful experience that combines comfort and elegance. With its friendly staff, stylish design, and flawless service approach, it truly stands out. Especially thanks to the hospitality and professionalism of the manager, Mr. Revan, every detail is thoughtfully considered. It’s one of those rare places where you truly feel at home. Joy (8/5): Nice hotel, balcony views and near the main areas :) - Maestro Address is a nice hotel! We came earlier than planned and they had us wait at the dining area (and offered tea) while they prepare our room. Thanks for that! The size of the room was okay, we had a balcony so we were really happy! ^^ The location is amazing, near the mall and just below the building, there are nice stores and it's just a few minutes ride away from the main areas. Breakfast was okay but could be improved by alternating or adding different options. The staff were helpful, and if I'm coming back again to Baku, I can recommend this place to those on budget but wants a nice place to rest :) Soundproofing can be improved, we can hear our neighbors (or they were being very loud). They could what they can for the space but inspection of the room should be done, the chair there was almost gonna break and the lock for the balcony was not working. AZ is very safe but would still be good if it's okay. There was no place for the car to drop us in front, so use the side road for pick up point for Bolt :)

Mehmet (10/5): Dreamland Maestro Adress Hotel - The first thing I want to mention about the hotel is its location, it is close to everywhere, the most famous street of the city, Nizami Street, Eskişehir, the seaside, all of them are only 10 minutes walking distance, the level of cleanliness is perfect, we never found any dirt in the room, the breakfast was very delicious for us, there is a variety, although the hotel is a new hotel, it is like a brand that has been serving for years and everything is perfect, I would especially like to mention the night manager Mr. Revan, he welcomed and hosted us with a smile every evening, his Turkish is perfect, and his guest hosting skills are very good, he took care of us every evening without getting tired, in other words, with its good staff, cleanliness, location, this hotel deserves more than 10 points, I recommend it to everyone, thank you sir We liked everything

Ekaterina (10/5): Makeing me happy - I stayed at Maestro Address Hotel for 2 nights during my vacation in Baku. The location is excellent — it's within walking distance to the train station and Nizami Street, which made getting around the city very easy. At the front desk, I was warmly welcomed by a staff member named Hafiz, who quickly handled the check-in and gave me helpful tips about the city. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. There was a slight odor from the bathroom at times, but it wasn’t too disturbing. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. The Wi-Fi connection was also strong, which made my stay more convenient. At night, I had a few questions and spoke with Revan, the night manager. He was very helpful and always friendly. Since the hotel is in a central area, there was a bit of noise from outside, but overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. If I visit Baku again, I would definitely consider staying at Maestro Address Hotel I don't remember any problems, there were 1 or 2 small problems, the room is normal for a new hotel, I recommend it to everyone, the workers make everything perfect

Serafim (4/5): Management pushing to delete negative reviews - Location The hotel fell short of expectations - especially considering the price. For the rate they charge, I expected much more. The room was very cold and quite noisy, and one of the lamps couldn't be turned off, which was annoying at night. Breakfast was very disappointing for a 4-star hotel - very limited options. The most frustrating part was the payment situation. On the last day, the reception told us their card terminal wasn't working, so we had to go out and find an ATM. This took almost an hour, and I ended up paying extra due to multiple bank fees. Even with the cash discount they offered, I still overpaid compared to what I would have paid by card. I can provide screenshots to prove this. Another big issue is the staff. I even had to change my rating from 6 to 4 just because of the weird and inappropriate behaviour of the hotel staff and management. After my stay the reception guy was 5 minutes insistingly pushing me to put 10 in booking. I told him I cannot put 10 cause it’s unfair. So he tried pushing me even more. Also after I published the first review I got a WhatsApp message from the hotel manager asking me TO DELETE MY REVIEW!! Are you guys crazy?? Instead of taking feedback and working on improvements you just trying to shut me up. Disgusting

Revan, in particular, was very helpful. The room was a good size and provided an extra bed for our child. The entire hotel was spotless, and the breakfast was great.

Sofia (8/5): Very good - The location was pretty good. Just five minutes walking to Nizami Street and 15 minutes to the old town. Also, the staff was really kind and helpful. The sound isolation was very poor. We could listen to the discussions next door, the cars on the street, and anyone who walked in the corridor. Also, the restaurant was very cold, especially the last day that it was windy and snowy. Finally, the water in the shower was not consistently hot.
Ron (9/5): Extraordinary! - The staff are amazing, especially Elmira and Tural! They welcome you with warm energy and guides you according to your queries. Kudos to all the team! Keep it up and keep improving the services! Just need an extra mirror inside the room for you to prepare as only the mirror in the bathroom is being used all the time which cannot see your whole body or how you dressed up.

They gave us room with nice wiev and when we checked in manager Tural met us with flowers and with gifts. Murad another manager was very attentive to us and made our trip amazing . The staff is polite and took all our requests into account. Cleanliness, tranquility, and the grandeur of the hotel – these are the things I loved the most. The beds are large and comfortable. I want to say thank you for the hospitality and for taking care of us every day, always ready to help. I also want to highlight the beautifully designed restaurant on the third floor, where breakfast is served. In one word: MAGNIFICENT! All good
Sinéad (8/5): Great price, walking distance from everything. - Great price and value for money, location is good - it’s about a ten minute walk to all central locations. Staff were helpful and friendly always. A mirror should be added to bedrooms, on the back of the door or wall? I would recommend bigger duvets for your beds as they are very small and we found that they only reached the edge of the mattress. Please ensure to clean under bedside lockers/ tables as when searching for my earring I found old contact lenses, and lots of hair !!!

Rooms were very big and spacious with great natural light. Walls are thin, could hear everything our neighbour was doing and the outside noise can be heard.

Imelda (10/5): Exceptional - The manager and the staffs TURAL, ELNUR & IBAD were giving us a TOP NOTCH SERVICE. It amazed us the manager picked up our luggages from the parking area together with his staff and even his staffs were around, he made sure we were all taken care of. He was so nice, polite and respectful. Then ELNUR and IBAD who were on night duty went above and beyond to protect us from a taxi scammer. They defended us as their guest not to get bullied further by the driver. We paid in advanced for the taxi ride the next morning to the airport. We were surprised they were still there in the morning, even though their work shifts have ended, to make sure the taxi driver kept his promise which he didnt. They managed to collect the money from the driver and they booked and kept us company outside until we got in the taxi safely (two taxis). The taxis were even already paid for by their money. I've personally been traveling around the world and been to different hotels, before Azerbaijan I was traveling from Saudia and Turkey. But never ever have I met such a wonderful hotel manager and staffs. They didn't abandon humanity in their work and service. They all speak good english esp' Elnur so he could accomodate our concerns with the taxi driver. They tried so hard for us not to feel bad because we got scammed in their country (there's always one everywhere I suppose). For the hotel itself, the room was amazing. It's big, modern, complete with amenities, super clean, the bed was super comfortable with a double blanket and the housekeeping was also wonderful. The room rate is super cheap. Just amazing. I am forever grateful to them. We liked everything ♡
