• Francesco (8/5): Genügend, nicht zu sehr im Zentrum aber auch nicht zu weit weg. - Genügend Platz Die Wände waren nicht isoliert und man hörte dadurch den Verkehr draussen, sowie die sprechenden Nachbarn.
• Jacqueline (8/5): - Location right next to Crocetta metro station is a plus, the staff was very nice and respond promptly via WhatsApp. The apartment is on ground floor and could hear and feel the tram go pass. The two windows can be open but will be very noisy. We went in the summer time and found the apartment slightly not enough air circulation.
• Gisela (10/5): - El departamento muy cómodo y muy bien equipado. La ubicación Excelente. Cuando llegamos del aeropuerto en Metro solo tuvimos que caminar media cuadra. Esta tan cerca del Duomo que pudimos conocer toda la ciudad caminando en un par de días. Laura siempre estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades y nos resolvió todas las dudas que le consultamos. La sofa cama del living en el que durmieron los chicos hacia un poco de ruido y no les resultó demasiado cómodo, pero se acostumbraron.
• Stephanie (10/5): - We arrived at Milan Centrale, took the train to Crocetta and the apartment is just across from the exit of the station. Host was easily contactable via Whatsapp and ran us through on how to enter the apartment. Very close to station which was good because we all have large suitcases, and there was a lift down to the station. This also means we could travel easily to all the attractions. There is a Carrefour Express and one other supermarket (forgot the name) nearby if you need to buy groceries and others.

• Tsvetelina (6/5): - The location is great. The apartment is well-equipped. The double bed is very comfortable. BUT ... The check-in time, which is written in Booking, is 15.00. But it's not correct. The housekeeper told us that the check-in time starts from 16.00. Half an hour before entering the apartment, they told us that they had some problems with the cleaning and we should go at 16.30- 17.00 maximum. When we entered the flat (at 17.15), they hadn't started to clean it at all. It was a total mess. Finally, we checked in at 18.30 . Our evening was ruined. The tram passes too close to the block of flats And during the night, you will not only hear it but also feel the vibrations of the tram.
• Bogdan (10/5): Exceptional - Great access to public transport. Central, you can just walk to the Duomo. A lot of restaurants and cafes If you're a light sleeper you might have some issues with the tram noise. The tram is right outside the window and runs until late at night.

• Abdulfattah (7/5): Good - they need to have a clear video as a direction for the apartment and getting the keys also for those who are light sleepers, the noise is too loud from the street
