• Jelena (10/5): - Smještaj u Rimu je bio odličan lokacija savršena, sve je bilo blizu i lako dostupno pješice. Apartman je čist, uredan i ugodan, a domaćini ljubazni i susretljivi. Idealno mjesto za istraživanje grada bez potrebe za prijevozom. Svakako preporučujem!
• Maria Pia (8/5): - Hermoso departamento. Bastante completo. Las habitaciones amplias, aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes y con una ubicación inmejorable. Todos los días con olor a cloaca que salía de los dos baños. El principal le dejábamos abierta la ventana pero el olor se tornaba imposible. Sobre todo a la mañana cuando nos levantábamos se sentía por todos lados. La cama de la habitación principal un poco chica.

• Zizi (9/5): - הדירה יפייפיה,נוחה , שקטה, מים חמים כל הזמן.היו לנו ארבעה ימים גשומים מאוד, כך שהדירה היתה מקום מפלט עבורנו. אין באמת משהו שלא אהבנו,אבל רק לשיפור , הספה בסלון קטנה ולא נוחה ,אי אפשר היה לשבת שלושה מאיתנו בנוחות.וגם חלק מהכיסאות צריכים החלפה.

Henkilökunta oli nopeasti tavoitettavissa viestien kautta. Lattia oli pölyinen kauttaaltaan, ei tehnyt mieli ottaa kenkiä pois. Henkilökunta reagoi kuitenkin nopeasti asiasta ilmoittaessamme, ehdottaen siivousta seuraavalle päivälle.

• ALEKSEI (7/5): - Отличное месторасположение. До основных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Испанская лестница в 3-ёх минутах ходьбы. Куча бутиков на улице. Апартаменты сильно уставшие. Плохая уборка, много пыли и грязи в различных местах. Есть стиральная машина, но она очень грязная внутри (плесень и остатки грязи). Пришлось покупать средства для стирки. На кухне один нож. Стулья расшатаны. Мало розеток на кухне, приходится постоянно менять местами электрические приборы. Лейки в ванной комнате забиты грязью и вода бъёт в разные стороны. Кровать в одной спальне маленькая, во второй спальне очень мягкий матрац. Подушки не удобные (очень жёсткие), не было застелено одеяло, хотя в октябре уже было прохладно. Нет сейфа. Входная дверь хлипкая и плохо открывается ключём. При заселении, чтобы попасть в апартаменты, надо пройти квест по поиску ключей.

Absolutely everything was perfect, the place was in tip top shape, what you see is what you get, literally what is in the pictures. It was such a lovely flat, clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. I will definitely recommend this to my loved ones Nothing at all!! Wish I could stay longer

• Stretton (8/5): Nice for the week - I liked the location of the apartment. It is quiet and close to tranport. The two bathroom were good also. The living/dining area is a little bit small for four adults. The drains smelt at times. but this could be because of the age of Rome, possibly.

• Andrew (9/5): Highly recommended. - As a family of 4, this property worked really well as a base for our visit to Rome. The 2 full bathrooms were a bonus, the kitchenette was fully functional and the washing machine was very useful. The views from every window were fabulous, and being a few stories above ground meant that we didn't hear too much of the noice from below. We really enjoyed our stay. Not much at all, the wifi drops from time to time but it wasn't a big deal. The lift up to the 6th floor takes 3 people, or 2 plus luggage, so sometimes there's a bit of a wait, again, this didn't trouble us too much.
• Catherine (9/5): Brilliant visit. Highly recommend. Sunny weather made it all perfect. - Supreme location and views. Comfortable apartment. Quiet. Perfect for mother and daughter 5 day visit. The pillows are terrible. Drainage smells occasionally but this is a common problem in Italian apartments. Shower pressure in the smaller bathroom was poor. Can be cold on evenings in the early spring months.
• Ilan (10/5): Exceptional - Prime location, the penthouse was clean and full facilities. the host was vary served.
• Linda (6/5): It was just ok, needs a thorough deep clean - Bedrooms quiet and dark, good location if you like chain store shopping, not far from Metro station. The apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived at check in time, we were told to come back in an hour and a half so they could clean it. Once we could get in, the apartment stunk of horrible strong cleaning products, we had to open windows to air it out. Wifi is useless every day between 4:30pm-8:30pm. Mould in the washing machine. Mould in the showers. Bidets stunk of sewerage all week. Fabric couch and dining chairs are completely stained-they either need a good deep clean or reupholstering, or at least put something over them. Dining table chipped and worn. Kitchen needs dish cloths, and a scourer. Scratched, non stick frypan. Beds and pillows too hard.

• Debra (8/5): Great location. - The location was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were incredible. I would not call this a "luxury" apartment. The photographer did miracles with the photos. The lift was broken when we arrived which made a diffucult arrival with our luggage to the 5th floor. There were four dining chairs, two with broken legs. The couch in the living room was filthy and tiny. There were 3 wine glasses for four people. It was a miracle we found our way in the first day and couldn't have without a little help from a building employee. The bedrooms lacked storage space for unpacking. There were four hangers in each bedroom for two adults and no dresser or other form of hanging or folding your clothes. The owner did send four more hangers when I asked.
• Phillips (10/5): The apartment made our city break one to remember for ever! - Perfect location on Via Del Corsa, in the heart of great shopping, wonderful trattoria and pizzaria in the beautiful narrow side roads running from the Main Street. Lovely views overlooking city churches and the Spanish Steps in the distance. Very quiet, well equipped with super compfy beds. Nothing to dislike. The lift is immediately opposite the front door, and level access on the ground floor and internally makes it good for all to access.
• Lisa (10/5): Lovely flat in a great location - Great location central and walking distance to many attractions. Really clean modern apt with great facilities. As a family we have been to Rome many times and this apt was the best by far. Easy to check in good communication from host.

The apartment is very well equipped and even features a washing machine. We didn’t meet any staff, but all questions were quickly answered by WhatsApp.

The apartment has everything you need like utensils, Microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc. The host was kind and helpful and easy to connect with. Good and comfortable place to stay. The showers in the both the bathroom have very little pressure..

• Rita (6/5): It was ok for two nights. - Is in walking distance to main attractions but it’s on the close end of Piazza del Popolo. Weird smell in the main bathroom even with window open it stayed. The lift is old and if lift door not closed after it’s used then it won’t work you have to take stairs. We were on 6th floor. No hand soap in bathrooms would have been nice.
• Ben (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment. Great location Selfcatering - dishwasher supplied but no tablets. Towels to dry dishes not supplied. Can use only one stove hob at a time.
