• Michael (9/5): - Very clean and modern hotel in a great location for exploring Bilbao, especially if travelling by train. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Bathroom was lovely and spotlessly clean and the shower was excellent. The bed was comfortable. There was a lovely spacious lounge area to relax in and read. Only hotel I can recall where there was no fridge in the room. The bed was described as a large double, but was really only standard size.

Ci ha dato dei suggerimenti validi su cosa visitare dove andare dove mangiare. 🔝 Per essere un boutique hotel dovrebbero fare attenzione che la biancheria (sia da letto. He gli asciugamani) è davvero tanto tanto consunta ed andrebbe cambiata.

Great location, calm modern and unfussy decor, and very helpful staff We expected a bit more of a”wow” factor for the price and the boutique description of the hotel. Small things such as provision of body lotion in the bathroom and more artwork in the communal areas and bedrooms; also extra facilities in the room such as a fridge, and an option to have a bath. Also, a lower cost and simpler breakfast option would all have been appreciated.

Room at the back was quiet. Rooms at the back are dark but there is the option of street facing rooms with balconies. Maybe supply better coffee for the bedroom.

• Andrea (8/5): Tutto sommato bene - Ottima posizione all’ingresso del centro storico e vicinissimo alla piazza Nueva. Camere ok senza pretese ma tenute bene. Colazione non a buffet ma a menu’ indicata solo per chi alla mattina vuole mangiare un piatto caldo, altrimenti conviene non pagarla che allo stesso bar in cui la servono si puo’ consumare un ottima croissant e cappuccino ad un prezzo molto piu’ ragionevole!

Ik kan het zeer aanbevelen om het ontbijt erbij te reserveren. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Eigenlijk alles wat je van een boutique hotel mag verwachten. Top! Enige minpunt is het missen van een koelkastje voor wat water oid. Verder picobello.

• GlynR91 (10/5): Excellent Hotel. - Really great location on the edge of the Old Town. Only a 6 minute walk fromm the station and there is a taxi rank across the street. The rooms were of a good size and had been recently constructed. Comfortable bed and the bar and restaurant next door were excellent. Breakfast was very good and of a good selection. Its location on the river made for an easy walk to the Museum and then the city center. Would 100% stay there again. Not a good view from the room. In fact, the view was a light well. But we didn't stay there for the view.....

• Valeriya (8/5): - Отличное расположение. Номер удобный, все продумано, чисто. Рестран рядом нужно воспринимать как кафе. Как рестран, с полноценнымм блюдами работает недолго, и в определенные часы. Остальное время готвая, еда по принципу закуски из витрины кулинарии. Для тех кто на авто, обратите внимание, что в поиске отель помечен как отель с парковкой, но эта услуга там партнерская - за нее нужно платить отдельно. В принципе стоянка близко, но когда мы приехали был дождь, а так как остановится и ввгрузить багаж, рядом с отелем не нарушив правила движения не возможно, было не удобно идти с чемоданами ..под дождем.. ну такое. Рекомендую отель тем кто без авто. В номере нет холодильника, кому это важно обратите внимание. Лекарства которые требовали охлаждения пришлось хранить на балкончике, благо весна была и не жарко.
