Kim (8/5): - Nice apartment. Spacious. Hot water. Quick answers from the host. Very save with the security at the apartment building entrance. Kitchen works fine. Location is great. Just a short walk to Copacabana beach. TV in bedroom. Like everything for carnaval is was completely overpriced. Our coffee maker was full of mold. So we ended uo buying coffee from a café next door. No real outdoor light in the living room which is not ideal for working.
Raul (8/5): The way it should be. Great spot in Copacabana. - Paulo is a true host. Sometimes, this kind of short-term flat rental in Rio de Janeiro is just an extra income for the host with no professionalism or desire to give a good experience. Take or leave it. Not here. There is empathy and a clear set-up to provide a good experience. Small details make a huge difference. And on top of it: the best bed cheats I have experienced in this short-term rental business. In the last 7 months, I have rented 5 flats in Rio for 1 or 2 weeks, this one is by far the best.
