Hand marks all over the tv. Sticky pills over the coffee table. Cobwebs in corners and on the tracks of the sliding door.

If you are looking for a comfortable relaxed accommodation This is not it - Exterior of property was beautiful and clean. accommodation was spacious and enough under cover parking for 2 vehicles Place was dirty furnishings dirty broken and very sparse so the property echoed with little noise blinds in lounge room were either broken or did not exist. No milk or sugar and 5 teabags and coffee satchets. Building of a carport in one of the other units happening at 8.30pm. Caretakers unit had people coming and going at all hours and no consideration given to guests
• monkeymoo13 (2/5): Dont stay here - Ground well maintained and property had good sound proofing from the exterior. Property was spacious. Every item in property was either broken or dirty. No stock of complimentary tea, coffee and milk or sugar. rubbish in draws. Dirty all over the floors empty drink bottles and rubbish under the beds. this accommodation is a mixture of short term rental and permanent residents. Unfortunately the permanent residents did not care about the short term residents. Cars coming and going all night long, dogs walking around. Had to ask for pillows. (Each bed only had 1 pillow & one had none. Beds only had sheets no blankets quilts etc. We were so disappointed as this was one of the more expensive properties in Emerald. No privacy in the living area as the vertical drapes are broken and missing

• Sue (7/5): Pleasant and convenient for more than one person. - Very spacious 3 bedroom villa with large lounge room and lounges to relax on. Kitchen was nice and big and had most things needed for cooking. Missed having milk for cuppa on arrival. Found the security key box difficult to use. Screens in lounge room were broken and precious garbage hadn’t been emptied.

• Jane (7/5): A nice enough place for short stay, just needs an injection of homeliness! - Good sized cabin, quiet location, water pressure and temperature of shower good, there is a washing machine with powder and dryer, there was body wash and shampoo/conditioner in shower. Furniture didn’t suit number of occupants, cleanliness was not amazing (I found a vape under master bed which I disposed of), kitchen was not well equipped! There were picture hooks in walls but no pictures which left the whole place just feeling very cold and not homely! It almost felt like maybe the owners haven’t had the best occupants so they’ve stripped everything back and left basics which I can totally appreciate! The fact most people would only stay a night or two it is more than adequate but I suggest brining extra bowls if you plan to breakfast at property!

• Jo-Anne (10/5): Green Village - The 2 bedroom house was excellent. We decided we could live in it permanently! It was perfect for 2 friends travelling together for a four night stay. The house was very spacious. Sitting on the deck with an evening drink watching the sun go down was a wonderful way to end a busy weekend. It was a little difficult finding the house number and maybe the owners cottage could be better recognised. The cutlery and crockery were a bit short for the number of beds. Only one blanket for 3 beds.

• Michelle (1/5): Bad - NO Hot Water ! Check in was Thursday 26th June, went to have a shower at 10.00 p.m., no hot water, tried hot water around 3.15 a.m., to see if we had hot water still cold! Phone call to the owners Friday 6.31a.m also messaged at 6.52 a.m. temperature at this time was 7 degrees. Response from owner was received at 11.35, 27 June. (Checkout 10.00a.m) Response I am very sorry that happened to you. We checked the house and the switch for the hot water in the main bedroom was accidentally switched off. It can happen that the switch is accidentally switched off. We would have been more than happy for you to called us to come and fix it last night. we live in the same lot It was very cold I understand it must have been terrible for you. I don't know what I can do now, I am very sorry it happened. ( It would be good if you let people know you are on the same premises)!

• Shepherd (5/5): Could easily be made a lot better with a few simple things added and left cleaner - The house was roomy, warm and comfortable. Easy to access and good parking. 1. Both bathrooms were not well cleaned with a wet hand towel sitting in the bath. And lots of hair. 2. there was a vape under main bed. 3. Minimal crockery. 3 mugs for 4 people just isn’t enough. No chopping board. You really need a freq more kitchen items. 4. Not a single dishwasher tablet or laundry powder- even for 1 wash would be expected. 5. Very patchy WiFi.

• Damien (10/5): My favourite place in Emerald - My favourite place to stay at Emerald, it is so peaceful there and has everything there that we need on our stays. I don't have to share a bathroom with the kids, the lounge and the beds are so comfortable after a long day on the road. You would hardly know anyone else is around as it is so quiet. (and we were there before on NYE)

• Damien (10/5): Surprising and well worth it. - Was an unprecedented trip so this was arranged at short notice and I wanted somewhere quiet as we had a big day driving that day and the next day and with it being New Years Eve we needed to relax. This place was awesome, surprisingly larger than we expected and truly exceeded our expectations. Full kitchen, comfy lounge, 2 bathrooms and beds were so comfortable. Will definitely go back when we head that way again on our travels.

• Penny (8/5): Will stay again. - Response to Q:No breakfast provided by GV. Didn’t expect any. Roomy & spacious, full facilities, plenty of beds, clean sheets, aircon. Parking room. Detailed cleaning lacking, slide door runner, fly in fridge and flies in house, found very dirty plates, kitchen bench tops & sinks not pristine condition, ceiling fans dirty, the place felt grubby, TV screens finger prints, bowl of ice in fridge reason? Remote in lounge flat batteries, unable to find TV signal - no instructions. No dish cloth to wash & wipe benches. Two vertical blind strip fallen left on floor, there are strips missing so no privacy at night ppl can see into our living room kitchen. There is no line diving car park so when you came back the other guest would use the whole space. One dining chair is broken - seat loose. Most salt & pepper shakers etc empty ( perhaps left over previous guests). Stove took some working out how to turn on elements. Could do with a lamp beside master br. Extra pillows maybe. No dust pan. I’m not complaining you asked so I’m telling you what could be improved & maintenance issues. We still loved the experience and enjoyed the roominess and beds. Will stay again. Thank you.
• Jennifer (7/5): The three bedroom house is a good place to stay with a group - The house was modern with plenty of room for our group The kitchen was not particularly clean when we arrived . The kitchen was also lacking a few basic utensils .
