- Ronny (8/5): Face recognition system failure - Quite good overall. We had a incident with face recognition system that opens the main gate. None of my friends face was detected and hence we depended on the concierge to be present to get inside the building. At nights, when concierge doesn’t work, they managed to inform online 24/7 team to let us in if we press the “help” button. Other than that it was a good flat (no aircon tho).

- Ren (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment fully stocked with items needed, convenient and comfortable, good stay. Nearby grocery store and restaurants/markets within walking distance. At night the neighborhood can look a bit scary, but otherwise okay.
