• gabriel (7/5): - La ubicación es excelente. Es muy amplio. Los servicios funcionan bien. Algunos problemas serios como no poder entrar al departamento la llave no andaba bien. El baño no estaba bien. La atención por WhatsApp, no resolvió nada. Y siempre estuvimos desde que nos dijeron de llenar un formulario con muchos problemas de su parte la página no funcionaba y la escalera de ingreso no es útil para valijas grandes
• Mallorie (5/5): - Very great location within walking distance to everything. The owners were easy to get ahold of through WhatsApp until the last couple of days. Maintenance came quickly when requested. Mosquitoes were horrible, I left with so many bites I’m concerned it could’ve even possibly been bed bugs. The apartment was uncontrollably hot, and remained that way even after maintenance came to fix the thermostat. Couldn’t open the windows due to mosquitoes. Mosquito blood all over the walls, inconvenient to pick up/drop off keys.

Çalışanlara ulaşmak güzel talimatlar basit Evde sivrisinek aşırı fazla temizlemesi bir saat sürdü sanırım Floransa için genel bi durum . Yatak odası tavanı tahta bu yüzden yuva olabilir ilaçlanmamış örümcek ağları vardı biraz. Nevresim temizdi . Banyo fena değildi . Eve lütfen terlik bırakın misafirler için zemin pis çünkü .

• Veronika (8/5): Great location! - Location first, Also, apartment was very nice for its price. A little bit small, but all the necessary equipment. 10 minutes walking distance to Duomo Narrow corridor in the apartment:) But the the building was pretty old in the city center, so it was expected:)
• Raquel (7/5): Un segundo con "segundas" - Tiene aire acondicionado y funcionaba, no como el wifi. No tenía productos para limpiar así como escoba, fregona o útiles para mantener el apartamento limpio. Pedimos estropajo y bayetas para poder hacer un mínimo de limpieza.
• Zsanett (7/5): Great location and spacious apartment. - I liked the location and that the apartment was spacious, bed comfy. The mosquitoes. And it's only beginning of May! Should be nets on the windows. The apartment is quite humid and there is a slight musky smell so one really wants to open the windows but because of the mosquitoes you think twice.
• Anastasiia (10/5): Best location medieval building - It’s really old with an amazing view but still facilities are modern. There are a lot of super cosy cafes in the same building. Very close to everything. Thank you 🙏 Was a bit cold, but it was predictable.
• Yossi (6/5): nice. - location, clean, friendly apt. stairs ,AC not cooling good ,bathroon to narrow, the electric points some not works , the lights on the kitchen not too strong. the refrigerator was frozed so it did not cold as it should be.
• Schalk (7/5): Easy access to old Florence - Very close to Duomo and market. Had all the necessary amenities though limited to 2 people. Aircon and wifi was fantastic, as was the iron and ironing board. The mosquitoes, very many. The walk-in closet was turned into a broom, etc. cupboard. The front door lock needs replacing. The front door is extremely small, so difficult to access wearing a backpack. Last minute introduction of a short-term lease agreement before being allowed access to the unit. If I knew about this, I would not have made the booking.
• Roze (7/5): at first glance the day area looks much older and not taken care of - bed&bathroom very good, very hot water if needed overall aspect of the apartament, it looks a bit old and used it makes it look not very clean, the sofa needs a deep clean or a new cover, shower panel needs some adjusting, please fix the storage area, the curtain of it doesn’t look very sanitary

• Salla (7/5): Nice, personal apartment in good location! - Location was nice, lots of cozy cafes, bars and restaurants around, supermarket also not not far away. Apartment itself was bigger than I expected, but definitely not for people needing accessibility. Kitchen equipment was rather scarce, couple of more plates, forks and knifes as well as kitchen towel and kettleholder would make cooking and eating easier.
• Sviatlana (6/5): fairly good - Central location, many places to eat. No mosquitos net. There were SO many mosquitos, we didn’t sleep 2 nights till we found the solution. I wish the stuff provide anti mosquito electric pods, a bit of washing powder, fix the door in the shower, cutting board and SHARP knifes. Bedsheets also need to be upgraded cos they are synthetic. No notes for where to take the garbage to. Wish I know about extra cost for check-in after 9pm.
• Rosalind (9/5): Clean, basic, practical, well situated. - Spotlessly clean and comfortable Good arrangements for meeting with keys and for exiting. Well-situated. Very spacious. Very good heating system - lovely and warm on cool nights. A small welcome package would be nice. A couple of tea bags and coffee sachets. A biscotti or two. Also some washing up liquid and a tea towel/ dishcloth. The bathroom sink needed unblocking.
• Sarah (10/5): Perfect for couples break! - Perfect for a weekend away! We arranged a late pick up of the keys due to a late flight which was no problem at all, and communication was super! Property was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The smell from the bakery below every morning was a massive temptation - you had to have the custard filled croissants!
